I ve sent courier from pollachi to bangalore on 10th oct 2017. Today is 17th oct till now courier not received.

When i called multiple time to customer care there were no response. Customer care person is very rude and she dropped phone in middle of the conversation.

Delivery services is very worst, they real don't know what is customer care and shouting the customer. I'm going file suite on french express network.

Chennai customer care is not giveing correct communication to customer. Entire french express team is is useless they cannot find it one local courier where it has been misplaced till bangalore it's has been reached in 28th aug 2017 after that from last wk we are tring to call them but courier people not picking the customer call then why did they keep customer service i think it's waste for french courier people
On 26th aug 2017 we have sent a local courier from madurai it reached on 28th aug 2017 from that day till now we did not receive the courier after regular fallow up now they come to know that courier is misplaced such late reaction from customer care now they r building new stories and fooling customers this is too bad service from french express team

Akbar manager one r two days he was picking the call after that he come to know that courier has been misplaced as on date 5thsep2017 i called to akbar no but some lady staff took and ask me tracking no and last she told me it's has been misplaced this is toobad service of french express

As on date 26th aug 17 we have sent a courier and it has been reached bangalore on 28aug2017 from that date i did not receive courier from french express of we check in online tracking it's is reflecting as holding in sr nagar hub if we contact regarding this they r telling regularly give us one day time already we have give 6days time but still courier not delivered too bad customer service manager do not have any responsibilities if any complaint raised that they have solve the issue here in bangalore one manager mr akbar when we call always he will tell her one more day this is too bad in this courier alredy we have been waited for more than 5 days there is no responce from manager side and they r not picking customer cells also

It's the worst courier service i have ever seen. They dont even answer your queries properly when you as a customer have some doubts. I tried to track my courier with the id they gave in receipt which shows invalid. And when i called the alapakkam branch code person, he was so rude and did not help me or give me any information about my courier and disconnected my call abruptly.

I have no idea where my parcel is hanged now. Worst service. Never opt for this. If you guys cannot provide or manage your service properly kindly quit than cheating people after getting money.

I sent medicine fruits from bangalore to dinigul town with clear address and contact details opted for next day delivery and the person promised the same.

No updates no calls on next day. When i tracked and enquired they simply saying my package came to dindigul and misrouted to vathalagundu.

When i asked to get the package and delivery by noon, they are not ready. They said will delivery tomorrow.

See the attachment of medicine fruit, which are completely spoiled due to their irresponsible behavior of staffs at dindigul branch.

Never ever sent couriers via franch express.

They don't even understand what you saying, simply reply it got misroute you will get it tomorrow.

[protected] was the booked number. On14.07.2017 from maraimalai nagar to nagamalai pudukottai the courier is not delivered till 18.07.2017. This was an important document. I have booked a complaint in your office the complaint no is 8377972. After tracing the number contact the nagamalai pudukottai branch no. The agent replied that he has phone to the addresse. He has not take the phone so when the addresse phoned after an hour so he said the addresse has to come and collect. It is the fault done by the receiver. So he has make arrangement to return the delvery. His speech was rude,,!!! I have told that complaint has been booked and the call was recorded and it was sent in whatsapp and a complaint will be booked in police station for judicial action. Then he replied rudely that the address in very near. He will deliver to day it may after sunset. The person who have sent the courier told that the delvery. Boy was a rouge he will speak every time to all the people. If doubt any body can check this. Why the courier is having a rouge and fraud agent pl look in to the matter and take serious action against this it is.

I am from coimbatore. One of my supplier sent a parcel from north india on 10th june 2017. It is not reached yet. I tried to track online. It was saying in transit. Then after few days it said address not clear! How come this is possible. When i send details to supplier i sent my address clearly. If the address is not clear the delivery man has to call me via mobile and ask for address. I am unable to move outside home. Just waiting at home to receive. And today morning, it shows it is in-transit to chennai hub due to non-delivery.. Oh god!!! What a worst service network!! For all these days, i tried so many mobile numbers to reach them. Lan lines are there and it says switched off. And mobile numbers are there. It rings. No one picks!! I tried to call customer care. No mobile numbers are there. But email ids are there and when i sent email, it says mail delivery failed. I do not know how people will trust this company?!! First and foremost request.. Kindly updated your website with current phone numbers. Attend calls!!!

Regret to inform you that the above awb contained pack of our courier booked in gujarat on 3.6.17 to chennai has not delivered till such time. The courier reached chennai on 4.6.17. I have checked the awb number. I have called the head office in chennai and asked about detail many times. But they are simply telling that the courier will be delivered on that day. But still not delivered. I am really shocked by his behaviour.. I wanted to know,...

Worst experience i have never had before with the service, i have sent a parcel to chitoor district from chennai on 6/05/2017 they have given estimated delivery time for two days. But still courier haven't delivered. When we checked with the customer care they replied very worst manner. Such an irresponsible customer service i have ever seen. She threaten me like i wont get my parcel back. When i asked for proper response she said do you want me to give parcel in your hand or what. Is this the way customer care people will react to the customer when asked for the status of the courier. I want to get my courier back without any damage as she said. And i'm requesting management team to take action on her.

