Today morning at 3.00 am an amount if rs 1000 and rs 500 from my freecharge wallet has got transferred to komparify.com in 2 transactions. Otp for transaction was also there in my inbox. I have not made transaction. What security is this from freecharge. It can only happen with their knowledge i guess... I lost rs 1500. I am gonna complaint in cyber cell if the amount has not been reversed by freecharge

I had recharged JIO mobile by order no. FCVM[protected] sucessfully paid the money and invoice no is AC[protected] of Rs 399. Cash back of Rs 75 to be credited but not done.

    I wanted that my idea mobile number to be recharged and i had done it for rs.87 through freecharge on 29.12.2018.I observed that the said amount has not been credited to my account and my outgoing call services have been suspended.Kindly look in to the matter and redress the issue immediately.
    The amount deducted from my account through transaction number othpg[protected]freecharge pu on 21/12/2018 for Rs.1500 and it is continuing from 21/2/2018 to 30/12/2018 total amount is 12, 650.00 please provide me the details or invoice of all transactions

      I had recharged Rs.165 /- to get Airtel DTH services on 29.12.2018 and the recharge was successful and my account also has been debited and I am not getting DTH services.pLEASE NOTE THAT THE OPERATOR HAS NOT RECEIVED THE SAID PAYMENT .Kindly arrange to provide the service immediately.
      Today i received a text message twice containing OTP of 169 rs. transaction at accelyst solutions pvt. ltd. with my SBI card. But the thing is i didn't intiated that transaction, can anyone please help me about how can i get the details of this transaction.
      Yesterday i recharge my mobile two times (one tome by mistake) but yet recharge not done and money is deducted by my bank account. So i want refund of it. Even didn't see ant transaction in transaction section of freecharge.
      I paid electricity bill today since due date is on 20 th, the status is still in processing state.

      I am getting confuse like I need to pay again or this amount will be paid.

      My order is is FCEA[protected].

        Hi sir,

        On 16th of december i have made an payment of rs 300.00.
        This amount got deducted from my account but recharge didn't happen.
        Out of series failed transactions in one transactions my account got
        Deducted but recharge didn't happen.

        Below are the list of failed transactions out of which for one order deduction has happened.

        Order ids
        Fcdw[protected], fcdw[protected], fcdw[protected], fcdw[protected], fcdw[protected] & fcdw[protected].

        Kindly help me in refund.

        As per our records, payment against the above mentioned order ID was unsuccessful. If there is any deduction from your bank but has not been forwarded to FreeCharge/payment gateway, then the amount will be automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

        Normal turn around time for the amount to be credited to your respective account is 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday & bank holidays).
        We request you to kindly wait until the mentioned time frame.

        Request you to contact your bank customer support to know further about the status of the transaction and quote these numbers.

        This has already crossed the assigned deadline and I can't keep hitting my head for anymore deadline.
        Please process my refund ASAP. You have the worst customer support I have ever seen.
        Kindly change your approach in resolving your customer issues or at the end of day you will loose
        your valuable customer.

          My freecharge reg. Mob no. [protected]
          My reg. Email id is [protected]@gmail.com. On 7 th december 2018 at about 11:30 pm i added 150 rs.in my wallet... A moment later when i was about to recharge my another mob. No. They signed out immediately and told me to login again... When i tried to login it showed account is disabled for security reasons.. Its my worth each penny... I contacted freecharge via mail as it foes not have a customer executive for any customer support... They were unable to provide me with any help... I read many reviews from different forums as many customers have lost a big sum on freecharge ewallet services... A big fraud gas been done with me... Please provide me with help so as i can atleast get my money back... And take required action against freecharge wallet... They dont have any right to disable a user account on the basis of their so called fraud type security reasons.

          As i had contacted freecharge the ticket number they gave was 369548...they asked me to provide with a copy of id proofs...I too have provided it with the best of my knowledge... Till now i cant login nor can i get my money back.. please freecharge...this is the main reason u are lost in the market...u dont stand anywhere in the market...u take advantage of a customer like us...please dont make fraud to fill up ur pockets instead do something that can make u stand as a customer centric wallet services...its my biggest mistake of my life that i believed in your services...please its an urge to retrieve me to my wallet services

            Otherfreecharge payment technologies / freecharge.in transaction to load wallet got failed and amount deducted. Not refunded even after 15 days.

            On 6/12/, 2018, i have added 399rupees to freecharge wallet but it has got failed. Then i tried again 2 times to add money to freecharge wallet. All 3 transaction got failed and amount has been deducted from my hsbc credit card only one time which is 250 rupees.
            Then i tried with hdfc card to add 250 rupees to wallet which was successful.
            But i didn't got refund from freecharge for those failed transaction in which amount has been deducted for one transaction. So i want 399rupees refund from freecharge.
            I have attached screen shot of freecharge wallet and bank credit card statement. I have sent multiple mails to freecharge.
            One of response from freecharge says that for 2 transaction freecharge didn't receive amount from bank and for remaining 1 failed transaction, 399rupees added to freecharge wallet on same day which is totally wrong. I have attached freecharge wallet statement in which 3 failed transaction are there and one successful transaction is there which is done from hdfc credit card. No refund has been added from freecharge for those failed transaction.
            Kindly find attachment and do needful as i have tried a lot but every time freecharge customer care executive is not accepting my point. I have all the proof which i have attached here.

