I booked a parcel to Pali, Rajasthan State from Selaiyur/ Bramma Enterprise on 31.7.2020 vide consignment no.[protected]. I need tracking status in screen shot to claim refund against cloth for Rs.730/- .
Kindly provide tracking status which I am unable to see.
Unable to add photo of courier receipt as it is limited to max 2mb only.

      Placed an order on 18th july 2020 eith the service. Paid 120rs for express air delivery. Parcel is still stuck in their chennai hub from 20th july. They never reply to emails and nobody cares about customer complaints. Pathetic service. Made a hige mistake choosing their service for my shipment. Please do not choose them.

        Consignment number [protected] i booked on 10-aug-2020 from mdu to b'lore

        In tracker it showing nearby my recevier address, from 13-aug-2020 11.01am, still now not delivered, 15-aug-2020, my receiver went cv rama nagar hub (It showing in tracker) there fec dealers /employees are telling not received or propre answer. Pls confirm whear my parcel having when will be deliver to received,

            I ordered saree at Sara_Ethinics Instagram page.we got the delivery status on[protected].but i contact the courier hub he doesn't responded clear .The person didn't get my call and today[protected]at 9.00 pm only i got my parcel. the parcel was opened and tared and address label also missing.. Totally bad experience and worst delivery...

                The parcel has given on 28.07.2020 in tirukazhukundram branch.. But today's date is 01.08.2020 still i didn't receive the parcel in erode sathyamangalam branch. I contact the person he sent the parcel yesterday (31.07.2020) to chengalpattu main branch. I thought that it will receive today but still it doesn't receive even in erode branch... I want to know where is the parcel right now.. Contact branch persons are not resonding properly.. Almost 5 dayz gone still i didn't receive. Worst service i have ever seen.. Immediately i want to know where's my parcel right now.. When it will going to receive..

                      Cover was torn and box was badly damaged. Attached picture evidence for reference.
                      My client was completely dissatisfied the way they received the parcel.

                        My awb no.[protected] booking date 17.07.2020. Past one week the product is not despatch from ahmadabad to kilakarai. The delivery process is dead slow. I know this is pandemic situation due to corano slow service but some other courier service operated successfully. The people who r all working in the french express courier not response properly. I call so many times chennai office he said i dont know the details whether parcel is where exactly located he said i dont know about that aug 1 bakrid i need this parcel before august so make it arrange deliver the parcel asap. I am already complain regard this issue few days before but there is no any proper action taken

                            Chennai to Pondicherry (documents for urgent use)
                            Sent: 14th July 2020, received in Pondicherry: 15th July, but not delivered, and status shows delivered.
                            Courier no. [protected]
                            Status: Delivered
                            Reality: Not received.
                            I had to track the sender, receiver Head office and track the delivery boy who says that I will receive it today after my call???????????? but he has already marked it as delivered?????????????
                            I would have received it much earlier if I had booked via India Post Office speed post?
                            I hope employees like Karthik (mob: [protected]) do not understand the meaning of couriers services.
                            Totally unprofessional and did not solve the purpose because of which I am at a loss. I will never use Franch Express or recommend it to anyone ever.

                                5 couriers which i dispatched before locmdown on March 18 adn March 20 are not yet delivered. I handed over parcels to Muthukumar, Franch express staff, Perumbakkam. He said he will follow and update but he has not been lifting my calls for last 1 month. He also did not give me the pod slips for the couriers sent on these 2 dates. I have the addresses to which I have sent. Already registered complaint but no response from the company.

                                  Franch express courier — consignment number is [protected], till now product is not delivered.

                                  I sent a courier on 11th july 2020 through franch express from chennai to thanjavur, until now not delivered to the destination. Unable to deliver the consignment on time, even consignment was reached near to the destination (Thanjavur) on 11.40am, 13th july 2020 itself. Because of running the courier services insufficient staffs at the endpoint.

                                  Today (13th july) my son birthday.

                                  I am not satisfied your services.

                                  Please do the needful to reach my consignment on time.
