Dear sir, I request you to please stop purchase of POS NO [protected] from freecharge at 3.31 pm, 3.26pm, 3.21pm, 3.17pm and 3.12pm, on[protected] because this was booked by unknown person who called me around 2.45 pm and told me that he is calling from SBI helpline centre_we want to renew your ATM card. I have state bank of India ATM card, he correctly said and by second call he asked for 6 digits OTP that I gave him. Finally, I was debited rs15000 purchase through your online purchasing on[protected].I humbly request you to please stop the purchase and deposit the same amount to my SBI account and kindly, contact me on mob no : [protected], [protected]. Please reply as early as possible.
