Dear Sir/Madam,
I have try to recharge my mobile no. : +91 [protected] with amount Rs : 501/- rupees from mobile application FreeCharge using debit card of Allahabad bank on dated 4th January 2015 at 12:36 AM, after entering transaction password amount received by freeCharge application but due to network problem recharge amont RS: 5001/- rupees is not credited to my mobile no. : [protected] or nor same amount is refunded to my Allahabad bank account. Hence we request you to kindly do needful and credit same amount to my Allahabad bank account, please resolve the issue on urgent basis.

I have paid my postpaid bill amount of rupee 4178 through freecharge application by using net banking. but still I dint get any msg or call from freecharge and also it was not
cleared of billing amount and also deducted from my bank account
Kindly requesting u to please do need full or refund my amount.
