      I made a recharge for 47 in [protected] (Airtel) through freecharge app on 07 nov 14 . After payment i received this order no and message was shon that recharge under process. After 10minutes i received a email "that recharge is successful".
      Regretfully i say that recharge is not yet done.
      I request pls resolve the issue or return money or credit it to my fc credit.

          This is happening to me for the second time, someone is trying to do transaction using my debit card number it seems. The first time, someone tried and locked my account and asked for the new password to be sent to my home. On the first occasion, I immediately did the password reset. Now again for the second time, I have got 'one time password' on my mobile, it access to my HDFC debit card to do fake transactions. Please look into this matter on urgent basis as this may be happening to others as well.

              I have a freecharge account. I had created a new account and used it for the 1st time using coupon for (Rs. 50 cashback on recharge of Rs. 10). For this transaction I have not received the cashback of Rs. 50. The order ID is FCVA[protected]. Freecharge is cheating its customers via fake offers wherein after the coupon is applied, the app approves for the cashback, but later it is not credited.

                I have complained many times. Send bulk emails and fed up now. Freecharge customer service is very poor. Support case [#807759 Support case #701605] Money was deducted on 14th October 2014 Still i am just complaining and they are not refunding amount. Money is not credited in my account and they are making me fool that they have refunded the amount. Only for 110 I have emailed many times spend much time. I am complaining here because i do not know how much person are facing the same problem and no one is listening. They are doing fraud. Please take attention or suggest me how can we put it in consumer forum or this will be sufficient.

                        I had bought Bourbon biscuit pack and trying to apply the code for free charge. The site tells me that code has expired. It is false advertising. If the code is suppose to expire then then should remove the biscuit pack from the shelf. Thanks Anish Jain

                              Hi, This is to bring into your notice on 21 Oct 14, I was trying to recharge mobile no [protected] for INR 175 through ICICI credit card. I was using free charge app for the same. Twice I tried and both the time transaction did not go through but I was charged on my credit card both the time. After a while I realized that 175 was credited in my credits of free charge account as a failed transaction but 2nd transaction is showing as processed. I would like to bring into your notice that both the transactions were declined and request you to please refund my money either in my credits or in my credit card. Also, later after all this I recharged my number from Airtel official website for 175 using my Citibank credit card thinking there must be a problem with icici. I have transaction confirmation mails from both the banks and let me know if you require them. Also, there is no point spending crores on tv ads and promoting your app if there is not sure technical support. Its shocking to note you guys don't have a customer care even.                                 I use freecharge everytime to do a recharge of worth 350/- on my tata docomo data card. I got a problem this time with order FCCW[protected]. Oct 1st was last day of my monthly renewal of data. So I did a recharge on your site on sep 30. And I got a recharge successful message which says "Smile. Your recharge for Rs. 350 was a smashing success". What happened to my surprise on Oct 2 (yes after two days), I got a mail from freecharge saying that recharge is failed saying "This is a bit embarrassing. Your recharge for amount Rs. 350 was unsuccessful. We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience." Meanwhile my total accumulated 3G data worth 4000/- is lost from my account as tata docomo thought I haven't done a renewal by oct 1st. Now both of them (tata docomo & freecharge) are avoiding taking responsibility. Freecharge says "your operator has failed transaction" and tata docomo says "freecharge is providing wrong information and docomo isn't aware of this transaction". Really not sure, HOW COME ONCE A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION FAILS AFTER TWO DAYS ?? If so what is the meaning of "smashing success" ??

                                    I have recharge my Idea no [protected] with Rs 37 and also purchased as coupon of Amazon.in of cash back of Rs 25 which freecharge.in Order ID : FCVA[protected] on Tue, Sep 23, 2014 at 10:32 PM. On Thu, Sep 25, 2014 at 7:04 PM I have order Items amounting Rs. 574 on amazon.in by clicking on the link which I was received on mail by Freecharge.in to get the Rs 25 cash back as mentioned in the mail by freecharge.in. My amazon.in order number is Order #[protected]. I complain for the cash back on Thu, Sep 25, 2014 at 8:49 PM ticket number #595703 of freecharge.in. They replied me on Fri, Sep 26, 2014 at 2:32 PM that I have to wait 15 days to get the cash back and on Fri, Sep 26, 2014 at 2:49 PM they claimed that problem is resolved but problem is actually not resolved. I waited for 15 days but no cash back credited again on Fri, Oct 10, 2014 at 10:18 PM I mailed with the reference ticket number #595703 for the cash back and got a new ticket number #687384. On Sat, Oct 11, 2014 at 10:52 PM I have received a mail mentioning "We are sorry you had something to complain about. We have escalated this ticket now. If your concern has not been addressed yet, we request you to please explain your complain once again and we will look into it immediately. Already 18 day pass they just not doing anything every time they disturb mentally by given a new ticker number and ask for explain the whole matter again. They cheated me by not giving the cash back and please stop this kind of fraud I am totally frustrating with cash back technique. Please help me out to get the cash back as early as possible. This type of online recharge site should be sacked immediately because they cheated by attracting consumer for offers and coupons but actually they not given any cash back and poor quality of customer care support whom are given lazy service to loyal consumer whom may be core agent for their business .

                                        I recharged 3664 INR fro KOTAK Debit card to pay Vodafone postpaid bill. Amount got deducted and no recharge done. No reply to emails and there is no customer care number. This is absolute fraud and Indian government must push them behind the bars - to stop them cheating innocent people.
