I paid rs.300 on tatasky app, through freecharge on[protected], but it was not credited to my tatasky account, though this payment was deducted from my icici credit card?

I complained to tatasky but they told me that due to server crash, payment was not received by them.

Then i complained to freecharge but they just acknowledged but haven't done anything yet.

I tried to lodge a complaint on rbi's website but freecharge and their payment gateway accelyst pvt ltd are not registered with rbi.
I don't know if this companies are operating illegally?

Both my accounts with tatasky and freecharge are linked to my mobile no [protected].

After I complained to RBI, FreeCharge refunded ₹250 after deducting ₹50 given as cashback under offer.
After I made several complaints for several days, they kept saying that they had transferred ₹300 to Tatasky ?
Now they admitted but deducted the cashback ? They should have given compensation for difficulty and harassment, I faced !
I paid on Tatasky and Money hasn't been received by them ?
My credit card statement is showing that it was paid to Accylst, as mentioned in my complaints, through your App.

This transaction is shown as successful on your App but I don't know where the money has gone, it's not credited to FreeCharge App or Tatasky ?
It's already 9 days past, please resolve soon.

      There was caĺl fromskme random number and compromised the card details over the pikne along with otp and made only ecommerce registration against freechutil. Please refer the below time and details of transaction.

      Your one time password for e-commerce registration/txn is xxxxxx for inr 9990.00 at freechutil which is valid till 12:17. Do not share this with anybody-pnb.

      Request you to please get this money refunded in same accont and also bank should be blocked there payment gateways to these fraud companies.

          Today around 5 pm a series of fraudulent transactions happened using my credit card although no otp was divulged by me nor anyone asked for it.

            I have paid 999 INR.at instamojo payment Gatway 5th October 2018 and instamojo has Refund the same but freecharge didn't credit that amount in my account they are doing fraudulent Activities with the customers that's the only reason Freecharge is fraud why the people don't use this its reducless service of freecharge I ll never use this app in my future and I recommend to everyone please don't use this Fraud Application.

              I have received two messages from accelyst solutions pvt. Ltd.in which the are providing me with otp for a purchase of rs. 51 when i have done no such purchase. Moreover i have never had any dealings with either accelyst or freecharge. It can be clearly seen that this is a case of fraud that is being carried out either with or without the company's knowledge. So, i implore you to please conduct a thorough investigation of this matter.

                    I made a bill payment on freecharge on 4th Sept. Its more than 12 days now and order still shows status as processing. I raised a request to customer care but they are not responding properly. They say that order is complete but then why the status is not updated in my freecharge account?                       Today morning freecharge custoner care call me regarding my payment is Rs. 741.0. But after some discussion again 2800.0 Rs. deduct from my account. Is it a kind of fraud ??? Frercharge is a fraud and hacking company. Is this kind of dealing with a customer ??? I need my all money 741 + 2800 today by hook or by crook.

                      Yesterday I got a call in which a madam told me that after 48 hours your payment of ₹ 741 will be confirmed as we have already spoken to the electricity operator, but till date nothing has been paid so far, please do my payment. Return me. And also told me that till today, you do not have to confirm ₹ 741 means that your electricity operator, if you do not pay your payment, then you can mail us, we will take action on it and we will Will consider but how long will it take you to consider. Is Freecharge a false company that loses its customer's money in the name of someone else. Yesterday I spoke to which mam, I insisted on her, what will I do if freecharge does not get my money back? She forcibly said that you will get your money till today but my money has not been paid to the electricity department yet. How long will my money be paid to my electric department or I will get it back, please think about it quickly and soon.

                        My father got a call today, stating the person is from SBI. They need my father's SBI debit card no as the card is blocked. So my father told him the no. Then they said they will unblock it, for that one otp will come in his mobile no. He gave the otp. At the end of it they deducted 450000 Rs.                           But that's by mistake. I planned to recharge [protected] (My airtel number). I even tried calling the wrong number but it is switched off. So there's no chance o[censored]sing the pack.

                            I paid electricity bill on[protected] from freecharge with payment mode via upi from my sbi bank account but that transaction failed and money got deducted from my bank account and it's 6 days past but i haven't received any refund. Also i called my bank associate and told my problem but they informed me that payment mode was upi so this matter is under company's corporation. Hope so you will help me quickly and get my money back soon.

                                  On 22.07.2019 (at about 10:30 AM) I paid my BSNL land line bill for Rs.813/- thro my credit card through the site www.freecharge.in. Immediately I received the following msg.
                                  Quote:
                                  Your recharge for [protected] is pending from BSNL Landline. Usually it takes few mins. If not successful, we will refund the money to Freecharge wallet.
                                  Unquote:
                                  so far I have not received any confirmation on this recharge for which my card account is already debited. Last date for payment of my BSNL landline is 25.07.2019.

                                    Hi team on 22june2019 i recharge my bsnl no. [protected] via. Freecharge app with transaction id
                                    Fcva[protected] but amount debit from my account and now its more than 24 hours for recharge but recharge still shows under processing

                                    My validity expire on 24june2019 so on 23june2019 morning i again use freecharge to recharge my same number with transaction id fcva[protected] but again same thing happen i. E. Amount debit from account but recharge still shows under processing. And as per freecharge policy if recharge didn't successfull in 3 hrs then the recharge mark as fail & amount credit to account. They goes beyond there policy. And to validate my number i'm going to local retailer to recharge my bsnl number i'm not going to wait for them because its more than 24 hrs twice they cheat with me but in future if they done my recharge successful then i want my money back because i done recharge from local retailer. I recharge from there site twice both transaction is underprocessing recharge deadline is near so i go to retailer for recharge i want my refund of 148 i. E. 74 in first recharge and 74 in other recharge. These site are really harrasing to customers i hope you understand how it feels please take action to such companies & fine huge penalty

                                    You are saying to wait 48 hours but now its More than 51 hours for recharge and still i shouldn't receive refund i take a legal action against freecharge

                                    I have done Videocon d2h recharge of 200 Rs.on 11 Aug 2019.I have done transaction for three times but it got failed.On fourth attempt it got successful.but amount of 200 Rs got deducted from my bank account twice.So i request you to please refund my money (200 Rs.)As soon as possible.Please do needful.

                                      Still the issue has not been fixed. It has been 9 days since the transaction had taken place. Service provider company website is still showing that bill is due to be paid. FreeCharge has verified that the transaction had taken place but it has not been transferred to service provider. Please solve the issue at the earliest. Deadline date for paying the bill is coming near.

                                        I have recharge my umber with promo code I am getting cash back in my wallet my account has been suspended. what can I do operator ref; [protected] my mobile number is [protected] this website is useless for claiming my cash back I am created my account just 3 days ago it got suspended it is the worst website I have seen.
