      I have a/c in SBI, Singhana Road, Narnaul(HR), in the name of Ranjan kumar i received a call from mob no.[protected] of an unknown person on my mobile No.[protected] on[protected] saying that he is speaking from head quarters of SBI branch Mumbai and told me that your ATM card will be issued within 72 hrs, as I had applied for new ATM card in SBI, Singhana Road, Narnaul(HR), and he asked me to tell my old ATM card number and as per his enquiry i gave him my ATM card number.after few minutes i received two message on my mobile regarding purchase of two items. My bank passbook shows two different debit transactions on 04.06.2015 as under:- 1. POS 932765 Freecharge Mumbai for Rs. 2000/- 2. POS 933152 Freecharge Mumbai for Rs. 2500/- PLEASE CANCEL THESE FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS IMMEDIATELY AN HELP ME FOR REFUND OF MY MONEY RS 4500/- IN MY SB A/C NO.[protected]. MY ATM CARD NO. IS[protected]

        This is pathetic!!! You guys put the schemes on Coupon Dunia and other stupid websites where this offer is clearly showing live till 30 June. First check that and stop giving excuses!!! This same issue has happened 2nd time in the last 3 months with Freecharge. If I would have paid the same amount with Paytm, I would have got Rs.100 cashback minimum. But i choose Freecharge to get Rs.160. And wat i got is "Fraud" by freecharge-0 cashback for Rs.800. I font give a damn to 100-200 bucks, but when someone cheat u by providing wrong info thats when it hurts!!! FREECHARGE ARE FRAUD PEOPLE!!!                 I have recharged BSNL prepaid mobile no.[protected], Tamil Nadu for Rs. 176 via freecharge.in Transaction Order ID : FCVW[protected] but my phone have not recharged yet. Kindly look in to the matter and release refund of Rs.176 from freecharge.in.I didn't receive any response even though i registered a complaint in [protected]@freecharge.in.If you don't look into this matter immediately, i will raise a complaint in consumer court.                   Regarding the above complaint
                  An employee of freecharge is calling me repeatedly to know my at cvv number & pin number, he has taken cvv no & deducted rs .300. NNoNowNow again he wants my pin number. He says his name is kumar employee of freecharge I d no. 03751 .NOW MY MONEY RS. 420 HAS BEEN TAKEN. Solve the issue.

                          मैने दिनाँक- 10.05.2015 को freecharege के द्वारा TATA PHOTON MAX POSTPAID DATA CARD NO- [protected] पर अपने बिल (Rs-1112) का भुगतान किया परंतु मेरा बिल जमा नहीं हुआ जिसके सम्बन्ध में मैंने freecharge से कई बार कहा लेकिन वो बार बार केवल यह कहकर टाल दे रहे है की आपके बिल का बुगतान हो गया है। जिसके सम्बन्ध में मैंने TATA PHOTON COSTOMER CARE से बात की लेकिन उन्होंने ये कहा की आपका कोई भी बिल हमारे यहाँ रिसीव नहीं हुआ है। जिसके बारे में मैंने freecharege से कई बार e-mail के द्वारा बताया जिसे वो मानने से मना कर रहे है। कृपया इसे सुलझाने का कष्ट करें। Refrece no.                                   My failed transaction ID :FCMA[protected] on 07.05.2015 of Rs. 625. I request to Freecharge to refund the amount to my Bank Account. But the amount not refund back. Every email I send to them one fixed answer they give "As per your request, we have already initiated a refund of Rs.623 to your account on 7th May 2015. This amount will be credited in your respective bank account within 5-7 bank working days." Today is 18.05.2015 but the amount not credited my bank account.

                                    if through net banking and debit or credit balance is deducted and amount not returned just go to http://support.freecharge.in/
                                    and fill the form and send it to customer care.

                                    you will recieve a masage from freecharge to your registered e mail id and then click the link which ending with a #
                                    you found the return amout to your credit balance.

                                    you can use that amount for further recharge porpose.
