You are providing the most uncomfortable and poor quality of bed (For a sound person it is a bus seat) to the attendent.
Quality zero, comfort zero.
I don't which createria you have followed to give this kind of beds to the attendents in private rooms.
I will make sure to upload the pics o[censored]r beds online.

    It is very sad that fortis jaipur dr shallu kakkar gynaecologist doctor only show interest in fees. She is very irresponsible and conduct professional misbehaviour. As on 15 aug 2016, i visit to fortis hospital jaipur due to my wife stomach pain. Dr shallu kakkar is our doctor., she immediately advice to admit the patient, although we are not from jaipur. We was here only for holiday vacation., but we decided to admit my wife in fortis. But dr shallu kakkar behaved very rudely and told to us that she will operate right now. We requested to her that we are from other state and nobody from my family is here, plz wait for our parents as there is no emergency of operation. But she told to us that she have not time tommarow, as she have already booked lots of operations. If we will admit our patient in fortis jaipur then she will operate right now. Dr shallu kakkar left us without any choice. Is it good that dr shallu kakkar operating their patients according to her wish, even if there is no any case of emergency operations. I request to fortis management to take action against dr shallu kakkar for professional misconduct.

      On dated 11th august, 2016 my wife was sick since two days due to high fever but doctors did not taken it seriously and sent us back after one hour & taken their charges at around 1800/- however she had 104.2 fever that time & also we insisted to stay more or for admission. After one day she becomes more weak n fever was as it is so we reach isic vasant kunj emergency & their admitted her as a suspect of chicken gunia and we are still in the hospital.

      Nothing happened yet. Fortis didn't contact me and I need my expenses refunded with a certain amount of fine as it was wastage & created more pain n more problem. There must be lesson for Fortis.

        Respected sir I m thankful to fortis escorts dehradun to save my husbands life on 4 april he was admitted blockages were removed he was ok but doctors told us icd was utmoust necessary for him before removal of blockages we were given10 for decision of putting icd but icd was not implanted my husband was normal.april on 12 april doctor implanted icd and released us on 14april later on with all precuations a month after stitches were dried abluish mark appeared from manchine implantation site doctorr said icd will be removed it is not suiting u
        please clarify to me on which basis icd was implanted just saying heart manchine which costed 4lakh is not suiting ur body justified .
        atleast its doctors duty to see that manchine does not harm the patient
        my husband was in pain manchine was creating scar leading to serve pus and pain
        then we refered our case to senoir most cardiologist after having reports checked we were advised for ECHO in which my husband reports were normal doctor asked us to remove icd . on 15july icd was removed which costed 4 lakhs is with fortis escorts I want my money back I had to sell my jewellary to pay back my loan amount
        Even the manchine icd registration form is filled with wrong date by the doctor on remiding him he says it does not matter please do the needful

        doctors on 6th april gave us just 10 minutes for the decision of putting ICD .saying some part of his heart not working but ICD was implanted on12april evening. Released from hospital on 14th morning since then my husband was in problem pain after a month pus started On referring other senior most cardiologist we came to know that ICD was not required for my husband. After explantation of ICD he is normal now what about ICD which costed 4lakh to me. Doctors say put on right side or in abodminal but why ? when he is normal who is responsible .From 6april till12april hewas normal during the stay in hospital .Please i want report of.Mr Gursharan Singh during the treatment periods in hospital .Doctors say machine did not suited him plus the ICD is with the doctors . Please 4 lakhs is not a small amount .

        Unwanted implementation of ICD when LEVF is 40%...can doctor Yogender Singh of dehradun Fortis escorts justify the implementation of ICD MACHINE which had to be than removed after two months due to infection and pus, endangering patients life w.Was he money minded or caring for the patient?

          On 11 aug we go hospital in OPD and consult the surgen Dr Amit Javed, after seeing the condition of patient they suggest surgery on urgent basis but the hospital has no beds available for patient and the reception says they have no operation theater available for next two three months
          i suggest if hospital has not available for next two three months then please put housefull board at the gate why you should spoil patient time.

            Sir today i come fortis shalimar bagh with my father in emergency after refer from a nursing home at 4.00 am the ground staff check the nursing home treatment and told me to go for reception for admission of patient, at reception they ask which category of room i want then i saw him my father cghs card after seeing the card hospital says they have no bed vacant please told what happens after seeing cghs card can govt of india not paid for it from 4 am to 3 pm i call three times to check availablity but my waiting number is not decreasing and the receptionist says they have waiting list with them and they call me when bed available or you can go to other hospital.
            i will also mail this issue to ministry of health& PM Narender modi also why they says to there present & retired employees to got treatment benefits of cghs card

              This is bring at your notice that my baby raavi khandelwal (3 years as on 31st jan 2015) had been suffering from fits problem. On jan 31, 2015, we consulted dr. Sharad sharma (Fortis, jaipur) and he prescribed certain tests which included mri. I paid rs 5, 250 for mri and on the same day she was taken to mri room for mri but she didn't go for the test and started crying loudly. We decided to go for the test some other day and we returned to our home in ajmer.

