              On 12/10/2020 I did top-up of Rs.220 to BSNL mobile [protected] using my freecharge account (phone no. [protected]). The money got debited from my SBI bank account but top-up not received. That is actually because validity was over by that time in the BSNL number. But later when I contacted freecharge I can reach only upto automated response system which mentioned that the said amount should enter in my wallet within 7 days. But it did not happen.
              Please look into the matter and help me. I am using freecharge for long time and if this continues I am afraid I have to think twice before using freecharge from now on. Kindly look into the matter.

                My Credit card with Axis Bank, FREECHARGE PLUS CREDIT CARD approved on[protected] I got a message from Axis Bank.
                After that I dint get any communication from Axis Bank till[protected]. on this day I got a message saying that "Your Credit card xx29 statement of Rs.413 with due date 02-NOV-2020 is generated and will reach you shortly. and on[protected] I got this statement to my mail also. on[protected] itself I've contacted to axis bank via their support mail service.
                I got mail from them on[protected] morning, saying this will not issue with a physical card, it only available in AXIS MOBILE app. I tried their app, but when I click to see the Virtual Card it asking me for Customer ID which I dont have.
                I've contacted again to their Customer care number, one of their customer care executive said that 'you will get physical card within 14 days, after that you have to call our customer care again" and they cut my call without my conscent.

                Still I couldn't see the card which they are saying and also the bill generated already.

                          I had done a electricity bill payment on[protected] via free charge but the transaction was failed and freecharge initiated my refund but the refund is credited in my account yet. Free charge provided me a RRN number[protected] please help me in this.

                                    Balance has been deducted from my bank account and the recharge has not been done yet. It is not even showing in my freecharge transactions.
                                    Recharge has been done through internet banking.

                                      I am a syndicate bank account holder-karaikudi branch. I pay the electricity bill with freecharge on 12th may 2020 but transaction failed. Unfortunately money rs 1441 has been deducted from my bank account. I have thought that the money would be returned in 3-4 days but it is not returned till 22 may. Please help me. I asked the freecharge customer service. They have replied like this.

                                      "please be informed that the payment of rs.1441.0 against order id fcem[protected] was automatically refunded through payment gateway to your respective bank/card on 12-may-2020. We have also verified the same with our payment partner and confirmed that the amount was successfully refunded. Hence, request you to get in touch with your bank for the refund amount to reflect in your bank/card account with the below-given details and raise a dispute with your bank:
                                      Payment gateway id: sur[protected]. You can use this email as a reference for the refund initiated by the merchant".
                                      I attached the above text for your reference. Kindly solve the issue and refund my amount of rs.1441 to my account.

                                        From last 1 year i received sms on my mobile. The following message received.
                                        Otp for online purchase of rs. 60.00, 20, 100, 1000.00 and more at accelyst solutions p thru state bank debit card 4592*84 is *. Do not share this with anyone.
                                        Firstly i m unable to find why it is debited because i not purchased anything thro' my sbi debit card. Even ididn't given my debit card/details/pin/atm numbers to anybody.
                                        Kindly resolve and credit back as soon as possible.
