I am an old customer of your shop in Saket, New Delhi, and am very concerned about the fact that all your good sales girls seem to be leaving for some reason. First, it was Sunita, then Vandana. And now there is only Barkha. I do hope that you ensure that at least she stays as she really goes out of her way to help old people like me and is the reason why I shop at your outlet.

    Fortis, so called epitome of medical services is falling flat on their face coz of stupid co-ordination between the nursing staff and the hospital pharmacy. It's worst than a government hospital. My mother-in- law under went breast cancer surgery and now chemo. This is the third chemo cycle of hers. After the intimation is put by the hospital then the insurance company for cashless starts. I have tried all possible.way to fasten the process so that my mother-in-law whose condition becomes really bad after the chemo, doesn't have to wait for too long. The moment they start the chemo I inform them the medicines required so that they can tell the pharmacy and they can send the acknowledgment so that before the chemo procedure is over the nursing staff can send the intimation and the insurance process can start. I informed them at 10 am. Pharmacy was informed at 10.15. It's 2.30 pm rt now the chemo is over and my mother-in-law is held in conscious waiting to go home. But because the Pharmacy delayed to acknowledge the bill they couldn't send the intimation. Through all this is the patient is hanging around like some animal just waiting and hoping that maybe this time around everybody will do what they are suppose to and treat the patient with care and humanity, the primary reason y they r there.

      When anyone face any issues in a hospital, it goes to welfare department for resolving his/her issue, but in fortis hospital, nodia (sector-62) they have a habit of making false commitment to patients and even not communicating anything to the concerned department regarding the issues raised by patient and telling patient that his issue has been resolved with any details.

      They whole welfare department in fortis hospital is just for the sake of saving there job and not helping patient, i have suffered alot even after so many complaints my issues are not resolved by welfare department at fortis noida, i am coming to fortis for last 5 years but now i have to think seriously about suggesting anyone to go to fortis noida for treatment

        I am cover in TPA . so During discharge i didn't check this.
        when my TPA didn't give money then they inform me. they have deducted these amount.
        they i called Hospital Biling Department they said you need to visit Hospital then only we can resolve your problem.
        then i was visited Hospital on 24th Sep 2016 and meet Mr. Brijesh. he checked and admitted this is our mistake and i need to talk to my senior regarding this. after discussion i we will update you on your mobile. he has taken my mobile no. also.
        but till now i didn;t recieve any call from fortis Hospital regarding this issue.
        even i again call yesterday he told same thing yesterday also

          I was supposed to admit my wife to fortis hospital in emergency in morning 10 o'clock after consulting with dr has refer for 1 or 2 days admission, all the necessary procedure they told us to wait for some time for admission but when asked after some time they told us that there is no vacant bed. Simply wasted so much time by giggling here n there then after 12 hrs when dr personally visited then they alot bed within 2 minutes, my complaint is about the basic bed allocation process, it was worst experience here..

          Wrong implementation of when not required by patient fortis dehradun are cheaters and moneyminded and never take care of patient Reports r incomplete registration form of icd machine has wrong dates why. Still no response from fortis dehradun
          I have been attending the obstetrics and gynaecology clinic. And found the reception unattended and the doctor regularly turns up late.

          This is very poor service and with little or no explanation for turning up late.

            This is to inform you that the hospital really needs to look into the way patients are treated.

            Two days back on 29th September, 16, I with my 58 yr old mother (patient) visited Dr.(col) S.P. Singh, but the way he talked to us was just unbelievable.

            When she told him about her problem that she is feeling weak, had a vommitting and loose motion and her blood pressure was recorded low, he started shouting that bp low is no problem. He used such a bad language and said "bp low tab pata chalega jab aap seedhe emergency mein aayengi aakhri time mein..." He even said .."beemari aapne dekhi kya hai aapka pura parivar naach jayega seriously koi beemari hui to.." Also he said " mere dekhne mein aap bilkul swasth lagri.."

            Does someone expects use of this kind of language from such a reputed hospital's doctors? Does he think we went for fun? He hardly wrote an SOS medicine for vomitting, loose motion or weakness because he didn't even listen to us. All this while, he only folded his hands at everything...as if we are not patients but have come to trouble him unnecessarily. Even the hospital would have the record of the consultation he wrote which only included further tests.

            If he is so stressed with his work he has no right to sit their and treat patients so badly rather he should go back to his basics and learn as to how to speak with and attend the patients.

