This is certainly not the customary time for a response and your understanding is greatly appreciated.
As discussed on the call, as per the findings and our records, we see that you have added bank account details to your FreeCharge account on 29th December 2017.
We would also like to inform you that it will take 48 hours to verify saved bank account. Hence, request you to try initiate bank withdrawal post 48 hours from the time of bank account details saved in FreeCharge account.
Also, as mentioned in the call, if the problem persists for withdrawing the amount. Upon your request, refund to your source account will be initiated within 24 hours & you will receive the refund (to your source account) within 5-7 bank working days.
