I have done 55/- recharge to [protected] by default it show bsnl service provider name but it is idea number i didn't notice that i proceed the payement but amount was debited from my credits in freecharge app, but the recharge status is showing that in process from long time. Please accept this complaint and refund my money back

    I recharged this no [protected] for Aircel Rs.119 and my Order id : FCVW[protected]. iRecharged on march 31 .Still i did not get the refund amount to my bank... I need My Amount Back Other wise i take necessary action to your company website...
    My money has been deducted from my bank account, but i haven't been recharged. It was on May 22nd 2015 that is on Friday it was for recharging of my Vodafone postpaid bill, i filed the complaint on the same day but they said the amount will be auto-refunded to my bank directly within 5-7 business days but its been a long time but no response from them.

          I was having free charge credit of rs198/- in my free charge a/ c, user- [protected]@gmail.com . I hav nt used it till date.today when i ws going to use d same to recharge my mobile, i found that same amount of 198 was used/ paid on 08/03/15 to recharge the mob no [protected] with order id FCTW[protected] which is so ridiculous . kindly register my complaint and refund d same in my free charge a/c.

              Freecharge team is not honoring their T&C for order ids FCBW[protected]and FCMW[protected]. As per the T&C of the offer "25% cashback for the citibank card holders" 2 transactions of Rs 400 will get Rs 100 cashback each. The only restriction mentioned in the T&C of the offer (also attached) is there is limit of 2 transactions for a user/email/mobile number. Since these were the first 2 transactions for the user, email id and mobile number, the cashback need to be credited to the account. Whereas the same was not done. On raising the concern with the customer care, they added another condition of limit of 2 transaction for each card.I have raised the concern with the customer care multiple times and have also asked about the grievance contact details but there is no reply except for their instance on this newly added condition. I even asked for the reversal of the recharge and refund of the amount paid but they are not willing to that as well. I really feel cheated with this kind of attitude of the team. I would not recommend freecharge to anyone and would rather use paytm for the recharges.

                    Order id : FCVA[protected] support Ticket # 1540190 recharge no-[protected] email [protected]@gmail.com i did a recharge of rs.500 on that number on 3 april.but its came out as failed.but my money is deduted from my bank acoount but no rechage is done or nor refund is done. i send a mail to freecharge but no reply.i want my money refund.
                    I have done a recharge on [protected] of Rs. 50 the amount is deducted from my account and the recharge is not successful. i send a mail and contacted at least 10 times on their phone numbers but they didnot picked up the call. Please suggest me what can I do.

                          Freerecharge is saying "This transaction has been successfully processed and Operator ID as generated by the operator is[protected]. You can validate the same with them by sharing this Operator Id and they should be able to assist you further with the details on the recharge and the benefits credited against this" But the operator is asking to call from the number for which the recharge is done, i had recharged my parents number where they are not so acquainted with mobile so that they can call to customer care. I had informed this to support but they provide the above response every time.

But now a days they are doing Fraud.They take the balance and not Recharge on your account.I do approx RS 1000 recharge each month.But now i found two cases they take money and not recharge 1.Order ID : FCVM[protected] Date : 04-Mar-2015(They not refund Yet.