            Due to his negligence, I had to take my mother in emergency to holy family hospital the same night because her condition worsened at 10:30pm. Had he treated her properly we would not have got into this trouble. Instead his consultation created mental trauma for my aged mother. He seems to be sitting their to taking lives instead of saving lives.

            We are not morons that we would spend money and waste time to listen to this crap from a doctor.

            Request you to take some needful action so that no other patient undergoes similar treatment from the "so called" doctors.

              Doctors and procedure is very good and Co operative but the person in front desk balaji s is a less manner and disgusting person in a field of hospitality u shld listen the people . help as much possible but the guy is so stub burn who don't even listen to quires just says no to anything if we ask not at all ready to listen . He simply says we don't no anything plz come in the morning . He asked details when it's provided he ask for another thing to make sure we don't hv and not ready to work at all .

              I don't no how patient will survive if such idoits hires for such important position

                I had an appointment on 27th september 2016 at 1:20 pm with dr. minakski singhal for a pelvis tvs and ultrasound of the breasts. i waited for more than an hour before being called in. as soon as i entered the testing room, i heard dr. singhal was discussing with the attending nurse that some celebrity had arrived and wanted to come for the test immediately.

                While i was in the middle of the ultrasound test, i noted that someone called monica singh (i came to know later she was the manager of the radiology department) kept on calling dr. singhal repeatedly asking her how long my test was going to take. i found dr. singhal was getting distracted by the continuos calls and after the 2nd or 3rd call sudenly told me she needed to see my previous reports in detail and told me to wait outside. the moment i stepped out, i found the celebrity (i heard from one of the patients waiting outside that it was someone called asin and she happens to be an actress) walked in with some of her personal attendants and a hospital staff who i came to know later was monica singh. i was totally shocked to find that the celebrity was taken inside the testing room and i was removed while in the middle of my tests.

                I felt humiliated with this attitude on the part of fortis, gurgaon and decided not to continue with the test. i protested about the unprofessional behaviour and demanded a refund. after the celebrity left, dr. singhal told me it was not her fault and she had to obey the order of the "management". she also advised me to get an ultrasound done since she found some problem while she was performing the test before it was stopped for accommodating the celebrity.

                I believe this behaviour on the part of fortis gurgaon was very unprofessional and unethical. i wasted an entire day only to be removed at the middle of the test to accommodate a celebrity and told by the doctor thatafter i may have some problem which needed immediate attention. i fail to understand how a hospital and a doctor could be so shamelessly discriminating in their approach.

                I came back with a disturbed mind and thinking about the possible outcomes.in the evening i got a call from mr. vijay sethi, director, hospitality and administration, apologising for the incident and assuring to look into the matter.

                I have to take another appointment in another hospital and till then wait with anxiety. who is responsible? dr. singhal? or monica? or as dr. singhal indicated, the "management"? the hospital should take note of this, make an enquiry, take necessary action and ensure other patients do not face such discrimination.

                  Please refer to my feedback dated August 20, 2016. I was assured that I shall get reply within 48 hours but so far no reply has been received. I reproduce my case once again for your consideration:

                  This is the case of my son in law whose details are as follows:
                  Hospital Name:: Fortis Healthcare Dehradun
                  Name of Patient: Gursharan Singh
                  Patient IPD No DDIP006208
                  Date of admission: 04.05 2016
                  Date of Discharge: 14.05 2016
                  Date of implantation of ICD:: 12.05.2016
                  Date of removal of ICD: 16.07.2016
                  :
                  Description of our complaint;

                  Patient had severe heart attack and was admitted in emergency conditions. On the advise of the doctor angioplasty was done. We were informed that due to damage of certain portion of heart a device known as ICD needs to be implanted which will cost another 4 lakh in addition to the cost of angioplasty and other charges.Though our financial position is not that good still we managed and got the ICD implanted. Doctor did not inform us any negative points or the risks involved in implanting ICD and insisted that this is critical for the survival of the patient.

                  Patient developed severe infection at the place of implantation and the doctor who implanted ICD advised to remove ICD. ICD was removed at the same hospital. Now ICD is lying unused with the hospital.

                  We have consulted two leading cardiologists at Dehradun. They informed that implantation of ICD was not required at all. EF value of the patient before angioplasty was 40%. No EF was taken after angiop[lasty (stents). We have been informed by the doctors we consulted that ICD is used in exceptional cases that too when EF is less than 30%.

