I recharged idea prepaid no.[protected] by www.freecharge.in website of rs.195/. The transaction id is fcvw[protected] on 09.05.2018. My bank sbi debited rs.185/- because i used rs.10/- freecharge balance. Because of network problem transaction did not complete and recharge did not complete. But my balance amount rs.185/- did not get back or recharge completed. So solve my problem immediately.

We confirm that the payment against the mentioned Order ID was failed. If any payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 bank business days.

    I made online payment through freecharge.in for jio prepaid mobile recharge amounting to rs.379/- and the amount has been debited immediately in my account by sbi vide transaction ref no. Igadjtfrl7. After that i received sms from freecharge that transaction faild and they stated there that - "we have saved your details. Click https://payfc.in/CNIJGtlq to complete your payment". According i did the same according to their instruction but regret or there is no response received. Please looks the matter & try to the amount reverse credit to my a/c.

        The amount deducted from my card but the amount has not received to irctc due to this my ticket has not booked.

          I made payment of electric bill of rs.1754 (Rs.1739 from debit card and rs. 15 from free charge wallet) through freecharge vibe order no. Fcea[protected] on 17.03.2018 but rs.1739 was debited from my obc bank account and transaction was showing failed. I sent many messages to freecharge but following reply was given
          Dear natwar,

          "thank you for writing in!

          We understand that you are concerned about the amount deducted from your bank account.

          We would like to inform you that as per our records, the attachment which you have shared is not valid.

          In order to help you better and to locate the payment, we request you to please send a copy of your recent bank statement in pdf format starting from the date of the transaction to date. Kindly highlight the missing payment on your bank statement.

          This will help us to track the payment with our payment partner.

          Once we receive the details, will be able to help you further".

          I sent bank statement in pdf format but above answer was again repeated

          Following complaint vide reference No.WS0010919/2018-19 has been made to OBC Bank on 12.04.2018 but reply for the same is awaited.
          " I made a payment of electric bill of Rs. 1754 (Rs.1739 from OBC debit card and Rs. 15 from free charge wallet) through freecharge Wallet vibe order no.           "The chargeback has been registered by branch. hence closing the complaint".

            The payment to ebay was failed with freecharge wallet. The refund received by freecharge from ebay was again paid to merchant. What the freecharge is doing? I think that freecharge is not willing to refund my amount. Well i think i will complaint to the cyber crime department of this fraud.

              Jabong has refunded my money on freecharge wallet on 2nd April but still I didn’t get my money by Freecharge. I called customer care of Freecharge several times and they want screenshots of wallet processing and jabong refund successfull email and I forwarded too on 4th April. They always said that i will get my money in 24-48 hrs. Please I really fed up with everyday calls to customer care of Freecharge. They are not refunded my money and promises only fake. Look forward about this issues. I have no trust left on Freecharge. Very bad and pathetic service of Freecharge

                Please take action to refund the same of activate the pending service which i initiate.

                      I did a payment via freecharge for a shoping items on ebay via freecharge gateway, amount rs 589 on date 24th march 2018. After doing payments amount deducted from my freecharge account and not getting my order successful on ebay..

                      I did many complaint to ebay and freecharge...

                      From ebay.in.. They answered me they haven't recieved any amount from freecharge and tell me to contact freecharge,,

                      And freecharge.. They replied me, they had already paid at their end to ebay.in.. And and ask me to contact ebay.in..

                      At last.. They have both refused to pay my money.. And i m not getting my money till from 24th march..

                            On 01/04/2018 i tried to book the ticket through redbus.in from hyderabad to amalapuram.
                            While performing payment option i have chosen freecharge which having 10% cash back offer.
                            So it navigates to the freecharge site and i have entered debit card details, finally amount has been deducted and paid to the merchant redbus, even i received the cash back of 40 also (Same thing displaying in freecharge 'mytranscations').

                            But ticked is not booked when spoke with redbus.in customer care they are saying "not received any money".

                            Finally due this i have cancelled my emergencey journey, and my money also not refunded.
                            No response from freecharge even i sent feedback with complete information.

                            Kindly take action.

                                This is regarding the online purchase on ebay, i applied paid for the amount of rs 349 on ebay.in amount was deducted from freecharge. Now while coming to confirmation of the payment, ebay ask me to repay the amount again.

                                First question i do not the logic behind repaying the amount again and second question what happens to my amount of rs 349 which was deducted from my freecharge wallet.

