I made a transaction through FreeCharge and was failed but the money was debited from my bank I made a complain in the bank they it's not our issues and after that so many days later I contact FreeCharge through mail and they asked submit transaction details in a PDF format. I have submitted it and after that they asked full transaction details till date I have submitted that details also in a PDF format and after that they send message that we are not able to check send special transaction the PDF of what I have send was very clear

    Hello there,

    I have made the pgvcl bill connection on 2nd july morning but even after 24 hours it's saying under progress. It was transaction of rs 2100. Here i have attached screenshot of transaction so if you don't make the bill payment by today than kindly refund my payment. Rs 2090 was debited from my axis bank debit card and rs10 was from wallet. I request you to take care of this as soon as you can.

    ok thank you let's wait for next 24 hours but what happen even after 48 hours I will not be notified by operator or in freecharge app I can't see it's successful.

    one more thing I have added the promo code HOT50 so I should get cashback of RS50 if transaction was successful but I don't even received that cashback.

    Hello Freecharge,

    It's 48hours gone. Neither I received any confirmation nor received cash back. If bill payment was successfully submitted than I should receive the cashback and confirmation both. As you said payment done successfully but unfortunately it's not reach to the operator. Here I am attaching 2 screenshots where one is showing in progress and another one said failed don't know which I need to follow. Now I request for the refund so do it.

    Thank you for the response on my ticket generated on your app. As you said there payment has been processed but how can I know that my bill has been paid successfully. I paid the bill manually on 3rd July as well because 4th July was the last date and I don't want to pay panelty without my fault. Here I have attached the screenshot of bill I paid at PGVCL office. Still I am sure that bill has been not paid to operator from your side because till now I don't receive my cashback of 50Rs. If it's successful than than I will receive it within 48 hours.

    Now you ask me to wait for next bill generation which will be done after 2 months. Why should I wait till that and if 2100 not credited in that bill than what should I do?

    I tried to submit the form but somehow it's not submitted and not getting any error as well. I am not sure but may be it's because of I am using same email which I have registered in Axis bank. I am already an axis bank customer.
    I want to pay Tsspdcl Current bill on FreeCharge but I am unable to pay.please rectify my problem

      Weather you resolved my complaint immediately or tell time period or i have to file police complaint or go to consumer court.
      I have paid rs. 2050 from free recharge mobile app via obc bank to bses.
      My bill has been paid according to free recharge and transaction successfully done as shown in wallet.
      My payment of rs. 2050 has been debited from obc bank account
      On 28th june 2018, 9:08 am
      But payment not shown in bses payment portal/ account till date.

      I am attaching my bses bill last date for bill payment is 6.07.2018
      Your mobile app shows successful transaction but till date amount not payable to bses and no communication from bses and your side.

      When i done payment via paytm it immediately shows in bses and sms came.

      But your service is not good and what you are doing even after 5 days of transaction.

      Till date not recived any email and sms from bses and from your side only emails came but no telephonic conversion regarding payment of bill.

      Please look into matter urgently as last due date of bill is coming 6th

          Myself poonam mehta is having freecharge account from last two years. I was having 1170 rs in my freecharge account. Someone has hacked my account on 24.06.2018 (Sunday) & made fraud transactions to tapzoapp. When i wake up in the morning i called at freecharge customer care & immediately report them about fraud. Customer care has told me to write a mail with proofs. I have sent a mail on immediate basis. Then i have received only acknowledgment mail. Whole day i was waiting for their call or mail as it was a cyber crime but it has not happened. On the other hand as tapzo was end user of these transactions i tried to conatct tapzo but to my surprise there was no contact number exist for tapzo. Also when i have sent a message o tapzo over twitter they have given me an ans that they dont have contact number. Wow!!
          I have sent mails to tapzo as well on the same day & i have not received any revert from tapzo as well.
          After waiting for 24 hours i have contacted freecharge & tapzo through twitter & posted this incidence on twitter & facebook.
          After writing a compaint on facebook & twitter i have received a call finally. They were saying that person has utilized the amount & they can not give me reversal. Now my question is this what is my fault in all this. When i was trying to conatct tapzo to stop these fraud transactions they were not having any number to conatct. What is my fault in this if tapzo is not having contact number. If there was any number to contact they definately could stopped those transactions. Also despite of my several mails they have not taken any action. They were only saying that tehy have seized the account of that fraud person. Now i would like to ask what justice they can give me. I tried to inform them about fraud at same time but they have not reverted me back.
          Now why should i bear the loss. Tapzo & feecharge should bear the loss equally.in this all incidence what is the value of customer & security of customer.
          When i have reported them about fraud what were they waiting for,
          I dont know how many indians are chaeted like this by these comapnies & how many of them get justice?
          Comapny is asking me to complaint in cyber crime now i want to ask them which person will go to cyber crime or police for such a small amount.
          In short i need justice, give my amount back tapzo & freecharge.