                  We have suffered following losses on account of this:

                  1. Cost of the ICD Rs 4 lakh
                  2. Operation charges for implantation of ICD
                  3. Physical pain and anxiety and mental torture
                  4. Financial Loss as patient could not attend to his business

                  In view of above we request to compensate for this loss at your earliest. Pl acknowledge the mail and inform us.

                  We are sure that with the reputation of your hospital you will consider this case and compensate us.

                      Hahahaha I doubt to call it a Hospital... Bad services this is not a hospital itz a hollow building where money is made... Extremely poor staff my Dad was addmitted at Vashi Fortis when asked to send a helper for his urination they send a sweeper...bad Nurse are paid to chit chat 24*7

                      Doctors i wonder to call them doctor can even diagnose one simple problem.THEY JUST CANNOT DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM

                      Request please dont even think of Fortis it is not a hospital it is building of money making...

                      I lost my Dad because of careless attitude of this hospital Shame on you FORTIS ...taking peoples life...

                        I was supposed to admit my mother to fortis hospital on diagnosis of hernia by consulting one of fortis doctor. After completing all the necessary procedure they told us to wait for some time for admission but when asked after some time they told us that there is no vacant bed. Also at the time of documents procedure they took 3-4 hours. Simply wasted so much time by giggling here n there. No proper service. There was long line of patients at 1 corner and the staff at desk was busy in chitchat. Doctors were asking if there is any patient to diagnosis, what a poor condition it was? Staff is not at all helpful. Bed was disgusting. Not comfortable. My mother was complaining about that. My complaint is about the basic staff posted on desk. It was worst experience here..

                        I am waiting from 11 am in your hospital for admission. I have completed all the procedure before 11 am itself. Till now i didn't get a bed for my mother. She can't even seat for this long time.
                        I have visited here on 6.09.16.Even though only 8 patient are in line but still Dr G S chabbra seems busy and has no time from last 2-3 hrs.

                        Office staffs are also not good and they are not co-operating to get the status.

                          Forits in Bangalore BG road, charged me for phone bills with date even before our admission date. When I asked for clarification, they said, "Go and ask those who prepared bill summary" and it took me more than 3 hours and no one could find why the past dated phone bill is included in the bill summary but i was asked to pay! I fought for more than 3 hours to get discharged".

                          We were admitted into Bangalore BG road Fortis hospital on sep 1st 2016 and discharged on Sep 6th 2016. We went to fortis only because of DR.Mangala, she is very famous in bangalore and everyone suggested her. It turned out that Dr. Mangala is indeed the best! But the problem is she is in wrong place so people like me are being robbed by Fortis with billing at the time of discharging.

                          They gave me a booklet of bill papers to pay on sep 6th 2016. I was in the queue more than an hour to get most of my itemized bills to get clarified. they sent me couple of times back & forth between, admin, billing, blood test, scan test and nursing team purposefully to push to 5pm so that they can close the counter. It is all clear that they are tying cheat everyone as we dont normally go through each item in that itemized bill.

                          I was charged in my bill summary that, I have used phone calls from my room on date June 28th and even in July first week of 2016. Fact is that the same bill summary says "I got admitted on Sep 01, 2016 and discharge date is sep 6th 2016".

                          I think it happens only in Fortis, Bg road bangalore, that patient can make phone calls even without having admitted or never being visited to Fortis but will be charged 3 months later.

                          The funny thing, is billing desk initially told me that, "may be it was some other charge but put as phone calls!". I replied "then how do i believe all other items are not misplaced or put in different item name?". He said, go ask the your doctor and others who were in OT to verify the list. But we in billing team has to get money for whatever is said as billed summary"

                          So here you go, its all robots in fortis!!!

                          I too had horrible time with nursing team during our treatment time in fortis. They attend to our calls and only to switch of that alarm button and never even listen to what we are trying to say. They were acting like "tell me why you pressed that button and i have other patients to attend". Very few nurses are really impressive and skilled, but those they are in night shift are really immature and they dont even trained for normal permanency care. They are really made our baby go into critical and we never forget those nightmare days & nights. There are very few nurses and those are the ones who really make me feel forgive Fortis and not filling legal case on this.

                          Dr. Mangala is one more reason, i just not going for legal. She is really a god for many people in bangalore.

                          I can disclose our UHID and phone if anyone in fortis whants to get in touch as i feel these kind of billing and nursing issues should not happen to others.

                          Overrall,
                          Billing in hospital should be like, "Close your eyes and just pay because everyone should think, hospital is temple and doctor and nurses are god!".
                          But in fortis is evil place with gods (doctors) are trapped.!!!

