    I have done an urgent recharge @ morning 12 AM on 13th SEP 2014 for 230 Airtel Full Talktime, After click a payment options, suddenly a payment debit has successfully done, but still the recharge has not done yet.. Continuously i have made a call to three different customer care of Freecharge.in and mail three more times to [protected]@freecharge.in, [protected]@freecharge.in and many more, still i didn't get any valid response from the team of Freecharge.in website.. Also not yet receive any refund on my Freecharge.in My credit options.. I hope here, i will find any solution from you too !!! Thanks Karthik

        I got a Freecharge Bourbon free talktime coupon. I used it. But the website dosent respond properly. I tried the same coupon several times. eventhough it do not respond, finally, it says, I have crossed maximum allowed redemption. I brought this issue to customer care. they responded that, they cannot help as this was not their fault.

          I had recharged on wrong D2H no for which i had asked for refund from your team and they had provided it in my free charge credits in my account. Here is my issue, i tried again to recharge my D2H with this credits but unfortunately same problem i.e recharge done on wrong D2H no. After that i am pleading for my refund but i am get worst response from your team.This makes me feel insecure as it is a big amount for me. my name is uttam n seervi bank ac is in bank of india my account no is [protected] branch vapi ssi.They are not proviiding my refund

              Sir I vadde madhu by making recharge 50 rupees from freecharge.in it was filled, i tried like that 6 times it showed same that failed to recharge and After when i checked my account 300 rupees was deducted.so I need that my back.
              I called customer care also but they didn't picked my call..

                Dear Sir / Madam, I recharged my mobile no [protected] online of an amount of INR 75/- through free recharge site. Transaction reference no : FCVM[protected]. But I saw there was no talk time credited to my account on account of this recharge. Processing fee charged was INR 57.85 & service tax charged was INR 7.15. I took up the case with Freecharge.com & they told finally told that they won't be able to refund me the money and instead advised me contact the service provider i.e. AIRTEL with the operator ID. I requested AIRTEL also, but they told they will not be able to help me out as the recharge was done through a third party site. I exchanged and argumented a lot with both the parties, but no one is ready to take the responsibility to refund / recharge my aforesaid mobile. In this circumstances, I feel myself to be extremely cheated by Free-charge as they are responsible to take care of their customer and giving the post service, if any problem comes. My appeal to you to take this up strongly with Freecharge so that I get back my legitimate recharging amount & the penalty on account of mental harressment.                   I recharged Idea Net Setter 152/- from www.freecharge.in on 18 Jul 2014. But the amount deducted from my bank account two times. I submitted complaint on www.freecharge.in customer support on 7 Aug 2014. But till now they are not responding.

                    I recharged my Idea Net setter 152/- from www.freecharge.in website on 18/7/2014. The recharge was successful. After some days when I checked my account statement I found that amount deducted two times from my bank account. I submitted complaint on 7/8/2014 in their customer support till now they are not giving me any response.

                        R/SIR/MADAM i had tried to recharge my mobile no.[protected] on 22/7/14 through my freecharge login id i.e rome.[protected]@gmail.com, for the first time during my first try 700 hundred was deducted from my account with transaction id no.POS 846829 but my mobile no. was not recharged and the same amount has not been refunded or deposited in my account/credit so far, please check through my freecharge id and refund me my 700 rupees

                                  Hello I have done balance using online payment site freecharge.com at payment time i have a used promo code " HDFC2020 " there ( see attachment ) 20% off. look attachment deeply there is validity no more terms and conditions. but freecharge.com given just 20 RS not 20% on balance amount 105 X 20% = 21 215 X 20% = 43 Total = 64 but those give me just 40 so freecharge.com doing fraud works again to customer. here i hope u are take positive and give me proper answer what i can do ? thanks

                                    They have transferred (by ATM) Rs. 2000/- and made a false purchase from my bank account for Rs. 500/- (TOTAL RS. 2500/-).

                                    Nevertheless, when they again tried to pull Rs. 1000/- from my bank account, my bank declined the transaction and informed me. And how all these happened? I did a recharge for Rs. 127/- on 24/05/14 and shared my debit card information.
