My registered lo-gin I.D on freecharge is [protected]@gmail.com.On 26th Nov, i have made a new sign up on freecharge to take benefit of a scheme of rs. 50 free recharge for paying rs. 10 by applying coupon . i have made that recharge twice and pay rs. 10 two times from my debit card on 26th Nov.I also made a complaint to freecharge on their own forum but they said that your recharge is failed by operator and your money is got returned in form of freecharge credits.but from tomorrow i.e 4rth Dec, i am trying to recharge by using those freecharge credits but i think freecharge is deliberately failing those recharges. The order i.d of these recharges are FCCW[protected], FCCW[protected], FCCW[protected], FCVW[protected], FCVW[protected], FCVW[protected], FCVW[protected].Hence i think the freecharge will not let me use those credits. OK, i will not try to use those recharges further. but i will let other people know about these frauds by freecharge so that they don't waste their time on freecharge as i done.it is the worst recharge company ever.     Dear sir i recharged from freecharge web site, 2 types my money has been deducted from bank account, but i haven't been recharged and i checked in credits also it has not came please solve the problem. i attaching bank statement for reference.

      hi my no [protected] amount of 500 bill is paid through freecharge balance deducted from bank accnt but bill not credited to mobile no accnt very poor service as so many mails are written no reply came also statement of accnt also submited but no rply required my balance return to my accnt. without any more escalations.

            I paid extra money to get spa coupon at freecharge. Before paid money I checked spa center at my location at AURA SPA website and it show me but actually there was nothing. AURA SPA address and detail all are fake. Still there are Ahmed bad location AURA SPA address are show at vendor website. Please find attached photo proof and revert my money ASAP. Even freecharge customer care number also not working.

              I tried freecharge to recharge my Airtel Prepaid No. with 50 /- Rs. With that, I combined one McDonalds offer for 5 /- Rs. Total, it was costing me 55 /- Rs. I entered all the required details, logged in to my freecharge account, entered my HDFC netbanking Id and Password, entered my security answers and while the payment was being processed, it gave me " Page can't be displayed" error.

              The recharge was not successful but the amount got deducted from my bank account.

              I sent several followup mails to freecharge for the refund. Everytime, I got an automated reply mail saying :

              "Thank you for choosing to recharge with us. It seems like your payment was unsuccessful, because of which the transaction wasn’t processed. There is nothing to worry about though, your money is completely safe and will be auto-refunded to your bank within 5-7 business days. "

              Its been more than 2 weeks now, I haven't got the refund.

              In between all this process, I got one manually generated mail also asking for the screenshot of my bank account statement. I sent them that also but after that, I didn't hear back from them.

              I am attaching the screenshots of my mail chain with Freecharge for the proof.

                  I had recharged my 3G pack for 261 Rs. It gave an "Internal Server Error" and deducted the amount from my credits but did not process the recharge. I have been writing a lot of emails to [protected]@freecharge.com and nobody from their support team has contacted me. A ticket with ID #994098 was generated but nothing has been done about it. And they don't even have a system to track tickets.

                      I tried to recharged my cell online 967*****37 on 17th Nov'14 with my debit card of rs.183/- on www.freecharge.com however recharge was not done nor I got my balance returned. In spite of regular mails and complains to them at their customer care emails I got no feedback instead of just false promise of refunding the money in two working days and giving me new complain number every time.Its been 10 days and no refund has been made. This is just a way of duping the customer and not responding to their complains and becoming deaf. I request you to kindly to look into the matter and help me get back the balance and stop them from harassing customers like this.

                          3 transactions of amount 219, 120 and 219 rupees occurred, for airtel prepaid recharge via freecharge.in, on 26th nov 2014, after some minutes of failed recharges after which i was asked to pay again, the reason behind was failed transaction! i have made multiple complain @ [protected]@freecharge.com #974779 and was promised to be contacted within 24 hours on 26th nov 2014 by them. till now no reply from them nor i got back my refund of false transaction! i want urgent action, refund and compensation for the mental harassment and spoilage of time! dr saqib a khan

                            I made a billpayment (recharged my postpaid number) of rs 150 using freecharge credits available in my account on 21-NOV-2014 (Order id : FCMA[protected]) but unfortunately untill now that recharge amount is not reflecting in my number but the status of this transaction was showing as successful in order history. I contacted Freecharge several times and they have given me reply saying that the operator has successfully accepted my transaction and provided me some operator ID and asked me to contact service provider. Then I contacted my service provider with the given operator ID but my service provider is clearly saying that the operator ID is invalid and they could n't see any trace of such transaction. No proper response from Freecharge, I will never recommend freecharge to anyone, even I am going to share my experience on social media if my issue don't get resolved by 30-NOV-2014.

                                Dear, • I have recharged from FC. For mobile no. [protected] of rs 50 But the problem is the transaction what took place is not yet updated on my FC account, but the money is deducted. • Through Coupon code GETFC50, which means once the transaction is done from the debit card I get 50rs credited to my account. • I don’t now whether the recharge is been happened or not. But the money Rs 50 from my account is been deducted (for your ready reference please find below screen shot) • And yet not updated on my FC account for the last transaction of recharge. • Please look into the matter

                                    I did a recharge of Rs. 200 - Transaction ID : FCVA[protected]. and selected a few coupons of Re.1 each or free. But I was charged a total of Rs. 242, out of which Rs. 42 were for coupons. The coupons were no more than Rs.5. Please explain me this. Also, every time I apply a copoun code, it says, code applied and amount will be credited within 24 hours, but I never get the amounts. This is cheating, I am for sure to quit using freecharge anymore if this complaint is not worked upon. Regard, Prien Jobalia

                                      I recharged my phone balance twice on the 21 of Nov 2014 through my debit card but the transaction was not successful. In spite of that 200 rupees were deducted from my bank account. The amount is being shown on the credit site of freecharge.com but it is not being refunded.                                         I recharged my mobile number [protected] (vodafone ) on around 7 pm today Nov 25, 2014, for Rs 50 with the Freecharge mobile app.
                                        The transaction was completed at bank's end and so is the money debited from my account
                                        But Nothing is showing in my transactions or the freecharge credits What happened to the transaction??
                                        WHERE DID THE MONEY GO?
                                        What is this ? Begging for money is better than this kind of fraud.

                                        Please forward this complaint to the company as i don't think they will reply to my mail and so that they refund my money immediately as the money is clearly with the freecharge end.
                                        Its not just about 50 Rs. Its about the integrity of all the transactions of any customer even if its for Re 10 only.
                                        Beware people, a lot of transactions are not durable on this site, anything can happen with your money!

                                        I will go at any level to ban this company if they don't solve this very issue.
