I did recharge of 200, 150, 200, on[protected].my contact no. is [protected]. After doing recharge to my TATAsky id ([protected]) dth i did not get balance.I received all confirmation of money transaction in your account by my bank side. Now i do not want recharge to my tata sky.Sir you are request to refund my money in my account or my freerecharge account. Sir it is second time from your side about such type of problem. Following are the copy of mail that i received by my bank side An amount of Rs. 200 has been debited from your A/C SB01000109 for an online transaction done at India Ideas using CorpNet banking, Ref No:[protected] An amount of Rs. 150 has been debited from your A/C SB01000109 for an online transaction done at India Ideas using CorpNet banking, Ref No:[protected] An amount of Rs. 200 has been debited from your A/C SB01000109 for an online transaction done at India Ideas using CorpNet banking, Ref No:[protected]

          I had recharge the BSNL internet of Rupees 155 on dated 27/06/2015 through internet by using my debit card but the it is on credited on my BSNL net acount.The amount was debited from my saving acount. The trasaction on freecharge for order ID "FCVA [protected]". My BSNL No is "[protected]" I have already discuss with BSNL and HDFC rearding the same. They have said that this amount is credited on free recharge

                    Money gone from my account Airtel told they have not received it from freecharge so recharge failed. These are telling me for last 15 days my recharge is successful. Fraud and cheaters who don't provide contact details except email id and dupe people like this. Never use it for recharge

                        I made the payment of INR 3000 on 03.07.15 in the wrong VC (Dish TV) No. Immediately lodged a complaint against the same with them. I have been informed that the recharged VC No. is deactivated and currently not in use. Still the company refused to process the refund. I am filing a case against Freecharge in court. I'll make sure they face serious consequences and will not repeat the same with anyone.
                        Complaint marked as Resolved 
                        I got a call from a company called Oxygen who agreed to transfer the amount in the form of credits in my freecharge account as I recharged my account using freecharge.in. After successful transfer I got a confirmation call and at the same time I requested them to transfer the amount in my bank account. I received the amount in my bank account within 3 days.                               I have recharged one of my voda number worth Rs.297 on 5th July, 2015. But after waiting 3-4 hours, recharge has not been done. so i want my money refund to my bank account. please respond soon. I have attached screenshot of my 3 continuous transaction history from my atm in which it has been clearly mentioned about the amount (Rs.297) being deducted using freecharge app. Another attacment is the SMS i got for deduction from my bank account after recharging from freecharge. PS: whoever is the authorized person, please help me to recover my money . my contact number: [protected] waiting for a respond!!!
