#FCVA[protected] Order ID dated 24 dec 2014. I tried to pay my prepaid Uninor(No.[protected]) bill from this site but it failed multiple times after my payment was deducted in my ICICI Bank account. I requested for refund but they gave me Freecharge credits, which i further requested for cash back. A payment was refunded as per the freecharge e mail from customer care, but not received till date. No direct dial number available, no complaint...

Prepaid mobile Recharge issue
