Hi, I've sent a package via Franch Express Courier from chennai to Bangalore(Uttarahalli) on 19/08/23. But on 23/08 it showed that the package is delivered but it's not. When I tried to call the contact person name which it's shown in the tracking page, he haven't returned my call and continouesly ingoring it.

The person name is Santhosh([protected]) from Uttarahalli. This is worst behaviour from their side and also tried calling their customer care and it also not worked. Worst experience ever.

    Order has been shipped 3 days before to Karnataka but it has not reached the customer yet. Avoid this courier

      11/08/23 parcel is taken from Trichy...but till know I didn't receive the parcel...so kindly [protected]...and also I try to reach the customer care but line is not working...

        I had submittted a cover containing medical bills to Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited, Manali, Chennai 600068 at Adambakkam /MAA Geetham Agency vide Consignment No. [protected] on 17/07/2023 and it has not so far reached CPCL Manali till date. On tracking, I find it remains undelivered. Please trace the above on priority basis and deliver the same forthwith if not already delivered by a special messanger since medical reimbursement for a retired person is very essential.           Courier are not yet delivered

          The courier was sent on 30th June 2023. Still it has not delivered. Today date is July 17th 2023. Origin place of this courier service is coimbatore. And it was supposed to delivered to Bangalore. But it is not yet provided. I am currently tracking the item, and it appears to be stuck ate the Madiwala hub, . I contacted the party, but they refused to accept it, which is why there seems to be a delay. I called the party, and they informed...

          I had a Delivery from Madurai through Franch express Courier. but I didn't received the product still now. The delivery person VIJIN - [protected] AZHAKIYAMANDAPAM is not responding properly. He called me to get the product from his available location which is far from my location. because of the product delayed, I faced heavy loss and mentally worried. so that I am moving forward this complaint to consumer court on Franch Express Courier.

            I recieved one parcel at yesterday mellpattambakkam delivery point but tha delivery person didn't door deliver the parcel and don't inform to collect the parcel also I tracked the LR and find him phone number ask him to why you don't delivery the parcel he said that area no service and I busy to my own work I don't know how he's saying like this I disappointed to the service

                No proper response. Veppur Hub - 99438-27387

                Address: Veppur hub, Tittakudi Taluk, cuddalore District

                Totally waste to use Franch Express Courier.
                I used to send a courier on 7th of june 2023 from chennai to cuddalore district.
                Their near by hub is Veppur.
                but they are not delivery the product and even not picking the call.
                harshly they are speaking to customer whether they won't delivery the product as they promised date.
                I called them 20 times of 9th of June2023.
                not picking a single call....

                I have sent the cycle as a courier from Chennai to thiruvarur via franch express on 23/5/23. still have not received that courier. they are not responding properly I have paid 1000 rupees as the charge and they were not even replying it. please help me to sort out this problem.

                    SKHT.
                    My package was sent with the consignment No: [protected] on 14th May. I have been waiting for my order since 14th May. When i last checked the the tracker is showing the location as Tirupati. and it was showing Scheduled for next day from last two days. why the delay..too bad experience from this company.. One of your member from Tirupati responded and said my package will be delivered on May 16 Night but still I didn't get my package, in the tracker it was showing still it was in Tirupati. Other than him no body is responding the calls also..

                    I need the solution..

                      Two Couriers Were Booked for the Same Destination (Chennai to Madurai) The courier was sent on 6th May 2023. Still, it has not delivered. Today date is May 10th, 2023. Origin place of this courier service is Chennai. And it was supposed to delivered to Madurai. But it is not yet delivered. As you can see the courier was out for delivery on May 9th, 2023, Still They Are delivering.
                      no one pickup phone calls. Poor management

                              The parcel that was sent on 17th April from Chennai to Bangalore is not delivered to our address yet. The tracking number is [protected]. The update we get all the time is that the parcel is in SR Nagar branch. When we said we'll go and pick it from the branch, the reply we got is that they are searching for the parcel. I don't know how to proceed. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest as those documents are of much importance for my child's education.
