money not refunded despite transaction being not successful

I made a recharge of rs.99/- on my bsnl no on the 22nd of september 2018 at free charge at 11:22 a. M. The transaction was not successful and the status showed as processing. My transaction id is fcva[protected]. On informing freecharge about this, they said that if the recharge is not successful, they would refund my money in 3 hours. They did not. I got in touch with them again where they informed that sometimes it takes upto 48 hours...

landline payment not completed even after 4 days

I made my bsnl landline payment via Freecharge.in on 14th July 2018, an amount of 1676 was deducted from my bank account but as of now my landline payment has not been made, the transaction ID is FCLM[protected].
The customer care number is pathetic, not able to directly talk with the customer care employee, the computer says that bill payment usually takes a maximum o[censored]pto 48 hours but even after 4 days the payment is not made....

my payment is still pending

My electricity bill is failed but my bill amount of RS 659 is deducted from my bank account. I fill my electricity bill by freecharge.
Again on 25 June 2018 my amount of RS 659 is deducted again
So my total amount of RS 1318 is deducted .
For payment I am waiting from last 18 to 19 days but my payment is still pending.
So it's my humble request to you that pls refund my amount...

fraud app deducting money from account but not refunding

I have added the money in from bank account .
I got msg that your money is debited from account.
But I not came in Freechage. I mailed my concern at the customer service.
I got reply that in 4-5 days money will credit in bank account return.
Now its above 5days still no returns of money.
In bank or in any other apps transaction it tooks maximum 2 working days to clear the query related same issue.