            Freerecharge is doing fraud, i hve recharged my number, amonunt deducted but recharge has not taken place its failure. I complained in customer care but they are misleadind me by sending false refund id and also i hve inquired in my bank they said refund did not take place. Freecharge is doing fraud by not returning customers money in case of payment failure. Be aware of freerecharge these things and do not use its website and app for any type of payment.

                I got confirmation from freecharge, but no confirmation by bsnl. It still shows not paid in my bsnl land line account.

                Please tell me how much time will it take for bsnl confirmation. The amount of rs2319 is deducted from my bank account.

                    I have created account in freecharge and loaded money but after 3-4 days later they suspended my account. I was not able to make login.

                    When i complaint to them then they didn't respond i wrote 4-5 time they they said you account is suspicious send your photo id.

                    I have sent 3 different photo ids but all the time they replied we are not able to view your id. I have sent them with. Jepg,. Jpg,. Pdf also pasted passport on mail but they are not replying.
                    I asked them to refund my money i don't want your freecharge account but no response.
                    I have all mail conversation with complaint id.

I contacted the customer care numbers for n number of times but they didnt responded, simply they are sending mail that they will resolve my problem.395rs is hefty amount some one like me who is hailing fro m lower middleclass family.                         I applied promocode to recharge my dth but no cash back received. I suppose to receive rs75 as cash back. When i approached customer care they said that i didnt apply promo code.. How can i prove myself now??.. I clearly saw with my eyes while applying promo code and i am pretty sure..                         You sing the same old song...I mentioned that i am 100% sure and I saw with my eyes that i applied promocode but you are not listening..Only option is to stay away from FreeCharge and headache caused by it..
                        I faced the same issue couple of months back..If you do not want to give offer please do not mention offer code. Don't waste my time

                              I had recharged on 17 may of rs 159 o[censored]nlimited calling and 1024 mb data for 28 days and till now i haven't received any benefit of this recharge. I had also complaint on freecharge and mail them about the issue but now they are not responding to my mail and don't refund my money back.
                              Tell me what i can do if any company can do such type of thing.

                              I had made the same recharge twice on same number through freecharge application . I requested the cancel of the payment when the payment was pending but they made the payment.So i lost the cash twice the amount for a single plan.

                                Freecharge misleading customer with false promocode loot to my mobile number with email id - [protected]@rediffmail.com. I submitted the kyc for the account to recharge rs 300 and avail rs 75 offer. But it was a big trap.

                                Please beware of freecharge. Certain recharges with small amount with rs 5 or rs 10 cashback are ok and tested but for the large recharge please be careful.

                                I had to spend the amount of rs 300 without utilizing the coupon code and then while applying it says suspicious activity in your account and did not allow to pay with the coupon. Beware of freecharge!!!

                                Issue still exist for my account, no point of raising this concern as freecharge will not resolve it

                                Same here they suspended my account I am not able to login always throws error suspicious account activity. I told them to refund my balance but they are not responding.

                                    The normal turnaround time for the refund amount to reflect in your bank account is 5 to 7 bank working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and national holidays). Some nationalized banks may take more time than the conventional time to credit the amount.

                                        We did a payment of rs.7350 to ebay.in through free charge wallet on 4th of april 2018. Which was not done by free charge wallet to ebay.in.
                                        When we complained, freecharge says that due to any issue payment not done.
                                        We want our money refund but freecharge
                                        Not refund my money. Their customer care executive not support us.
                                        Please do action against freecharge wallet and please suggest me what i can do for my money.

                                        Recharge for my BSNL no. stuck in processing. Amount debited from wallet but transaction still processing. Raised a ticket. ID no. 2528156. ORDER ID: FCVW[protected]. No updates from customer care yet.
