    Dear Sir Sub : Payment deducted from bank but transaction unsuccessful. My self Haresh potdar i have payment of Rs. 500/- dt 21.04.2015 to Dish Tv CC No-[protected] recharge Hdfc bank netbanking but still not received to fund to dish tv. I have compliant to cca freecharge.in dt 22.04.2015 but still not received to money my hdfc bank. Today i have not received money i go to consumer court legal action to you.       I brought Cafe Coffee Day Bogo Offer of Rs 39, Order Number - FCVW[protected], but when I went to CCD outlet to claim same they said this voucher number is already used. I registered a complaint to Freecharge support, Compalint Number - 1573037, on which they worked and said coupon is working now and asked me use it. I went again to CCD outlet yesterday and again that coupon came out to be used one. This is highly embarrassing and I felt shameful in front of CCD people as they think I am using used coupon. Coupon is expiring on 30th April. I do not want to go again to CCD and get shamed again so request you to take strict action on Freecharge. They have played with my respect made insulted me in front of crowd standing in CCD twice.

          Dear, My Self Ranjit Kumar, I use Freecharge Mobile app for mobile recharge, I recharge My Orissa Circle Airtel Mobile No - [protected] for Rs. 140/- on 10th April-15. Same amounr deduct from my account at that time but till now no recharge done in my above mention mobile no. I talk with airtel, they replay Their is no amount received from Freecharge for rs. 140/- Kindly talk with free charge Since 10th April i continue in touch with freecharge care but no solution received yet.               i rechargd with 275 on my mobile number [protected] on 23/4/15 ... initially it dint get recharged and showed "oops ure recharge couldnt be done"... later wen i tried again to do the recharge money was deducted and kept doing so 3 times(275 +275+275).. later i got the recharge of 275 only order no FCVA[protected] bt the remaining (275+275) money wasnt refunded neither given as credits.. totally my account went from Rs 19417 TO 18592( a difference of 275+275+275=825) BT I GOT ONLY ONE RECHARGE OF 275.. where did my 275+275 go..?? pl dont reply to talk to my bank.. coz i already have and they have said that the amount has been transferred to u.. kindly send my refund back immediately and pl make sure such mistakes dont happen again to cause inconvenience to us due to ure mistakes...

                        I was recharging aircel prepaid sim with full talktime and i selected a full talktime plan from the list of plans the website showed me. But after successful recharge, i found that i was recharged with internet plan and when talked to aircel customer service they said there were no any such talktime plans and they told its fault from freecharge website to display it wrongly. And after contacting freecharge they accepted it as their fault and told to refund the amount in terms of freecharge credits. But even after 5 days they havent given any freecharge credits which looks like they wont care to my complaint. So i am posting here again. Hoping to get issue resolved soon from freecharge team.

I complained to them also thrice via email but they just booked the ticket having ticket No. 1597442 but not yet responded or solved my problem.                                     I had done recharge today for AIRTEL Rs. 200/- full talktime the amount was deducted as usual but I did not get my balance amount for recharge. when called AIRTEL cust.care they did not reply properly they said aa jayega is this the way freecharge treating customers shame on them it is their duty to solve the problems occurred nor to just mint money from customers MY order I.D. is FCVW[protected]