                          Update: I had a call from Fortis Bhannarghatta branch from their HR head Nayana. Turned out she is very kind lady and wonderful with listening to customer problems and issues. She arranged for detailed discussion which lasted for more than an hour to explain and clarify on all the issues that I had faced. For some of issues they apologised for their mistakes like billing issues and nursing staff behaviour and for few issues she resolved immediately by calling their concern team in person. Overall it turned out that, fortis has team who sit with customer and listen to their problem and solve as much as possible. Nayana also promised that they will necessary steps to avoid such horrible incidents that happened in our case and hopefull make fortis as better place for service. Thanks to this forum and Fortis and specially for Nayana for your time and all helps.

                            I got my son admitted on Saturday evening and it took at 1o clock in midnight 45 minutes to register with zero queue. Later when my son was to be shifted to the main room from ICU it took the team 4 hours to do the same. Then in the main room the AC temperature was fixed at chilling 21 degree Celsius. With existing breathing throuble it got worse for my son.

                              I wants to share my bad experience about Fortis Aqua regarding water purifier.I purchased a Genpure water purifier in Fortis Aqua on 2013.Now the problem is the water pressure got reduced.It takes 3 to 4 hours to fill 8 litter water tank.So i booked a complaint with Fortis and a technician came, he tested and said that the water pump gone so needs to replace the whole unit and cost comes around Rs.5500.I asked him to replace it.He came two days after with spare and he replaced it.Now the problem stil persist.I called him again he said needs to replace the bump and there is no stock available now, once i received i come and replace it.Now 10 days got over but still he doesn't come.I called the company manager and replied only one day, after that if i called him again he never pick the call.and no one answer.I would recommend please don't buy any products with Fortis Aqus since this is a cheating and the company manager is don't know how to handle the customer.Please block this website and close this company.

                                I was admitted in fortis hiranandani hospital vashi mumbai. At the time of admittance i deposited the security money. I discharged on 18 june 2016. They promised me to refund the amount within 30-45 days. Since 2nd of august 2016, i have been taking follow up for my refund and they people are making fool of me by saying that amount will be refunded within 2-3 days. Very pathetic.
                                First of all the customer care number is mostly busy. If they take call (Fortunately) they will transfer your call to refund department and none is going to attend your call. While doing treatment they will not wait for even a single penny and at the time of refund, just delaying. I don't know whether the management/admin are aware of these incidents or not or they are promoting these incidents.

                                  Only way to book a health checkup is via phone. Called[protected], they told me to call on[protected]. Nobody lifted this phone despite dialling this number 20 times on 22 aug 16. I then decided to visit the hospital and book it myself. After waiting at the queue at the reception for 10 mins, i was told booking had to be done via phone. I told receptionist that no one was picking up my calls. So he connected me to dept. Dept guy rudely responded telling me to contact tomorrow since it was 530 and dept shuts at 5. I told him that no one was picking up my calls. Despite all this returned the call the next day at 9 30 am and my phone was rudely cut down. Not even not picking up, the person had the audacity to cut my call. This is absolutely horrendous service. If bookings can be done via the phone only the hospital should atleast have the decency to pick up customers phone calls. Had to waste so much time in my day due to this shoddy service. Would never recommend this hospital to anyone.

                                    I am coming to noida fortis for past 4-5 years for dialysis session, the management here treats patient like there servants, instead of making things
                                    Mooth for them, they try to make it horrible, they want the patient should not be self dependent and should accompany his whole family for doing petty things like billing, insurance, ordering food otherwise patients have no option and to run here and there to get his work done, on top of it they keep changing rules for billing every week as per their convince without keeping in mind the difficulties faced by patients

                                      Their is a doctor dr. Urvashi jha in fortis vasant kunj delhi. Unhone patient dr. Rimpy kalra ka mri kraya ultrasound kraya still unhone sari reports galat di.
                                      Their were holes in her uterus and urinary bladder and even after full body mri she didn't tell us anything about it... Then she ask us to come to her clinic and meet personally and again she recommend to do mri
                                      Now the situation of patient is very serious. She is in sunrise hospital and we r just praying for her health. Doctors removes her uterus and ovaries and their was all puss in her abdomen and thats all just bcoz of dr. Urvashi
                                      Her husband is a lawyer and he will took an action about her just waiting for her to come back back home
                                      Soo now we want our money back