            Please take note that 3 transaction which are done from hsbc credit card got failed. Amount deducted from hsbc credit card once.
            One transaction in "transaction detail. Png" (Which is attached here) worth rupees 399on 6/12/2018 got successful which is done from hdfc credit card and it is proper.
            So out of 3 failed transaction, 1 transaction against which 399 rupees deducted from hsbc card, i want refund for that one transaction.

              Respected sir,

              I made a online transaction of CESC bill as on 19th nov 2018 from the freecharge app (freecharge.in). they deducted (two times for single transaction i.e. SB498800) the balance from my bank account. when i called them they are not attending properly. i mailed them then they replied that they deducted money will refund in 5-7 days but its more than 14 days and my issue is not solved.

                Freecharge. Worst service worst customer service ever. First of all they blocked my account for no reason. For some security purpose within half an hour of making it. They ain't at all helpful in retrieving account. They asked my proof which i have provided in the i'd my kyc. I provided the one i have entered still they ain't unblocking it. It's ridiculous from their side. They just don't want to. And secondly n most importantly i have loaded money in thier wallet n they ain't returning back too in my bank account.

                  Please note that I have first recharged my vodafone prepaid mobile [protected] with Rs 458 for recharge unlimited pack.
                  But I got a confirmation that the recharge has not been successfully done. I waited for few minutes. Then I tried again doing recharge Rs 458, it got successfully recharged and I got confirmation also for the same at time 5.59 pm 21/11/22018 with Order Id : FCVA[protected]. After few minutes the first recharge of Rs 458 has also got confirmed at time 6.00 pm 21/11/22018 with Order Id: FCVA[protected]. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for unlimited Pack.
                  Now Please if you could refund the first recharge of Rs 458 because second recharge successfully done at time 5.59 pm 21/11/22018 with Order Id: FCVA[protected] and first recharge done after few min with Order Id : FCVA[protected] . It would be really very appreciable. Your customer support number is always busy, that's why I am writing you this mail. Thanking you in anticipation.

                    I paid rs.515 to recharge my air-tel dth, but it could not recharge on 16 nov-18 at 19:22, recharge id igaetvxmyz. Kindly solve my recharge problem. I could not understand why it could not get recharge, clearly explain me the process and steps of recharge through free-charge, if it not recharge then will i get refund the paid amount.
                    Sir please solve my problem you will either recharge my air-tel dth account or refund the money.

                      Hi,

                      I made a transaction to pay my electricity bill on 12 Nov, 2018. Freecharge deducted 2014.00 INR from my bank account and my electricity bill is still unpaid.

                      I contacted JVVNL and they told me that they didn't received any money from freecharge. I contacted 3-4 times to freecharge customer care for this and they people always replying with a robotic answer. Now my bill payment date is expired and i have to pay fine along with the bill payment to JVVNL.

                      Please let me know how can i get my money back from freecharge.

                        I saw a plan of rs. 2994 on freecharge for 12 months for my airtel digital tv. After i did the recharge, airtel did not considered it to be a valid amount as according to airtel, 12 month's subscription is of rs. 3466. They demanded the balance amount and also disconnected my connection for few hours until i recharged it with the balance amount. When i contacted freecharge customer care, i got the following copied and pasted response on my each email.

                        i didn't recharge anything on that day.

                            I have added 250 Rs to freecharge wallet linked with mobile no : [protected] and email id : [protected]@gmail.com. And add money process got failed but amount has been deducted from my credit card on 10th October, 2018. When I called customer care they said that it will be credited within 5-6 working days. But 13 days has been passed and still haven't got amount back in my credit card statement which is generated on 23rd October, 2018(6:30 PM).

                            I have raised many ticket for the same(Ticket no are 186757, 147271, 14270, 147268, 119710, 119713, 114045). But still haven't got resolution after so many ticket request.

                            I have attached HSBC credit card statement and freecharge screen shot for more details.
                            I have added 250 rupeed money 3 times but it has been deducted from credit card one time. So I don't know for which failed transaction it has been deducted. So I have attached another 2 failed transaction screen shot.

                              I recharged mobile jiofi on this site it did not recharge and took 399 from my account. this site is recharge it now is fake and does not recharge.

                                Hello Sir,

                                On 20th Oct 2018, I had recharged Airtel number [protected] with Rs.399/- from www.freecharge.in website.I have received a ccavenue order receipt on my mail id.But the recharge has not been done.The amount of Rs.399 has been debited from my HDFC credit card account.Kindly revert my money or get the recharge done immediately.

                                    My videocon d2h recharge failed due to some technical problem it could not complete but my bank account debited with that recharge balance.. Freecharge showing transaction not completed retry and so i did it again and even though it is showing successful rechagre is still pending. I have aelected year plan so it amounts to 3000 approx. For which i can able to use wallet balance of 75 which is also exausted for the balance.. Even without any recharge completed
