    I made a payment towards videocon d2h of rs. 500 which was deducted from my sbi account but there is no record of payment or recharge on freecharge.

    Dated 14th july 2020.

    The payment was made via accelyst solutions pvt. Ltd.

        Balance has been deducted from my bank account and the recharge has not been done yet. It is not even showing in my freecharge transactions.
        Recharge has been done through internet banking.
        Transaction reference id :[protected]
        I need refund back to my bank account.
        See in the transaction it is showing successfull but the recharge has not been done yet.

          I am a syndicate bank account holder-karaikudi branch. I pay the electricity bill with freecharge on 12th may 2020 but transaction failed. Unfortunately money rs 1441 has been deducted from my bank account. I have thought that the money would be returned in 3-4 days but it is not returned till 22 may. Please help me. I asked the freecharge customer service. They have replied like this.

          "please be informed that the payment of rs.1441.0 against order id fcem[protected] was automatically refunded through payment gateway to your respective bank/card on 12-may-2020. We have also verified the same with our payment partner and confirmed that the amount was successfully refunded. Hence, request you to get in touch with your bank for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card account with the below-given details and raise a dispute with your bank:
          Payment gateway id: sur[protected]. You can use this email as a reference for the refund initiated by the merchant".
          I attached the above text for your reference. Kindly solve the issue and refund my amount of rs.1441 to my account.

            Sir/madam

            From last 1 year i received sms on my mobile. The following message received.
            Otp for online purchase of rs. 60.00, 20, 100, 1000.00 and more at accelyst solutions p thru state bank debit card 4592*84 is *. Do not share this with anyone.
            Firstly i m unable to find why it is debited because i not purchased anything thro' my sbi debit card. Even ididn't given my debit card/details/pin/atm numbers to anybody.
            Kindly resolve and credit back as soon as possible.

              On 21st march 2020 recharge tata sky dth with 3072 after otp confirmation amount deducted from my account and freecharge show recharge pending after that failed.
              No customer support on application so tweet on tweeter then they give a mail id.
              I have mailed all details. Freecharge repailed that amount not credited in freecharge account so i have to confirm with bank.
              Icici bank sent all details and rrn number clearly mentioned that amount is with freecharge. But still waiting for my refund.

                Please find attachment,
                On Dt. 11/5/20 at 11.35 pm, I recharged my Tata sky dth with Rs. 340. Amount is debited from my account but Recharge not successful. Then I call Tatasky care center, they told me the Recharge not successful, make another Recharge Payment. Then I contact with Freecharge support Exe, he said Transaction still under processing, wait for One-Two days.
                Still I didn't get my refund. Please help.

                    I made a transaction from google pay to freecharge vallet of rs 1851 to place an order on shein amounting to rs 1856. There was a balance of rs 5 in the freecharge wallet. Cash got debited from my account but order wasn't placed. It's been more than a week now. I've contacted my bank and google pay. They say it was a successful transaction. Freecharge denies this and on the transactions section it's still showing as processing. When i emailed the customer support i was informed that the transaction was unsuccessful. I need my money back.

                        receiving unknown otp

                        I received unknow otp for transaction of inr 349 from accelyst soluti on 13 april 2020 at 9:48p. M. But the amount got not deducted as and after that two more otp on my number, i dont know why these otp has been send to me as i have not done any transaction at that time and did not used any payment app
                        Please help me as i am uanware why and how i received these otp or it can deduct my bank account balance or it is a fraud activity....

                          Yesterday some unknown person call came and said your atm is blocked if you wanna open it again give me some details and by that details he deducted 10000rs from my account by doing transaction at freecharge pu. Is there any chance to get back my money???

                                    Trf 760.00. Sum of inr 760 has been deducted from my saving account on 21st october 2019 for booking gas cylinder for my home use.                                     Somehow a freecharge account has been created and associated with an old email address of mine ([protected]@shawbiz. Ca). I never created that account, and never clicked anything to verify such an account. I just noticed now that such spam was coming in. After searching for information on freecharge, it appears that some kind of fraud involving accounts that are use to recharge the minutes on mobile phones is being perpetuated with through them, possibly with someone on the inside of the company being complicit. I will try to perform a password reset on their site to block the scammer's access to the account.

I suggested they incorporate some kind of email verification to there system before associating an address with an account, but there has been no response regarding that. Hopefully the hole will be closed that allowed this scam in the first place.

                                    Yesterday I sent electric bill to WBSEB through your application Freecharges INR 4580.98.
                                    But it has not reach to wb electric office but from my hdfc a/c it already deducted.
                                    So please return my money to my HDFC BANK immeditely.
                                    I will wait one day then I will bring the case to Police Station.
