Weather you resolved my complaint immediately or tell time period or i have to file police complaint or go to consumer court.
I have paid rs. 2050 from free recharge mobile app via obc bank to bses.
My bill has been paid according to free recharge and transaction successfully done as shown in wallet.
My payment of rs. 2050 has been debited from obc bank account
On 28th june 2018, 9:08 am
But payment not shown in bses payment portal/ account till date.
I am attaching my bses bill last date for bill payment is 6.07.2018
Your mobile app shows successful transaction but till date amount not payable to bses and no communication from bses and your side.
When i done payment via paytm it immediately shows in bses and sms came.
But your service is not good and what you are doing even after 5 days of transaction.
Till date not recived any email and sms from bses and from your side only emails came but no telephonic conversion regarding payment of bill.
Please look into matter urgently as last due date of bill is coming 6th
