This is to bring to your kind notice that I, Shaurya Khurana recharged my cousin's number [protected] (Airtel) with a full talktime of Rs 510 from your freecharge's app. I recharged it once but due to your server problem, the recharge went twice and as a result, Rs 1020 has been debited from my bank account.
Moreover, both the recharges went unsuccessful and the mobile number hasn't received the credit yet of Rs1020. Also, your site is not displaying any of the order details of both my recharges in the transaction history.
Kindly consider the matter and respond to my situation as soon as possible.

    Hello, I have reached with 300 Rs on my airtel number with order id FCVW[protected] however, I have not received the balance. I have sent more then 10 mails but got only automated response.Ticket id mentioned is #945791.. I have recharged on 23rd on Nov and did not get balance yet. Please have a look on this..

              Dear All, Please refund my 115/- rupees in my account. I was recharged my mobile balance by your freecharge.com.i have not receive any messge from your side and not recharged my mobile. But my bank has debited 115/-. now i have no receive any balance in my account. so please solve my problem urgently. I recharged my mobile from freecharge app. Amount deducted from bank but balance not reflected in my mobile balance. I told them but they are telling it was from operator side.               Sir I have requested for a recharge through a freecharge app but I am highly disappointed by the
              Service because the balance of rs 280 is been deducted from my bank account and it's not been transfer to my number but I got a successfull recharge message from a side of freecharge app
              Someone has told me that the amount will be automatically transferred to freecharge credit account but the same doesn't happen
              So kindly please resolve this problem as soon as possible

                I had tried to recharge my mobile for 126rs vodafone plan but it did not recharge instead the money was deposited in FC credit. I had put in the trouble ticket but till now as i am writing this i have not heard from them and it is more than 24 hrs. Here is what went wrong i to my understanding why recharge failed in mycase. I figured out by doing some research by myself. Few pointers for others as well but do it on your own risk it worked for me. 1) Check if the plan you are trying to recharge is still active in the Telcom service provider website. eg in my case it was 126 rs recharge which did reflect on the vodafone website but was not available for purchase. 2) To my understanding on this issue. If there is no plan to activate on telco provider website the failure on Freecharge is bound to happen since freecharge is send the request for plan which it is not active on telcos website leading to failure from telco saying no such plan to freecharge.In turn freecharge says us issue is on Telco service provider side where the issue is on there side. STOP THIS BLAME GAME. CUSTOMER IS NOT FOOL. 3) What freecharge does after failure message is received from telco provider that they deposit the money in there FC credits. Here is the catch that as customer we dont get reply quickly and we think the money is stuck with Freecharge which is actually the case as we dont know what to do get that money back. 4) The option left with us is either to wait for them to respond or do a fresh recharge Solution to this is go to your telco service provider website eg (vodafone tata reliance etc) Find the correct plan and value cross verified from telco website that the plan is active for purchase on their website. Which in my case i did. I found another plan and used the existing FC credit & the balance amount to recharge. Reclaiming the total amount kept in the FC credit. So my money is now used completely 0% loss. Now there is no my money stuck with freecharge as i used the FC credits+Balance amount to recharge for new plan. But lot of headache to identify this small lapse from Freecharge. So the learning here is check the plan validity don't just blindly do the recharge by selecting from there menu as there menu is not up to date as i learned today. I guess it is the same issue with most of the other players too.This failure is specific to no plan availability there are other types of tech issues as well. The solution provided is for plan based issues like i mentioned above. And i swear for sure not to recharge with any of these 3rd party recharging website since they play with customer trust. Not informing them in real what is happening at the backend. There services are not up to mark since these serious lapses are there in product design. Leading to bad customer experience. To improve they need to be real time in linking there menu details regards to Telco plans which is not the case i guess right now. Anyways be safe than sorry recharge from telco website directly to avoid such issues. Simple as that. Whatever i have written did work for me rest lies on to you. You are the best judge for your situation. Advice to FREECHARGE dont play with customer trust. We trust hence you are getting business.Try to maintain the business ethic and standard of operation than just ignoring customer support.

I want to launch a complaint against Freecharge.in because of I was recharge Rs.50/- on my mobile([protected]) from freecharge on 15th November 2014. And had taken the Money from my bank account on same day. But my recharge was not successful. And 17 nov'14 I did complain against it at freecharge at [protected]@freecharge.com via email But Still I have not received my balance. And they Wright me through mail that Dear Customer, Unfortunately, your transaction order id FCVA[protected] was unsuccessful. We have already refunded Rs.50 to your account as Freecharge Credits against this order, which you can use for any future transaction with Freecharge. You can check these under the 'Credits' tab in your account summary at https://www.freecharge.in/#!/credits Happy FreeCharging! But still i have not recived my balance. Sir/Madam Please do needful. ([protected]) on 7/11/2014 of Rs. 150 top up but my recharge was not successful. when i contacted to freecharge they sent me the mail that my money will be deposited in freecharge credit but it is not happen actually. my order id is FCVW[protected]. If such a folse site is working then it will be deficult to belive on them... Kindly consider my complaint and do the needful...

                            My transaction ID are FCVA[protected] and FCVA[protected], I haven't received the recharge yet, this company is a fraud. The money gets deducted from your account, but there is no sign of any recharge. The consumer court should take some serious action and put a ban on them. I am not the only one who is facing this problem, there are hundreds of other people who have used their services. They follow a process, deduct money from your account, never recharge your phone/dth, never give you the refund. Please, see to this matter as soon as possible.

                              I recharged my Tata Docomo number [protected] with 300 Rupees twice on 10 Nov 14 vide transactions FCVW [protected] and FCVW [protected]. Amount of 300 was deducted from my debit card.The deducted amount was shown as credit in my profile account. Soon after that I recharged again for Rupees 200 for same number. This amount of 200 was deducted from the credit of 300 that was there in my credit account. The remaining 100 rupees is missing and nothin is shown in my account. It is requested that the amount be refunded back at the earliest

                                on date 11/11/2014 I have recharge my mobile [protected] of Rs 249 from which rs 30 to be deducted from my freecharge credits and remaining 219 has been paid by me through netbanking. Amount 219 deducted from my bank but 30 is not deducted and my mobile has not recharged. please see the matter and revert.

                                  Order Id :FCCW[protected] Recharge Date :09-Nov-2014, Amount is 506 INR. Amount has been debited in my Bank Account but it is not been credited to my account. This site is terrible and worst customer care, no response for email and no toll free number to call them. I am helpless whom should I have to talk to get my money back. Thanks Plssss help.

                                        I recharged my Tata Sky dth account having Id no [protected] of INR 410 through freecharge.in through freecharge transaction id no.FCDM[protected] and paid them with my ICICI bank debit card. Although my bank account got debited but my tatasky account did not get credited. I have intimated several times to customercare unit of freecharge.in but till date they did not resolve my problem.My transaction date was 07/11/2014 at 12:07 a.m.
