I have sent the cycle as a courier from Chennai to thiruvarur via franch express on 23/5/23. still have not received that courier. they are not responding properly I have paid 1000 rupees as the charge and they were not even replying it. please help me to sort out this problem....

When i last checked the the tracker is showing the location as Tirupati. and it was showing Scheduled for next day from last two days. why the delay..too bad experience from this company.. Two Couriers Were Booked for the Same Destination (Chennai to Madurai) The courier was sent on 6th May 2023. Still, it has not delivered. Today date is May 10th, 2023. Origin place of this courier service is Chennai. And it was supposed to delivered to Madurai. But it is not yet delivered. As you can see the courier was out for delivery on May 9th, 2023, Still They Are delivering.
no one pickup phone calls. Poor management...

I booked a consignment from Chennai to Bangalore but I received my consignment in fully damaged.so i want my consignment in original condition.otherwise i will take legal action.....

This is the worst courier service i have seen. contact number provided in the website are not existing or not responding. concerning people is also not responding. they are delaying as much as possible....

The parcel that was sent on 17th April from Chennai to Bangalore is not delivered to our address yet. The tracking number is [protected]. The update we get all the time is that the parcel is in SR Nagar branch. When we said we'll go and pick it from the branch, the reply we got is that they are searching for the parcel. I don't know how to proceed. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest as those documents are of much importance for my child's...

I had a courier to be delivered in Mavelikkara.
But the courier is not yet delivered and the staff at chennai and Mavelikkara are not giving proper response.

I sent a courier before 6 days still not yet sent to the receiver site...

The item has not yet delivered. It was sent on 4th march. 30 days over.It has returned back to coimbatore sowripalayam. Photo is attached.. When my cousin who has send a courier contacted service point they are asking for Rs 5 that should be done through online mode not offline mode. Why we need...

The courier was sent on 9th March 2023. Still it has not delivered. Today date is April 5th 2023. Origin place of this courier service is coimbatore. And it was supposed to delivered to Karnataka. But it is not yet provided. If this not delivered means it should be send back to the origin place right since it has nearly crossing 30 days. I have tracked this courier and it is showing that it has send back to sowripalayam with contact number...
