What the hell are you people thinking. First you dont give mc donals north and south coupons to me. And then if i recharge and use mcdonald north and east coupons you take that privilage away from that person also whose freecharge app i had used to recharge my phone. What do you want to do. I have written about this issue to you people so many times but there has not been a solution to this even after this issue being escalated to higher authorities. Do you intend to deprive me of these coupons or what. I am really annoyed that you people just took somebody else's privilage to use those coupons just because my phone was recharged by that freecharge app. This was really embarrasing and let me tell you you all will get embarrased now just because you are not solving my problem and trying to discriminate between customers just because someone else has used those coupons. You just wait and watch. Either you give those coupons to me on a regular basis or else give me back my money which i had used to actually make a recharge of rs. 10 and then get a coupon of mcd which i did not get. The coupons available to me are available in the attached screenshot also. All phones which are related to me are actually deprived of these coupons which is the worst part of all these things. I am really annoyed.

    I rechanged my aircel number ([protected]) yesterday (1/07/2015) for 299. the amount is debitted from my account and i got the msg from my native bank as (Ur A/c-xxxxxxxx010844xx has been DEBITED for Rs.299.00-ECOM-ACCELYST SOLUTIO-xxxxxxxxxx737589-Balance is Rs.952.16-KBLMoneyPlant-(01:07:2015:20:21:58) But the same amount is not creditted to my no yet Pls kindly refund my amount

    This is in reference to your e-mail dated 2/07/2015 regarding Rs.299/- online recharge related concern for your Aircel number [protected].As discussed with you, we wish to mention that we have verified your account details and found that the recharge for the amount of Rs.299/- was not successful, the amount would get reversed to your bank account within 7 working days from the date of transaction. If it is not come to your bank account within 7 working days, we request you to send the bank statement for further assistance. Once the bank statement is shared we would check it from the relevant team and refund the amount to your Aircel number.

      I recharged 150 rupees to my mobile before 1 hour ego but its debited in my accout but its not recharged now half an hour back irecharged to another one of rupees 127 but its also same debited in my account but is not recharged so refund my money to my account as soon as possible

I have state bank of India ATM card, he correctly said and by second call he asked for 6 digits OTP that I gave him.