              In the month of april 2015, we shifted to delhi from ajmer and consulted another dr. From fortis, gurgaon (Dr. Rk jain). The dr suggested us not to go for mri.

              Finally we decided to get the refund of mri fee (Rs 5, 250) paid in jaipur fortis. We called the hospital (Ms deepika - opd) and asked for the proceedure to get refund. She advised to send the original bill along with bank detail and id proof. She also informed that payment will be processed after the year end in mar, 2016. We followed the entire proceedure and waited until mar 2016

              In april 2016 again i got a call from fortis asking for my bank a/c no. They told us that they will refund the amount within a week. I gave the detail. And waited for 10 days but din't receive any amount

              In may 2016 i called up fortis. The accounts head told that he wants to meet us.In the month of june 2016 my brother (Mr. Ashutosh jhalani) visited fortis but he was not allowed to meet anyone. Again in july 2016 he visited fortis. After a very long waiting time he was allowed to meet mr vineet (Coordinator). Mr vineet asked to write a letter seeking refund. He also informed that the cheque would be sent by courier within a week

              Till date we had been waiting for the cheque and finally on 6th aug 2016 we were informed that we cannot get the refund since it was overdue

              Your staff is harrasing us and we have wasted lots of time and money in following up

              You are now advised to refund the amount (With in a week) along with the compensation which is as follows-
              (In case the issue is not resolved in a week, i will have to take legal action against fortis)

              Mri 5250
              Travelling charges 2 times (Including return)
              Ajmer - jaipur 1000*2 2000
              Call charges 500
              Interest cost 500

              Total 8250

                I am writing this mail for poor service and ignorance of staff in fortis hospital, shalimar bagh, new delhi. Room no.330, bed-1
                We are very hungry (including patient, my wife) at night, we call at 4074 for food but call is picked by female at emergency (at 10:00 pm)and she shouted at me when i ask her for menu of canteen. Also someone calling from reception after some time and committing that she will send someone for taking our order. But no body will come even my wife (patient) is asking for mild that is in your diet plan, but after so many reminders they have send milk at 11:15 pm when my wide is slept with hunger. Now in future we will not come at fortis hospital and told others for the same.

                  Hi... Chennai fortis hospital blood bank staff working beyond the duty schedule hours for eg: 6 hours duty they are working 10 hours and for night duty 12 hours but they are working 18 hours... Because of These rules staffs facing mind stress, tension, due to heavy work load and long time duty hours and also family problems arising...extra hours they are not even consider as over time... So these things may spoil the fortis name...please take the action against the blood bank of chennai fortis... Please take care of your staffs.

                    I, biswarup das sarma, had booked an appointment in fortis hospital kolkata, anandapur with dr swarnendu samanta for 01-aug -2016. the person who had answered the phone confirmed my appointment and asked to reach the hospital pretty early, by 8.00 am on that date. since i live pretty far away i had to manage this time with quite some difficulty. but after i reached i came to know the doctor is not supposed to arrive at all. after i made my complaints the reception did not respond properly and finally made me settle for another doctor who arrived 2 and a half hours later thus making me compromise on my office timing

                      A family member (aged 33) was operated for Meckels diverticulum, at Fortis Bannergatta road.

                      The surgeon was not available to consult for the post- surgery follow up, even though the hospital issued appointment in his name.
                      Even prior to the surgery, the hospital staff did not discuss in detail their diagnosis or the need for surgery. We the family/patient were neither briefed nor met the surgeon before the surgery.

                        While the doctors are good and hospital seems good enough, i observed that the ward boys who take the patient out of ot dont understand the seriousness and while taking my mother out they banged the trolley while carrying her to the icu. This is ridiculous and least expected.

                        Second issue is of the lady rmo.Incidence time 21st july (Today) around 5.30pm. I was at the icu meeting my mom. I saw alarm going off in the monitor that shows the bp, heart pulse rate etc. When i asked the rmo he said not to worry as the parameters are differently set. The lady doctor then came in and switched off the alarms!!! Is this the protocol? What if there is a serious variation in the readings and patient needs to be attended to? I find this weird and unexpected from fortis.

                          This is with reference to the patient registration number at forties Mohali, whereas my father got treated for his heart problem, got admission on 12/07/16 and discharged on 14/07/16 .

