I am dr.selvaraju md from salem.on 30.11.18 I hav recieved a call from franch courier service in salem, that my sign board has arrived from the tamilanadu medical council, chennai and asked to get at venue seelanaicken patty around 2pm.i was waiting there & I hav called many times through the mobile number they have contacted.but nobody picked up my call.today also I hav tried to contact fairlands branchand hasthampaaty branch salem.till now I am trying to contact.i sm expecting this response from the courier service.beyond that since I am a government employee wasted my timings in this.

I booked a courier from karur to HD kote, the courier man asked my receiver to come and collect in mysure, For that he need to travel 120km up and down.

This is not the good service, Kindly deliver my courier to the respective place.

Hi my name is Kaushik and my consignment number is [protected] and the courier has 4 pages and it needs to be sent from Chennai to Noida.

I am from Chennai and I sent it on 11/17/2018 and it has gone to Delhi Hub on 11/19/2018.. it has been one week till today and it is still with the hub.. just got it confirmed from customer care and saw the status in online as well.

Why is it still not delivered to Noida address?? and why was I not informed about it ?? and when is it expected to go to Noida??

I need it to be sent to receiver address(Noida) by tomorrow itself since it is very critical .

I need an explanation why it was not delivered until now.. you can reach me at [protected] in case of any discussions.

I am very unsatisfied with your service.

Courier has sent by the person before 5 days and it has reached bangalore 3 days before itself and courier boys are not ready to deliver, raised complaint withe franch support team and there is no use, finally i got courier person contact number and when i called he is asking me to come and collect at specific place which is 1 km away if not then he will send it back.

Its already more than 15 days i havent still received my parcel yet which was shipped from bihar.worst experience and im facing this for the second time.It shows chennai from past 10 days and intransit my location is banaglore

AwbNo: [protected]. The status has been updated as delivered om 15th October, but the parcel has not yet been received. The consignment was booked on 13th Oct 2018. There is no proper response from them and they talk rue if we call them. The customer care number updated in the site is out of order

We have recieved a parcel from athen bajaj, nagercoil on 08.10.2018 at 4.00pm.
But they booked parcel on 04.10.2018. We recieved a very late&worst delivery and also find one material missing out of two. Missing material is 56jf148y-1 pls find attached photo copy for your reference. Kindly send us the missing same material or refund the amount as per invoice for same part. (Amt 230/-)

This is about Hosur, tamilnadu courier office .
A guy called me in morning and asked me to come and get the parcel which is 4 km away from my home. He didnt ask can i come later or tomorrow . He asked to come and get.
Is that why we need courier? Instead we can go and get. Or I have to spend 200 for that transport? Why?

A parcel has been couriered on 12/11/18 from Chennai but till today(17/11/18) it has not been received at erode. Courier takes only one day for transit but it became more than 4 days and still I haven't received. Being a reputed company, I demand a positive reply from your side. CONSIGNMENT NO : [protected]

I have a sent a parcel to West Bengal through frach express on

27/09/18 to 5/10/18,
Daily calling and enquiring,
Courier service Asked to wait.
Now ask to contact receiver courier office.
Courier office ask to call customer care.
Nobody taking responsibility.

These kind of issues happened third time with this courier service.
Last two times the value of parcel is around 200/-, I ignored and sent it by another courier services.
Now happened third time this parcel worth is around 1000/-
Please help me to find the parcel. I fed up,
Every time their customer service no answer, no response if answers.
Please try to get by parcel

On 3rd october 2018, we make a booking from attur to maduravoyal.

While booking, we have checked when it will be delivered to the destination, they said it will be reached on 4th october 2018. So we have mentioned the available address.

Now its 5th october 2018, currently we are not available in that address.

So i requested them to provide in my hostel address (Which is in same area, courier address mentioned as 8th st but i request to deliver in 1st st), they said it is not possible then i requested them to tell the exact time to receive the parcel. They gave a executive number i was trying him for a long but his number is not reachable.

Really very worst experience, hereafter we wont prefer any booking from your end.

I have a bad experince about the fc service trivandrum... They neither deliver the products on time nor responds to our calls.. Very irresponsible attitude towrds customer.. Necessary actions should be taken... Speciallyone person named binu in fc trivandrum main branch, he never attends the call or call back... I have not yet recievd my product from them and came to know that my product has already reached trivandrm from chennai last week...

Franch express is the worst courier service. Because of it i lost my customer s and goodwill i created on my business. They just bluntly each gives phone no to contact the delivery person and do their duties. And a lady delivery person frm chilapakam is a worst. She didn't deliver my product but updated as delivered, but having the parcel with her and she called my customer to why we hv raised the companint and going on n on. She has asked her to collect from the office. If it for what we r paying. 7 days now product has not reached the customer still. Last time she didn't even wanted to deliver in th 2 nd floor asked my customer to come down to collect the courier.

Spoken with mr. Ram at rajajinagar st courier office where french express courier also accepts. He said we received but don't know why its not reached destination.
Pls help in this regard.

And some how i contacted one number and checked with them they are saying that they did not receive the courier.

Sir,
I have booked a corier on 16th Aug 2018 from Tambaram to Tuticorin.
The corier was delivered on 20th Aug 2018. We have missed a tender because of this late delivery. We tried to reach the booking point and delivery point about this. They have conveyed it is difficult to deliver a single cover by spending Rs.200 for petrol. This is the worst reply we have heard.
Please never ever repeat this worst service to your customers again.

I send very important document to delhi. It was not sent from chennai branch rk assosiates even after 3 days.
When follow up with chennai rk assosiates promised to send deliver in the next day.
But unforunate thing is there is no tracking and only one customer care number is there and that line not working.
Really it is serious matter of concern.
If they can provide proper service they should stop the services and no need to play with peoples life.
Very careless approach by the branch office and no response from head office.
Please improve the service or close the service.
May god protect us from such worst service providers

This parcel was despatched from surat to mettupalayam in coimbatore district. The parcel reached mettupalayam but customer was not intimated, holding status for two days and returned back. No call to the sender for clarification also. However, the return parcel status shows in-transit from 26 july. None of the numbers in your website are reachable. The sender has not received or neither has the recepient. Need details of the same the parcel status and forward to the sender will be appreciated. Please deliver it to the sender asap.
