Dear team,
Today around 5 pm a series of fraudulent transactions happened using my credit card although no otp was divulged by me nor anyone asked for it.
I would request you not to authorise/reverse the following fraudulent transaction on immediate basis which had been done using credit card no.[protected]so that i do not need to pay anything for such fraudulent transaction.

My credit card statement is showing that it was paid to Accylst, as mentioned in my complaints, through your App.
This transaction is shown as successful on your App but I don't know where the money has gone, it's not credited to FreeCharge App or Tatasky ?
It's already 9 days past, please resolve soon.
