#FCVA[protected] Order ID dated 24 dec 2014. I tried to pay my prepaid Uninor(No.[protected]) bill from this site but it failed multiple times after my payment was deducted in my ICICI Bank account. I requested for refund but they gave me Freecharge credits, which i further requested for cash back. A payment was refunded as per the freecharge e mail from customer care, but not received till date. No direct dial number available, no complaint line, no response to the call back request. Its a fake site. Please help...

      I tried to recharge from freecharge mobile application on my airtel number [protected] on 23 december 2014 whose order id is FCVA[protected], but recharge did not happen and my money was deducted.so plz take suitable action and reply asap.
      I have recharge my D2H[protected] from freecharge mobile application on 2nd Jan 2015
      But recharge did not happen and my money (232rs) was deducted.So plz take suitable action and reply ASAP...

But unfortunately until now that recharge amount is not reflecting in my Mobile number. But the status of this transaction was showing as successful in order history.               I had used this app for recharge my Datacard bill of Rs.1500.But still i have not recived my amount in my credit card.I recived a message from freecharge.in, that the amount will be refuneded in my account.But i have not recived my amount.I don't think so that you are providing gud service to your client.So, please give me your customer care number so that i can conact with some for my account details or sent my money into my credit card.Kindly revert me soon.                 I paid my bill for 631 today and after entering the details it gave me an error but the money was deducted and I wasn't even given any credits. The customer care number was never reachable and no body replied to the customer care forum. Kindly help

And after 2 days they sent me mail that money will credited to freecharge account, from [email protected] And again while i was recharging it asked me using freecharge account? i clicked that and got recharge successful for that.

                        Dear Sir I have been following up with your customer care for this organized fraud conducted by Free Charge by debiting the customer account and not paying to the vendor and showing the message as unsuccessful. If you are saying this is unsuccessful, why are you keeping money with you. Why dont you refund the money back. My bank statement reference number is POS [protected] FREECHARGE PU POS DEBIT for Rs.2645 If i dont get refund with interst of Rs.500 for mental agony caused to me in this regard, i will have to file a Criminal complaint against your organisation under Sec 420 of IPC Please confirm why should i not initiate a complaint against your organization.                           Hi, I did two transactions for airtel mobile, on[protected], one was failed and refunded the amount. But for another, I applied the promo code ICICIFC and did the recharge, there was no cashback as well as no recharge. But it shown recharge was successful. Please look into this.

                                Hiiii its not a complant its a request. on 7th-dec-2014, i did a mobile rechare of rs 75/-, on mobile no [protected](idea, mumbai) i always do recharge from my mobile app.on 7th dec i selected no from my contacts by mistake i selected no [protected] which is dead since 2yrs.exactly under that contact there was actual no [protected] which i was supposed to select for recharge but by mistake i did recharge on dead no which belongs to me only. order id:FCVA[protected]. (of wrong recharge) if its possible please return my 75/- rs to my fc credits account. my e mail is is [protected]@gmail.com, mob no [protected]. visa debit card no 4214-xxxx-xx-9204. valid thru 05/18. on 8th dec actual recharge was done on [protected] amount 75/- order id: FCVA[protected]. THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 2 recharges is wrong recharge was done on 7th in nght 11.30pm and actual right recharge was done on 8th dec 12.05am.pease do the need ful-Rgds chatura shailesh patil.

                                    I just tried for a recharge on Freecharge for the first time and it failed. The recharge amount has been deducted from my account but the recharge was not successful. Please see to it that either I get my recharge amount back or the recharge for my phone! I've mailed my complaint and the ticket number is 1044279.
                                    Recharge for the mobile number +91 [protected] was not successful.

                                      I was done 2 recharge both for Rs. 200/-, both recharge done sucessfully also 2 time debit my Credit Card account, however only 1 recharge credit, IInd credit for Rs. 200 not mentioned, when i contact dish TV, the reply me below :- Quote :- Dear Mr.Khandelwal, Thank you for writing to us.
