    i have recharged my mobile, the no is [protected] at 26th january 2015.As i have tried to recharge for 110rs but the recharge was not sucessfull.it has happened for 3 times in a row..so totally 330rs has gone, ..all the times it has failed.but there is no update for freecharge.in..when i took my atm statement then i came to know that the recharge was not sucessful..whoever the responsible for this neither bank nor freecharge.in please i want my money back.and my account no is [protected]...

        I have recharged my mobile ([protected]) with Rs 390(26% discount on Republic day).So net amount payable was Rs 290 which I paid with my debit card. Instantly my balance got deducted from my account but neither I received any message nor I got any email.., , I tried to contact their support centre but they didnt reply till now...I feel like cheated and I am thinking not to use this site again because of such bad experience...But still I feel freecharge people will contact me and resolve this matter asap as I was the most usable consumer of them recharging many times even in a single day...!!

            Adv. Suhas B. Kharde Mob No [protected] i have sent the mail for non payment to the Idea Company by application namely free-charge. Actually on 6/01/2015 i have trying to make a payment of my Idea Bill through application namely free-charge near about between 17.30 pm to 18.30. But that payment of Rs. 1300/- was not received to the idea company, due to failed the network or range problem. After that, i again the same procedure has been trying for the payment of Rs 1300/- i.e. same time and date, also that time the payment. Kindly check the non payment of these two transactions and reply the same.

                        Recharge fraud, made a recharge of 280 rupees transaction ID:FCVW[protected] money deducted immediately and even after 18 hours recharge is pending up on complaining got the below reply, Do really think we are such a fool to wait 48 hours to get a simple recharge. Now my balance is zero and i cant make calls they have deducted the money and wont return it. Dont use free charge this is a big fraud company, have no direct calling number.. to reach once you lost the money from your account. You have no one to help. Worst customer service. Please there reply on my complain. They are fraud, because when i did the recharge i got SMS saying your recharge will be done in 1-2 hours, false promise.. Dear Customer, This transaction has still not been processed by the operator. The final status update from the operator end may take 1-2 days at times. Unfortunately, this is not fully controllable for us. We are, however, constantly working with the operators to reduce this time delay and will automatically reverse the money to your FreeCharge Credits if the transaction fails. We appreciate your patience and request you to please check back with us in 48 hours, we should have resolved this by then. Happy FreeCharging! Customer Success Team

                                      Sir/Madam, I've made online recharge from freecharge on 15th Dec which got failed due to some technical issue. I've requested freecharge team to refund back the amount of Rs.249/- back to my account. They agreed and initiated the refund. Till dated I didn't got my refund. Mean while they asked me to send my bank statement 2 times, reflecting not credit of the amount. I've sent it too, but still their response was very disappointed.
