amount debited in account but d2h recharge not done

I made a payment towards videocon d2h of rs. 500 which was deducted from my sbi account but there is no record of payment or recharge on freecharge.

Dated 14th july 2020.

The payment was made via accelyst solutions pvt. Ltd....

balance deducted from bank but not recharged yet.

Balance has been deducted from my bank account and the recharge has not been done yet. It is not even showing in my freecharge transactions.
Recharge has been done through internet banking.

I need refund back to my bank account.

refund my money rs1441 to my bank account

I am a syndicate bank account holder-karaikudi branch. I pay the electricity bill with freecharge on 12th may 2020 but transaction failed. Unfortunately money rs 1441 has been deducted from my bank account. I have thought that the money would be returned in 3-4 days but it is not returned till 22 may. Please help me. I asked the freecharge customer service. They have replied like this.

Wrongly debited from account

Sir/madam

From last 1 year i received sms on my mobile. The following message received.
Otp for online purchase of rs. 60.00, 20, 100, 1000.00 and more at accelyst solutions p thru state bank debit card 4592*84 is *. Do not share this with anyone.
Firstly i m unable to find why it is debited because i not purchased anything thro' my sbi debit card. Even ididn't given my debit card/details/pin/atm numbers to anybody....

On 21st march 2020 recharge tata sky dth with 3072 after otp confirmation amount deducted from my account and freecharge show recharge pending after that failed.
No customer support on application so tweet on tweeter then they give a mail id.
I have mailed all details. Freecharge repailed that amount not credited in freecharge account so i have to confirm with bank.
Icici bank sent all details and rrn number clearly mentioned...

On Dt. 11/5/20 at 11.35 pm, I recharged my Tata sky dth with Rs. 340. Amount is debited from my account but Recharge not successful. Then I call Tatasky care center, they told me the Recharge not successful, make another Recharge Payment. Then I contact with Freecharge support Exe, he said Transaction still under processing, wait for One-Two days.
Still I didn't get my refund....

need refund

I made a transaction from google pay to freecharge vallet of rs 1851 to place an order on shein amounting to rs 1856. There was a balance of rs 5 in the freecharge wallet. Cash got debited from my account but order wasn't placed. It's been more than a week now. I've contacted my bank and google pay. They say it was a successful transaction. receiving unknown otp

I received unknow otp for transaction of inr 349 from accelyst soluti on 13 april 2020 at 9:48p. M. But the amount got not deducted as and after that two more otp on my number, i dont know why these otp has been send to me as i have not done any transaction at that time and did not used any payment app
Please help me as i am uanware why and how i received these otp or it can deduct my bank account balance or it is a fraud activity....

I never created that account, and never clicked anything to verify such an account. I just noticed now that such spam was coming in.
