Last month I tried to recharge my mobile using Freecharge.in with Rs 555.00, it could not happen and found a message in my mobile as "Unsuccessful". When I requested their support team regarding the same, they replied as my money will be safe and secure in their FC Balance for future recharge reference. This month, as per the need again when I tried to recharge my mobile using the same FC balance, found a message in my mobile as "Unsuccessful".
I Request Consumer Forum that As I don't have more money and need to recharge my mobile urgently, please do the needful.

      I requested a recharge of Rs.50 on by mobile though my SBI debit card(card no.[protected]), but i got a error message like' Recharge failed, Error while authenticating to bank'. But,2 hours later, the amount is deducted from my account and i don't get any recharge, any mail, or any entry into previous recharge history of my freecharge account. This same thing has already happened to me twice earlier, of Rs.330 each, and their complaints are already registered. So overall my Rs. 710 (330+330+50) re at sake. So, i kindly request you to please look into the matter, and get me my refund amount as soon as possible.

      sir my name is maheswara rao. today i try to recharge 55 through freerecharge.in after complete transcation money is debited from my account but not recharged.

      Freecharge.in — failed transaction amount not refunded

        i like to inform you that last night between 10.39 to 11.15,eight(8 ) fraud recharges have been made from my debit card.i really don't know how it was possible .total value is 8000.00 Rs as a middle class man,Eight thousand is not a small value for me

        I was reacharge on airtel amount250 full talktime in my freecharge app reacharge complete show but reacharge not reach on this no.[protected]

          Dear sir,

          I recharged my Tata Docomo mobile with Freecharge.in on 11.02.2013. To recharge my mobile " When I clicked on popular recharge plan it showed recharge with 500 and get talk time (tt) of 585. I recharged with same amount and got tt of only 442."

          When i contacted Docomo's customer care they replied there is no such offer of recharge with 500 and get talk time (tt) of 585. But they also said There is an offer of recharge with 510 and get tt of 585.

          After that I complained with Freecharge.in on same day 11.02.2013. they replied me as follows
          "Dear Sujal, We’re super sorry that you have not received your recharge. We are checking the same with our technical team and will update the status within 24 hrs."

          Seeing this reply they confirmed they have committed mistake.

          But they are not ready to refund my money or giving me extra balance of Rs. 143/-.

          Now who will bear the loss of tt worth Rs. 143/-?

          Please help me in getting tt of Rs.143/- and take disciplinary action on freecharge.in on the basis of misrepresentation of facts to induce customers.

            I recharged my mobile and ordered cinemax cupons, they were delivered to me, but cinemax is saying that it is invalid cupons

            I have twice checked the details, terms&conditions, and my transaction is 100% valid but because of the invalid cupons delivered by freecharge i am not able to do so

            I would kindly request freecharge to send me fresh valid cupons of cinemax or refund my money (reverse the transaction)

              But when i tried use at www.cinemax.co.in for online booking they say it is an invalid
              I have checked all the details, terms & conditions twice and my transaction is valid but the cupon freecharge delivered me is invalid
              Please send me new valid cupons within 48hr or else i shall complaint the higher authority (consumer court)

                I did recharge through http://www.freecharge.in/ this website . but i did not receive any amount to my mobile. even they did not refund amount to my bank account. and i did recharge to [protected] and the amount is RS.36 on 23/01/13. so please take the action to that company. or else please bane that website sir. we should allow to cheat to other people by this cheater company . please give awareness to people and please protect the people from like this a cheater .

                  It s highly frustating to keep tracking one simple recharge of Rs. 860/- which otherwise takes hardly 10 secs ..Since more than 35 hours i have tried to recharge my Mobile MTNL no. -[protected] - | Delhi almost 4-5 times. Everytime status shows under process and the fails. They dont even have a customer care no. .Sending several emails is just not helping!! There is no way to get back my blocked money credited back to account as an option. They have made me get stuck with their site this way, even if i dont want and i have to keep trying my luck with these faruds ..And the recharge is yet not happening! If they are not capable enough to make the reacharge happen can they credit back my money atleast! Higlyyyyyy frustating and time consuming. Freecharge guys are the biggest cheaters..

