      I recharged my data card with freecharge.in website But after 2 hours they confirmed that recharge was failed so they has to return my money back instead just they are crediting points in their website for shopping.           Complaint No # 57279 Order Id : FCDW[protected] I did a recharge of Rs. 310 into my Airtel Digital Tv account from freecharge.in. According to them it was a successful transaction but no value was added to my Dth account and according to the airtel dth customer care no recharge attempt was made to the account. So it clearly seems to be a problem at freecharge.in end. They are super slow in their online support and their is no contact number for voice communication even. Sheer nonsense and waste of time.

            I recharged my mobile from this website many times with order numbers ( FCVW[protected], FCVW[protected], FCVW[protected] )and get coupons but their coupons (croma retail, cafe coffee day etc not in working or not accepted by websites or stores ) i applied croma retail coupons for purchasing memory card but site not accepted it nd today i went to CCD Chandigarh with 3 coupons of rs 50 they refuse their coupons and at that time i notice ol 3 coupons have same code. and at my first recharge i selected mc Donald 50 rs coupon they have to send me by post but till now 2 months ago i dnt got my coupon ol time they deduct my 10 rs for handling charges please help to solve my complaints

                Hi, I recharged an airtel number from freecharge.in, OrderID FCVW[protected], dated 19Aug2013 for 200Rs. As per the website, it is stated that a full talktime of 200Rs would be credited on recharge of 200Rs. But only 175Rs was credited to my account. When will the remaining 25Rs be credited?? Either freecharge.in should remove the table where it shows full talktime on recharge of 200Rs or Airtel should be loyal to what they promise!

                  Hello all,
                  I would like to share my worst experience of online recharge with freecharge.com. When i tried to recharge my airtel prepaid number with amount rs 749 from freecharge.com after completing the procedure of payment it showed at freecharge.com screen that my transection was successful and recharge done successfully but, i didn't received my recharged balance at my airtel number, neither i received any email or text from freecharge.com and rs.759 got deducted from my bank account including rs 10 handling charges. Then i sent a refund query to their customer department and asked for the refund of my amount, then i received a mail from their side that the transaction was unsuccessful and my money is converted into their credits. What kind of joke is that? First they showed the recharge was successful and debited money from my bank account and now they converted my cash into their credits and still i am unable to recharge from their website and they are not refunding my money, i want to ask how long should a customer wait in today's modern world for a single recharge, now i already done my recharge from airtel authorized online recharge and i want my money refunded from freecharge.com in my bank account because none of the recharge is working for me with that site, they are simply blocking customers money for no reason and raising their own funds. Also they never deliver the coupons that customer choose with the recharge, not even received a single coupon. Whats the meaning of taking handling charges and not even giving a proper service to the customer? Everytime i try to do recharge from freecharge.com through their credits the transaction is getting failed this clearly shows the scam of freecharge.com.
                  Please look into my situation and take necessary actions.

                    I tried to recharge my airtel # [protected] online through freecharge.in using my CITIbank debit card... after the transaction I received a msg frm citibank saying that my card was used to make a purchase worth Rs.58 at AVENUES IND PVT LTD on 8 Aug... But the website says tht the payment failed and so the recharge cannot be done....
                    This is second such instance with freecharge... the last time my 150 Rs were deducted in similar way but that issue is still unsolved....

                      Freecharge blocked my account having rs. 9827 and even after submitting voter id and aadhar card they are not unblocking my account. Now these times they are blocking account of innocent people and eating there money. Plese dont use freecharge as they are fraud.

                        I had made a recharge on Freecharge.in on 4th of July 2013 of Rs.148/-. I also ordered coupons worth same amount. At first my address was not appropriate so coupons were not delivered. After 1st week I launched a complaint and on Freecharge complaints section and informed them that coupons were not delivered what is the reason. I received a call back from them and they informed me about address updation. I updated the address right away and they also informed me that the coupons of expiry date of 31st august will be shipped in 2 days and might reach you in 5 days. Now it has been 2 weeks, I again launched a complaint about the same, this time I had already updated my address and they gave me the same reason about wrong address. This is insane, this website is not delivering the coupons and giving me wrong reasons to not deliver.

                        I want Freecharge.in to answer me why this behavior and I am harassed like anything to reply the emails and linger for receiving the coupons. Answer the reason.

                        I have made a mobile recharge of Rs.220 for my Vodafone number and I did not receive the credit or talk time in my mobile ccount. Accelyst Solutions Pvt. Ltd is a FRAUD company and I feel that this forum should take strict legal action against such CHEATERS before many mre innocent people are cheated of their money. My contact no is [protected].

                        Freecharge.in — no coupon received

                        I recharged my mobile from freecharge.in and i should have received coupons of equal amount of recharge as claimed by them. But i did not receive any. 10 rupees extra were deducted per coupon. It is going to be around 15 days since i recharged.

                        Freecharge.in owned by Accelyst Solutions Pvt Ltd had recharged my vodafone essar no.- [protected] on which I was liable to get 3 macdonalds coupon worth Rs.150, but I have yet not got those.It has been more than 15days.

                                dear sir my wife registered with freecharge on 19th name delphine goel and email [protected]@rediffmail.com.she charged her phone for rs.350 from her account in standard charted bank.the money was deducted immediately but did not charge phone.and the only respond with mails as no no. to contact them.they are cheaters and should not be allowed to loot people.

                                    This freecharge.in people promising FREE vouchers delivery through courier whenever we charge mobile phones / DTH through their website and they are charging extra 10 Rs. for despatching the vouchers.

                                    So far I have made innumerous recharges through them and I never ever received any vouchers at all.

                                    While placing complaint they said the courier got returned because of door lock which is actually never happened. How come every time the courier got returned to them?

                                    Moreover they provide a tracking number of the courier which always shows "No tracking details" in the online tracking system of the courier company.

                                    These people are real cheaters.

                                      Freecharge mobile recharge fraud / scam

                                      I bought Airtel recharge of Rs.1010 at an online site called freecharge.in ('Accelyst Solutions Pvt Ltd') on March 25th 2011. They didn't recharge my mobile. When I contacted them, they said they will refund the entire amount through email. I got in touch with the payment processor as well and they also confirmed that the money was refunded. However they haven't made any refunds and my bank ICICI says they didn't...

                                      I attempted to charge my mobile through freecharge in the amount of 1010 on March 1,2013, the recharge failed however the amount was debited. I was told the amount will get credited in 5-7 days, its more than a month now and I have no refund. How and when will I get the refund?