Regret to inform you that the above awb contained pack of our courier booked in chennai on 3.5.17 to hyderabad has not delivered till such time. The courier reached hyderabad on 4.5.17. I have checked the awb number. But the courier man refused to deliver the packet. He asked the sender to come & collect the packet & he is not willing to deliver. I am really shocked by his behaviour.. I wanted to know, why my courier doesnt reached? Is it your franch express service? If you would have told us the courier will reach only after 6 days, i would have not choosen your service.
I am really annoyed of your service. Also i am going to file a petition in the consumer court after lodging a police compliant.

My Dad send me a courier via Franch Express Courier. It arrived Chennai on 02.05.2017. The delivery boy came to the exact spot and that time I am not available. I called that person and request him to delivery it in my work place (It's only take few minutes from the address mentioned in the courier). He agreed and told me to delivery it on 03.05.2017.

But on 03.05.2017, he called me and told that your courier was ready to dispatch and I am near to the Hostel. I asked him that, the you told me to deliver in my work place but why are you there. He told me that that is our designation and I cant come there.

So I told him that, its ok wait for 2 mins I will come and receive. But he replied that IF YOU BRING ME THE LUNCH AND I WILL WAIT (SARCASTICALLY).

I immediately disconnected the call and ask my friend to receive the courier because I m in my work place. So I cant leave that time. And I again called him that my friend receive the courier. Immediately he replied that I cant give like that I only deliver to you. So I asked what can I do? He tell me that ask your father to go to where he sent the courier and tell them to spoke to my head office, they will contact my branch and if they tell me I will give it to your friend! like that he said.

Till now I did not received my courier.

Is this the way of behavior?

I made a courier to the mentioned below address on
11/04/2017. The material is still not delivered and neither the office
staffs able to track the order. I got a feedback the material was wrongly
sent to some different office and material got damaged. They told me will refund 500Rs for it but the price of product I shipped is 800Rs. I am fed up with the irresponsibility from
your end .

My parents has send gmp bills amount ot 50, 000 for insurance claim from my office. they have courierd the document to franch expresscourier, komarapalayam - branch, bhavan. on 06-04-17 to jajpur - k - road, odisha, but yet have not received the document at odisha nor able to trace the document. the bill has to be submitted on or before 14-4-17 in my office - pune for claiming the bill. the docet no is : [protected]. the komarapalayam branch person is not taking any responsible and seems frivolous.

Please do not use this service. They are the worst courier service present in our country today. They are highly incompetent and work slower than regular Indian POST (not speed post, speed post is far better).
Their tracking is also useless. I have given complaints and also spoken but the only thing they say is - "it will reach today". Its best to use other service instead of this stupid courier service.

We had booked a courier service on 2/12/16, AWBNO-[protected] through franch express courier Erode branch, Which was showing in their website for quite long time with status of out for delivery. But never delivered till date even after continuous tracking(More than 50 calls has been made to their various office). Later its been communicated to us that it has been damaged. Even the damaged good is not yet delivered yet (It is worth of Rs 500+). There is no response from booking office. They are not picking our calls and giving excuses that they can not do anything further. They are not even willing to give back our courier fee of Rs 70/-. We strongly recommend a proper compensation for the same.

With ref to the way bill no.[protected] dated on 23/12/2016 booked from chennai, but the shipment was not received till date, as per the tracking report the shipment was delivered on 29/12/2016, but the delivery boy told the shipment is kept in the office and it will be delivers today ( Delivery boy no. [protected]) .
Kindly clarify why the shipment not delivers for the past 7 days ?
Why the shipment taking more than a week time for delivery from chennai to pondicherry ?
Kindly delivered the shipment immediately because it contains life saving medicines.

my courier was not delivered to me booking as on17.12.16 still 5 days i am not received. i call to ask annur lot of times and also coimbatore, chennai. every one told courier is in annur.but annur office told that courier not there. What is your service your booking amount is rupees but call to search my courier cost is much more. franch express courier is very bad in all. we are not connected in further and also we are explain to all my friends & relative circle your service is very poor so don't book your courier

I, mrs. bagirathi, ([protected]) from bengaluru sent a letter/document no [protected] to my brother r. venkatachalam, 170, new colony tuticorin, tamilnadu, 628003 on 03/11/2016 around 11 am through m/s balaji tours, franchisee, gandhi bazaar, basavanagudi, bengaluru.
Even on 4th nov, 19.00 hrs, it was not traceable. at around 22.00 hrs on 4th, i found in franch express tracking website that the destination for the above doculment is coimbatore and is in transit. no response from the company.

We are running a private sector franchising for past 13 yrs heading chennai. So parcels will regularly reach us. But for the past 1 year, we never receive the parcel at our door step. We have to collect it from the french courier office. Untolerabally the parcel received last week (No.[protected]) was delivered in the wrong address. So take necessary action and warn the franchisee to deliver in the correct address - komarapalayam-638183

Dear sir/mam,
I did one courier on 12th sept 2016, courier no is [protected]. It did not reached to destination till now. Whenever i am trying to call customer care no one is providing correct response. Document was important. On hosur courier center one lady is working ([protected]). I asked her what is the amount for fast delivery she took rs 150 and told it will reach in 2 days now 7th day crossed but no response. On tracking it says that delivered to salum after that no information. My post is for bhagalpur (Bihar). Please help me.
In future i will never use any private courier service, speed post service is very good.
