I done the recharge for aircel no 97xxxxxxxx12 for rs144 with iob bank online payment on aug 24 2017, via rupay debit card the money has been deducted but no recharge has been done by them.
Till now money has not been refunded. So take any step refund to bank or refund to free charge wallet.

They call to my mobile number and ask me contact bank. Amount was not deducted by them and money is within the payment gate way.

After the complaint is solved in free charge I visited the bank and the manager ask me to give the complaint letter I gave it. One month i waited the amount is not refunded after that i again visit the bank and visited bank this manager noted the details of recharge and he said he will resolve it . But till now amount is not reunded.

    After my long conversation with one of your agents on 20 august 2017, i was supposed to receive my refund which has been initiated but isn't reflected in my wallet yet.
    It's not about money anymore. M, it is about commitment and trust i as a consumer had in you.

    The agent said that money is reflected in my wallet and i would have to relogin my account and blah blah... But as you can see in snapshots it's still the same.
    Is this your management?
    Now i'm sick of it and i'll literally sue you in a week. If the issue is not resolved.

          Dear sir,

          This is mayur l sunadal your customer with user name [protected] & email id [protected]@yahoo.com, have made the transaction of 485 rs against my vodafone bill of 485 rs on 14th august 2017 which is showing unpaid to vodafone. But you have deducted the amount from my account. Now i received the vodafone bill with 100 rs fine so who will take responsibility of this?

Ye soch ke ki freechaege se bol raha hai maine otp bata diya fir bola aapne galat otp bataya hai... Iss tarah usne mere se 4 baar otp liya... Fir mere pass 4 sms aaye mere account se total 49897 rs debit ho chuke the... Call freecharge.com ki taraf se aaya tha. Ye isiliye na hi email ka response dete hain naahi customer care number dete hain apni app main taki iss tarah ka fraud kar sake issiliye ye jyadatar payment karne ke atm card se payment karne ke liye kahte hain or card ki detail save kar lete hain or logon ka paisa loot late hain...

                  I had filed a return for my order via purplle which was if amount 1043. They returned that to my freecharge account. But still i can not use it because they reflect in my account but want a confirmation. I couldn't connect via mail as i signed up from fb account and i do not remember the password of my old email i'd.
                  I mean, seriously???
                  Can't you just call and take the confirmation?? And also you got no cc service?? What are you thieves?

                  I tried resetting my id. It doesn't work. You agent logged in to change password and told me that it is reflected in my wallet but when I re logged in, I found nothing.

                        We would like to inform you that, we have double checked this transaction FCDW[protected] with our internal team and they have confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed on the wrong number.

                        This seems to be the reason for your recharge not reflecting on customer's account and though the number entered is a wrong number, the transaction was successful against the Operator Id: [protected]

                        We are sorry but we cannot reverse a transaction once it is successfully processed by the operator. However, the same details have been informed to the customer on his registerd Email Id against the Ticket#: 1622986 & on Call.

                                I have made online payment of landline bill of[protected] of Rs 1380/- through freecharge portal on[protected].The transaction was unsuccessful but amount was deducted from my account.                                 I would like to reiterate that the concerned amount has been refunded to the wallet and the same is not visible as the wallet has been migrated yet. Thus we have requested the customer to follow the below procedure, post which, the amount should be visible on his wallet.

                                We requested the customer to log in out and re-logging into your FreeCharge account post which you will be shown/given an option to migrate your wallet. Hence requested the customer to accept the migration steps and go ahead with completing the same.

                                  Vodafone Recharge of Rs 25 done through freecharge.in which is failed and amount deducted through bank account. This deducted amount isnt a refunded yet as per policy. For details please check below information

                                    I was trying to add 2530 rs/- to the freecharge wallet from my bank account on 22.06.2017. But it was failed.. But the amount was debited from my bank account.. But money was not added to my wallet.. & then a sms came to my phone number by informing that adding money procedure was failed but if the money has been deducted from the bank account it would be refunded to my account in between 5 to 7 days.. But still now after 21 days no money was refunded to my bank account.. Please let me know that how i will be able to return back my money??

                                      I had been getting reminders by freecharge to use my freecharge amount which was to expire soon. However, it expired at 11 a. M. Rather than 00:00. There is still some time left of the day and i sat to spend the money on shopping and right before the payment i see it's already expired at 11 a. M. That's unfair. I'm never ever going to freecharge again. No one from my family is ever going ro put their trust in this wallet

                                        I am madhav gadge

                                        Sir my complain regarding freerecharge app, when i was pay my electricity bill of maharashtra, it saw me your transaction prossess unsuccessful than i wiil try one more time to pay but 2nd time it also show me transaction unsuccessful that was second time to pay...
                                        When i understanding it not completed through freerecharge online payment. I will paid by cash moany (Rs. 770) to department for msedcl 0ffice.
                                        But when i look my sbi account affter some time it was withdrawal by freerecharge by two (2) time (770 + 770) = rs. 1540, date of 05/05/2017 at 10 t0 11 am.
                                        By (Inb accelyst solutions pvt lt. Transfer to[protected]
                                        From a/c [protected]. I will try to complaint your helpline number near 4 day but it not pick up my call so i will go to national consumer forum. They are note down my complaint with referance number 342779
                                        I requested plz return my withdrawal amount. Plz imforme my by [protected]@gmail.com
