    They provided some offer that if i recharge for 20 rs to my mobile i get a cash back of 20% to my wallet account and so i did accordingly but i didn't even get the recharge amount also. Cheaters first please take the necessary action on them. They provide false offers and drag money from the innocent people like us. I want you to take serious action.

      Freecharge has suspended my account without any reason and notification. I had a balance of 30Rs in my account.
      Kindly help me recover my account and balance.
      Freecharge is unnecessary harassing its customer. Their customer service is also very rude. Rudeness is completely visible in the reply they have given to me.

          I did recharge of rupees 50 on 31st Jan 2018, Wed, 11:39 PM . As i was doing my recharge I got the code of otp for payment and paid the money for the recharge, in second minute i found that money has been debited and recharge was unsuccessful, I got message that I will get my money back within 5-7 days, but I did not get it back. I want my money back as soon as possible. I have faced this in freecharge only, I never faced this problem in Paytm. Do bother on my complaint.             Greetings of the day!

            Please understand my case. I have purchased a product from purplle of rs7551/- from my credit card by using your portal for an additional cashback but some how product has been reversed to vendor and total amount is being reversed by vendor and same should go automatically to my card (Original source of payment) but freeharge hold the money without my authorisation and looking forward to withdrawal by me with an additional charge.

            This is not good business ethics so please look into the matter and reverse/refund the amount to my credit card.

            I am looking forward for your help so treat this as an urgent.

            Greetings of the day!

            I already sent an email to reverse my amount to my card. Please check the attached file for your reference.
            No one has replied to my email and weird part is that grievance officer has not even acknowledged it. I also replied to the officer who took this as a withdrawal case but no luck.
            Please check and do the needful on an urgent basis and please credit amount to my card urgently.

                I placed an order of jio recharge (Mobile internet - 4g) account but due to some reason, it is still showing me that request is under processing but money has been deducted from my account. It has been more than 7 hours and i still did not receive my refund even after sending mail to the customer care...

                I had paid Rs 850 for a cloth for Wforwomen site through freecharge. But payment had not reached to W store and my account deducted Rs 850 infact Freecharge had given Rs50 for that. I am trying to contact many time to freecharge person but not getting any reply. I am feeled cheated by Freecharge.

                    Respected sir,
                    I have tried to make a electricity bill payment of rs 330 in favour of avvnl through freecharge.
                    Sir my money is debited from the bank account but bill is still unpaid.
                    I have also received the message from the freecharge that payment of rs 330 for ajmer vidhyut[protected] is done successfully. For queries, contact biller with reference no. Frc[protected] after 3 business days.
                    But sir when i checked my bill it is showing unpaid with a fine of rs 12.
                    I have contacted many a times with the [protected]@freecharge.in through email but they are saying that we have confirmed with out partner your transaction was unsuccessful so you have to contact your bank. But sir i have the message showing the transaction was successful then what will the bank do. The ticket number provided by the freecharge customer care is #2112324
                    I have contacted the sbi and they have said that your transaction was successful.

                    Phone number registered is [protected].
                    Sir they are making fool of peoples and looting money of peoples.
                    If any transaction failed or withheld they do notrefund back the money.
                    I have furnished all the details. Please take strict legal action on them. I am also attaching some phots of email conversation with freecharge team and also attaching the receipt provided by the freecharge for the succesful transaction. I am also attacthing the image of the biller that bill is pending.
                    They are cheating directly as i have received too but they have not made payment to the avvnl thats why my bill is pending.
                    Sir please help me. As they are cheating.

                      On 1st feb, 2018 i've purchased a magzter gold subscription of annually along with offer from free charge. As per their terms cashback would be credited within 24 hours, and cashback still not processed by them as 24 hours have passed now.

                      On 1st feb, their terms mentioned nothing, just pay with fc, you are eligible.

                      On 2nd feb, their terms have changed that you have to purchase via our link.

                      And i've our purchase on the 1st, so you tell me where did i do wrong?

                      On twitter, they are saying that if you used above link then you are eligible for the offer otherwise you won't get.

                      I'm attaching all screenshot of it which is sent by free charge team to others customer.

                      And their twitter team misleading me continuously.

                      Either help me to get my refund from magzter.com or tell fc team to process my cashback as i've fulfilled all condition whichever they mentioned.

                          Yesterday night i have done a recharge (Vodafone no rs 399) from freecharge. As per freecharge clearly mention that i[censored] recharge with 399 thne u get free incoming & outgoing roaming calls, bt as per vodafone customers care say that u can't get this roaming facilities, my father is out of station for two days thats why i done this recharge. So its may be vodafone misguided us or freecharge. Please do needful

                            I recharged my mobile number against the order id fcva[protected]
                            They have mentioned in their policy that they refund the amount if not credited in 3 hours. It has been 7 hours and no response from their end. The customer service is really poor. They are saying it will take 48 hours. Do i look mad?
                            On contacting at the number provided they are saying 4 hours. Is everyone lying to me?
                            I am suspicious about freecharge. Kindly take action against them or ask them to compensate me

                                I have made a bsnl bill payment of rs 1585 on 13 jan 2018. but still it does not affected in my bsnl accont. i have called many time to bsnl cust support n they replied that. it does not show any payment. kinldly resolve it or refund my payment.every time i want to raise complaint it only rply with a system generated acknowledgement.its cust care no. also donot have any solution

                                  I made online payment through you to netbanking amounting to rs.100/- and the amount has been debited immediately in my account by ib vide transaction no. Txn billdesk-linb[protected]. After that i receive your sms that transaction fail and u stated there that - "we have saved your details. Click https://payfc.in/brYBeRGv to complete your payment". According i did the same according to your instruction but regret to inform you that again it is said that to pay the bill amount of rs.100/- which i have already paid and amount have been debited in my account. I tried to talk to ur customer care but no telephone no. Is there to talk to the customer care executive.

                                    I used freecharge app, for recharging mobile balancs and dth services. I saved one debit card in the app, for easy payments. But turned out that, i was having many deductions recently from 10 to 50 rupees every now and then. I contacted the bank and they had no clue, where the money was leaking they advised me to replace my debit card, and i did..., but ever since i deleted freecharge account, deductions doesn't happen anymore.

                                    Interestingly, i didn't even received any otps for those deductions.

                                      I added some amount to my wallet. I did not buy any voucher.
                                      But when i am trying to withdraw the same it shows balance = 0 and voucher = rs. Xxxx
                                      When i go to the home screen, it shows balance = rs. Xxxx??

                                      What is going on?
                                      When i click on my wallet balance it says -

                                      As per recent rbi mandate, withdraw money to a bank account is not available for all users.

                                      You can use your freecharge balance across freecharge app & website, freecharge merchant partner sites, for purchasing goods and services.

                                      Please mention which rbi rule has mandated this restriction?
                                      Please explain what do you mean by "not available for all users."?
                                      Please explain why are you holding the money for 45 days? Are you going to pay the interest of 45 days?
                                      It is my money and i can withdraw the same anytime. It is your duty to keep it secured from the day 1.

                                        I have sent them several mails but every time i receive the same old auto-generated replies. They stopped the withdrawal to bank service without any prior notification and now they are saying i dont have any withdrawal balance. I feel cheated.