                    RELIANCE Online recharge failed after payment done but my amount was not refunded to my bank account

                    The mention transaction was unsuccessful/failed/ but the amount Rs 800.00 is debited from my bank a.c.
                    It was a prepaid recharge of Rs 800 for 3g data plan 5gb unlimited which was recharged from your site on 04/01/2013 20:56:54

                    I am requesting reliance customer care from 04/01/2013 but till date they have not refunded my money.
                    Every time they say the problem will be resolve in 3days. Many 3 days passed but my problem is not solved.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I have done the recharges via ww.freecharge.in after confirming with the recharge. I have done recharge on number [protected] which is Vodafone number. Freecharge people has deducted the amount from my bank account and they were not able to recharge successfully from their side. Freecharge people confirmed that recharge was unsuccessful. So they need to credit back the money to my bank account but they didn't. They have blocked my money on their website saying that FC balance. I requested them more than 4 times to return back my money to my bank account but they are not listening to me at all.

                        About the company (as provided on their webpage) : What does FreeCharge really do? FreeCharge enables the user to recharge his/her mobile phone and make it free. How can it be free? Well, for every recharge done on FreeCharge, we provide discount coupons of top Indian food joints and retailers, equilavent to the recharge amount. These coupons are delivered at your door step. Coupons can be used to save big on purchases in your day to day life. You save money on your eat outs, movies, gaming, music, grocery and more.

                        Complaint details:

                        Order ID: FCVW[protected], Tracking No: 1268288

                        While I got a instant recharge on my mobile, the printed vouchers/coupons (McDonald's (8 x Rs.50)) never reached. I have been in contact freecharge.in over there web page but never got a reply that helps to resolve the issue. They say they will get back in 24 hours and never get a reply even after 4 days!!. (However, the instant coupons of Cafe Coffee day reached over e-mail, but they are only small part of the total deal)

                        I also spoke to the courier over phone[protected], http://www.ibexpress.in/). These guys ask for the order number instead of AWB (or tracking) number. Order No. is between us and freecharge.in but AWB no. is the one used to track the courier. This tells me that ibexpress and freecharge.in are one company or somehow linked. So when ibexpress webpage says it's delivered, its never delivered and the ibexpress webpage is simple updated with some fake name. There seems to be a big fraud going on here.

                        History:
                        o Mobile recharged on 26th Oct 2012 but no coupons received
                        o Complaint registered on freecharge.in on 7th Nov 2012
                        o Called courier on 8th Nov 2012 (they promised to be delivered on 8th Nov by 6:00 PM itself)
                        o Coupon not delivered till 10th Nov and ibexpress webpage updated as delivered to some NARAYAN.
                        o Lodged complaint again on freecharg.in webpage on 10th Nov and they said they will get back in 24 hrs, but have never replied yet.
                        o Called ibexpress on 10th Nov and they said they will send their executive to my address to identify where the courier was delivered, but has not arrived till 14th Nov.

                        Please look into the matter so that consumers are not taken for a ride.

                            I have recharged my cell with Rs.454 on 10/25/2012 twice. Amount got deducted from the account but the cell has not been recharged.

                            Again i tried recharging with Rs 343 on 10/29/2012. Again the same problem.

                            What exactly has gone wrong with the website.

                            If there is any problem with the server, please make the website unavailable for the users.

                            I need the refund as soon as possible.

                            Everytime when i recharge, i dont get the coupons to my house at all.. No Idea what is the problem with this as well..

                            Freecharge.in — no refund no recharge

                            i have done a transaction in freecharge.in for recharge of my bsnl prepaid for rs 200/- so far neither recharge done nor money refunded.
                            i have already taken up the matter with the company but there is no response.
                            what to do to get back my refund....

                            Sir, today i recharge my number through your site . Rs. 101 2g data plan at 2 pm . i also received a message from your side that it will activate in 2 hours but its more then 5 hours . kindly solve this problem

                                this company charges extra money to send discount coupons but does not sends the discount coupons although the is deducted from the account
                                this company www.Freecharge.In is a big fraud. As this company charges 10 rs. Extra when you recharge your mobile number from this website . And claim that they will send you discount coupons of various companies at your address. Once you recharge and they get the money they does not send any coupons.

                                They even stopped replying to my mails u can check this lnk for further deteils http:/Support.Freecharge.In/View.Php?ID=198821

                                      Hi Everyone,

                                      Please be aware that any recharge performed through freecharge should be noticed closely. If the transaction failes and the amount is debited from ur account. Please follow up, else the amount is not refunded. This happenes intermittently. Kindly followup even if it is a minimal amount as those collectively sums up to huge revenue to freecharge without any service rendered.

                                      I received a refund after 20 days of continuous followup. Amout of rs 300. Freecharge tried diverting me back to my bank, later after providing proofs I some how received my refund.
                                      PLEASE THIS FILE AND REFUND MY MONEY BCOZ BANK AC IN DEBIT MY AMOUNT BUT RECHARGE NOT SUCCESS SO PLZ SIR CHECK IT AND REFUND MY MONEY.
