    sir, i have done a dth recharge from freecharge and my rs 300 deducted 4 times (total rs 1200) by error recharge, not successful transaction error on 25th nov 2014 even i didnt get my dth recharged. Its already been more than 70 days and they are not giving my money back. By complaining them, they are saying that they dont have any record of this and telling that contact your bank and by contacting bank...the bank said the transaction has done from there side and i have to collect my refund from FREECHARGE.IN. please help me out and try to refund my rs 1200 back. sir here i got all 4 transaction ID 1.         hello I am Rangesh Kumar .I recharged my mobile with mobile app freecharge for 175.Initially the page said "transaction failed please retry "but amount got deduced from my account .i tried again and got recharge but now i have spent 350 rs for 175 rechage .i lost 175 rs please refund my money

          This reference to my previous complaint raised reg my freecharge has not been done to my idea number [protected] thru sbi net banking. The amount has been debited from my account and the recharge has not been done. After raising the complaint the above mentioned gentleman called and asking for my debit card detail for refunding the amount. I have bitter experience before with the same free charge people. Why u want my account detail for crediting the amount back. Either u credit to my free charge credit or u re credit to my bank account from where the amount has come. The above mentioned Mr. Rahul he dont know how to behave with customer and he was trying to hack my account. He is so rude while talking. Such a person not deserved to be there in the customer care department. Habeeb [protected]

            I have recharged Rs. 300/ - thru sbi net banking for idea mobile [protected]. It shown as successfully debited from my account but recharge has not been done and no message also received from free charge. Normally when I do the recharge I used to get the confirmation from freecharge and also not received any coupon which I opted. Pls help me in this regard.             You can mail them on their id [protected]@freecharge.com. I had faced a similar problem, which happens sometimes due to technical glitches. My problem was solved within 48 hours. Just email them the details and they with acknowledge your email

              My self VIJAY I using freecharge.in site to do recharge in my vodafone mobile number (+[protected].. my order id : FCVW[protected] i did recharge on freecharge on 4th february, 2015... the offer was 215/215 full talk time offer. but i got only 188. rs. in my vodafone balance... first i sent mail to [protected]@freecharge.in but i didnot get perfect reply from them... as per freecharge there is not 215/215 full talk time offer... there is not now but there was so i did... and as per invoice, any one can say that this is full talk time offer... freecharge is making fraud... like this way... one day showing offer and after offer removed... then after this type of complain, they say there is not offer ... they understand we are foolish... freecharge please call me for this matter... because you did not give us customer care number on your site...                 Hi, I did a recharge of 250Rs on vodafone for number [protected] at February 6, 2015, 05:52 PM. The amount was deducted from my credit card but I have neither got recharge in my phone or recharge credits or transaction history. This is happening for second time.

                  I have purchased a product on Amazon.in during the republic day season and they have offered me a freecharge.in coupon which said that I will get a cash back of Rs. 100 for a transaction of amount above Rs. 100. I have made a transaction of Rs. 430 using that coupon but I have been credited with only Rs. 75. I sent a mail to freecharge customer service regarding the same. they are very lathargic, irresponsible and never respected my query and replied that "their" T & C says that the offer is for Rs. 75 for Rs. 75. even today Amazon.in shows that the offer is Rs. 100 for Rs. 100. Its very pathetic experience with freecharge customer spport representatives. I have requested for a call back addressing the same query, I neer received a call and got the same response stating that the offer has been credited properly.

                          I Vikram Repe made recharge from freecharge.com of rs.282 for internet pack on my reliance prepaid. The confirmation mail received from free charge.com as recharge was done. Also my bank account is debited from same amount. But reliance send me reply through SMS that recharge isn't done. I just wrote the mail to freecharge at thrice times crediting the amount but haven't get it. Please find below info as order I'd FCVA[protected]. This order can't be proceeded .                             On[protected], recharge done for rupees 100/-through freecharge app and rupees 200/- were deducted due to double payment to your account.freecharge credit is not showing refund of rupees 100/- .Do needful.

                                  This complaint is against freecharge app. I downloaded from play store . I did recharge of 851rs net packon freecharge app through my debit card. But app showed tht there is error and we r nt able to recharge . It ws failed . But my money was deducted from my bank account as i recieved msg of deduction. So I wrote mail to freecharge. I got reply from freecharge team as ur money is safe and we will refund n will deposit money in ur bank account. As freecharge team.assured tht money will be refunded so I did recharge of 851rs net pack from other app. But after 3 hrs I gor mail from freecharge tht ur money is refunded and we hv done recharge of 851rs. It means my 851rs are wasted which I spent to recharge net pack from other pack. Freecharge team should hv deposited 851rs to my bank account as they assured instead of doing recharge without my permission. I mailed them regarding this bt there is no reply of assurance of refund yet. Freecharge app company hvnt.given their helpline number anywhere . So there is no way to contact them by phone. Plz help me to get my 851rs back. as assured by company freecharge should refund my 851rs asap.

                                        Respected Sir I was logged in with two account please delete those account. [protected]@yahoo.co.in [protected]@gmail.com with the same number [protected]. I have a credit code via wechat but when i entered that code it said " you have reached the maximum number of redemptions allowed for this promocode from one registered email id (allowed=1) and for one mobile number(allowed=1). But i never used this code and phone number too. Please resolve this problem asap because the validation of code is 15 feb 2015. Reply asap.