                                My ebay user id kis sourav238811. This is my last purchase on ebay seriously i will buy the scientific calculator from local shop and not choose to buy it from ebay, i am seriously unhappy with existing ebay payment system.
                                @ebay - you should block at the payment gateway. Instead, you happily accept the payment and ask me to pay again. This is not acceptable

                                  Sir, i made a recharge though freecharge on 22 march on wrong operator but it should be fail at operator end but they are showing successfull. They are cheating old customers like this.
                                  I ask so many recharge vendor, that if i recharge on wrong operator, does it success, but every one deny it. But freecharge is one who loot me. And telling that your recharge is successfull.
                                  Even freecharge has bad and worst customer support. I have mail so many times, so many complaint on different portal, i use their twitter handle, facebook page but no help. It seems that they all want to grab my money only. So don't like to talk to me...
                                  Why google keep this app in store, i don't understand, these are doing ethical work to grab the money, they are real their. They are spam.
                                  Sir i request to take a strict action against the freecharge which run the website to loot hard earn money.

                                  Freecharge doesn't apologize his mistake, what he has done. But i want to confirm you that I got the refund of both account in my wallet. Thanks. I checked my both account on april 2, Its a miracle and magic. i got refund, but still no one has call me on phone and still their customer care saying that your recharge is successfull with aircel. Let it be... I am on IDEA.                                   I have already send so many mails to you [protected]@freecharge.com, [protected]@freecharge.in . Nodal officer of axis band of freecharge, and twitter af fb, but again again you are frustrating and disturbing your user.
                                  You have sended me the mail in which you say that "Ask Aircel For reversal" but as we all know that aircel is already shut down. And we can't contact him. On mail and phone for reversal . But it is you mistake. That wrong operator recharge fails in mobikwik and paytm but freecharge only showing successfull... It's a loot... I am also a recharge vendor. Si I know you cheat local customers...

                                    As per their offer for Jio customer, a JIO75 coupon code will get me Rs 75 cashback. And when I applied promo code is showed me that It will only for new users.

                                    Then I mailed to customer care to know the definition of New users. So I applied the JIO75 promo code but still till date I didn't get any cashback.

                                    So I emailed customer care but they are mailed me you don't apply promo code.

                                    They are the cheater, making customer fool. Please aware & avoid such a fraud company and find a better alternative.

                                      For the first time please do a recharge using your new operator's portal. After that you can start using freecharge for recharging your mobile number.
                                      You need to enter the number and change the operator manually, in case if it shows the previous operator and then proceed with the recharge transaction.

                                      I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. If the number is not on operator aircel, how and why should i claim to aircel which should be cancel or fail the recharge any how at the end. But you have showing recharge successful. Its a bad impression on regular and old customer which is also running several groups on facebook to promote freecharge.

                                      With regards to the concern, you need to enter the number and change the operator manually, in case if it shows the previous operator and then proceeds with the recharge transaction.

                                      Rolling back a transaction which is deemed as successful by the operator is beyond our capacity.

                                      Your best bet to have further assistance on this case is to get in touch with the operator as they have the final word in dispensing benefits or refunding transaction amount, owing to any discrepancy in the recharge done. Though we cannot assure you a positive outcome on this, we still request you to take this up with the operator further.

                                      Yes! It show previous operator so I proceed, Then this accident happen.
                                      Why should I claim the other operator if I am not using his operator, Instead of fail, you guys are smart and showing recharge is successfull because you know aircel is closed and no customer care working., So you can fool your users, Dont cheat us.

                                      I have done a recharge on wrong operator.
                                      I have mnped aircel to idea. So i recharges according to their terms and condition... As i never watch operator so i go with old operator and done my recharge but instead of saying failed it's successfull wao but my no. Is on idea.
                                      Freecharge can't reverse the money so they mail me to ask the aircel operator to refund. But story is here, freecharge takes the advantages of aircel closure, neither i can ask to aircel because it's shutdown their customer services and all features.
                                      And recharge on aircel is wrong because i am not on their operator. So i dont know whom i can blame, but here i can say only that freecharge has only problem because i am not on aircel network then why should i claim. Your website have bot facility which detect operator but unfortunately wrong operator this time. I want my money back ₹260. But they are are not cop up with me.
                                      Instead of saying ask the operator to reverse which is not true because i am not on aircel at all.
                                      It's all looting old and loyal customer.
                                      I request you to help me in this regard so that no other user face such type of issues and loot by online recharges.
