It is very sad that free charge does not provides fair services, free charge does not have any customer care number, so you can not check any thing or take any clarification on immediate basis . If you send a mail you won't get any reply on a same day . So what left with customer, how a customer can take clarification for any thing .
It's not about Rs. 30, its about how clarity you keep with your customer, and how good you are in your customer services (which I believe you are not at all). You can keep the money and continue cheating the other customers .