                          as per insurance company and approval letter complete amount of 413630/- was approved by them but hospital charged an amount of 17400/- in addition to this amount. (15000/- paid to hospital on 12/07/16 at the time of admission and 2400/- on 14/07/16 by credit card.

                          while calling again and again also writing to them i am not getting any revert from there.

                          Please help in to refund my amount.

                            Hi,

                            Before i provide you the patient details, i need a fair response to below concern.

                            This is about fortis, vashi and i am sure is applicable for your other hospitals.

                            Our patient was admitted to icu on emergency, due to a road accident. It was verbally and quickly informed that in case of room change, the charges remain the same.

                            We could not understand at that time due to the situation, but were later explained that even if the patient is moved from icu to general ward, the charges would remain the same!!

                            Wow!! And you talk about integrity?? Is this ethical by any means? Is it providing healthcare service or just accumulating money?

                            An explanation would be expected at the earliest. I wouldn't mind publishing all this in the social media and atleast help some who would think before visiting your hospital for any inpatient treatment.

                              Status of our insurance claim is clearly showing amount has been paid to hospital after deducting tds. whereas in spite of many follow up from our side your hospital is niether releasing our security deposit (rs 10, 000/-) nor responding. tretment was done in the month of jan 2015 in kalyan fortis hospital. patient name is sunanda navle.insurere is paramount health services (tpa) pvt. ltd. (icici lombard) and phs id is 10493089.

                                Hi.. my father had undergone by-pass surgery from dr. tapas raychaudhury, currently associated with fortis hospital in may 2016. post surgery my father has severe cough problems, wherein blood came out every time with cough. we requested the doctor, to look into this. doctor never provided any cocrete solution, he just said to stop taking a few medicines for a week, and it will get ok. however nothing went ok. after 1 month, he asked to visit again along with some tests.in one of the tests - chest pa x-ray, fluid in the lungs was diagnosed, so we asked the doctors the reason behind the same and the cure. he asked us to go to woodland hospital and through aspiration exercise drain the water out and fluid has happened as the pumping exercise has not been done properly, it needs to be done at least 25 times a day. we replied you should have said the requirements about the pumping exercise earlier to us. the doctors didn't say anything. as asked by the doctors, my father had the aspiration twice, it was again a painful exercise for him. within a week, we again did the chest pa x-ray, and this time also to our surprise liquid in the lungs was diagnosed. we again went to the doctor and showed the x-ray reports to him. this time doctor behaved very rudely and arrogantly with us. he said i don't know why this liquid in the lungs has happened, we asked sir you are the doctor you must what are the reasons behind and what are the remedial measures. he again asked us to do aspiration, we said it is a very painful exercise, please suggest some medicine. he said there is no medicine in my knowledge, consult other doctors. then we asked him suggest some names, to which he replied, i won't suggest anyone. we even asked him about one / two issues which my father is facing, to which he abruptly said, he it get automatically ok.

                                It was really disappointing to see how such a senior doctor is behaving in today's time, they are not having any feelings for patients pain/ sufferings.

                                  I mahender kumar aggarwal attendent of my father in law suresh kumar singal complaint register in your portal for not working of air conditioner at your night loung dt 29/06/2016 but your superwiser not look in this matter .so many attandent are suffering from your sight and you charge night loung full accommodation. Kindly look into this matter and resilve the issue

                                    Dear team,
                                    I am pharma professional working in reputed us based company, security of vasant kunj dont know how to talk, even i am having permissin to work for two to three days in the hospital for an internantional event organisung in your hoapital by my organisation but they are always embarrassing me and always need clarifiaction, okay i dont have problek in giving clarity but each securtity guy is doing the same if they able to see m having that pass but still they want to irritate or harass. As you know pharma guys are not always take something from hoapital, its two sided process.
                                    On friday one security guy came to me and he throw my mobile phone and fron that day my phone mic is not working. And i am sure when i discussed with my frinds and relatives they told donot take tension but why noy even i am human being and doing my job in assigned time.

                                      I am at vasant kunj fortis. My wife had a ceaserean delivery. They do not have any room available after operation. My wife is still in LDR with baby beside a small bed. We have keep the baby on lap as there is another patient on other bed. MOD is saying " main kya karun"
                                      I have been running around reception and LDR staff for last 4 hours.
                                      The attitude these staff carry is out of the hospitality industry.
                                      I am afraid if they really undergo some kind of training.

                                        I admitted my mother Dr. Kabita Mukherjee, aged 67 years, to your Fortis Hospital, Anandapur on 17th June 2016 for Spinal cord decompression surgery under Dr. Amitabha Chanda. The surgery was scheduled on 18.06.2016 with an expected stay of 3 days as per estimate provided by Fortis Hospital, Kolkata.

                                        The patient’s complaints were:
                                        • Numbness and weakness of legs
