I have done an aircel mobile recharge using online freecharge of Rs. 129 on 20/09/2017 at around 10:40 am through SBI net banking with reference number JSBI[protected]IGACAYZZO0. The money was debited from my bank but the recharge was in failure. Kindly look at the problem.

I done the recharge for aircel no 97xxxxxxxx12 for rs144 with iob bank online payment on aug 24 2017, via rupay debit card the money has been deducted but no recharge has been done by them.
Till now money has not been refunded. So take any step refund to bank or refund to free charge wallet.

After my long conversation with one of your agents on 20 august 2017, i was supposed to receive my refund which has been initiated but isn't reflected in my wallet yet.
It's not about money anymore. M, it is about commitment and trust i as a consumer had in you.

The agent said that money is reflected in my wallet and i would have to relogin my account and blah blah... But as you can see in snapshots it's still the same.
Is this your management?
Now i'm sick of it and i'll literally sue you in a week. If the issue is not resolved.

Is [protected] and i purchase i smart bike from snapdeal and booking is done through snapdeal i have received message on freecharg that you are eligible for 5000 cashback 2-3 days elapse cash back is not deposited to bank account sir please resolve my concern as soon as possible i received cheque of 38000 which is deposited my bank account but 5000 not deposit till date

I done the Recharge for BSNL no [protected] with 333rs with SBI bank online payment, Recharge was no successful, But money deducted,

Dear sir,

This is mayur l sunadal your customer with user name [protected] & email id [protected]@yahoo.com, have made the transaction of 485 rs against my vodafone bill of 485 rs on 14th august 2017 which is showing unpaid to vodafone. But you have deducted the amount from my account. Now i received the vodafone bill with 100 rs fine so who will take responsibility of this?

Please confirm me back with necessary action.

Mene 22aug 17 ko recharge fail hone or paisa debit hone ki sikayat ki koi response na aane par mene complaint consumercomplaints.com par complaint ki uske baad mere paas [protected] se call aati hai ki main freecharge se bol raha hoon apne consumercomplaints.com par sikayat ki aapke 399 rs wapas karne hain iske liye use mera account verify karaya verify karne ke baad mujhse paisa wapis karne ke naam mere se card detail le liya fir usne kaha ki aapke pass ek otp aaya hai use batayiye mana karne par kahne laga fir aapka paisa wapis nahin hoga.. Ye soch ke ki freechaege se bol raha hai maine otp bata diya fir bola aapne galat otp bataya hai... Iss tarah usne mere se 4 baar otp liya... Fir mere pass 4 sms aaye mere account se total 49897 rs debit ho chuke the... Call freecharge.com ki taraf se aaya tha. Ye isiliye na hi email ka response dete hain naahi customer care number dete hain apni app main taki iss tarah ka fraud kar sake issiliye ye jyadatar payment karne ke atm card se payment karne ke liye kahte hain or card ki detail save kar lete hain or logon ka paisa loot late hain...

I have recharge my vodafone number [protected] of rs 399 by using freecharge app by netbanking on 22 august17. My payment was successfully done but mobile number is still not recharge i kindly request you please resolve my recharge problem as soon as possible.. I already sent two emails to freecharge at [protected]@freecharge.com but there is no response from freecharge

I had filed a return for my order via purplle which was if amount 1043. They returned that to my freecharge account. But still i can not use it because they reflect in my account but want a confirmation. I couldn't connect via mail as i signed up from fb account and i do not remember the password of my old email i'd.
I mean, seriously???
Can't you just call and take the confirmation?? And also you got no cc service?? What are you thieves?

I was hoping to get an immediate response and would to know the status at earliest. But got no response and my money's still stuck in my account.

I tried to recharge a tata sky number in freecharge.in through sbi net banking. The amount rs.100 was debited from my bank account, but in freecharge.in it shows payment failed. Please refund my money to my bank account.

I tried to recharge my videocon d2h but unfortunately transaction failed (Recharge failed). I apologizes that i made mistake in recharge.

Pls note for medical purposes I tried adding balance to the wallet nThinking this balance can b transferred to My bank account to pay for the medical expenses, but my money is stuck with you n this needs to be paid for emergency, I want this to b transferred to account ASAP

On 25 March recharge in my airtel no. [protected] to Rs 50 but recharge not done and amount to debit ni my freecharge A/c. So please refund my money

I have made online payment of landline bill of[protected] of Rs 1380/- through freecharge portal on[protected].The transaction was unsuccessful but amount was deducted from my account. They send msg that the amount will be refunded, but has not done till date. I reverted endless times on [protected]@freecharge .in but they doens't resolved my problem. No customer care executive was ready to pick up the phone.

Yesterday I have made a recharge of Rs 614 to mob no [protected] and upto now it not happen even now my money not refund and like this company will work freecharge than what will happen today this happen with me future others also will also happen like this and freecharge first time like this happen even there customer care number no one is picking my phone very bad service

I was trying to add 2530 rs/- to the freecharge wallet from my bank account on 22.06.2017. But it was failed.. But the amount was debited from my bank account.. But money was not added to my wallet.. & then a sms came to my phone number by informing that adding money procedure was failed but if the money has been deducted from the bank account it would be refunded to my account in between 5 to 7 days.. But still now after 21 days no money was refunded to my bank account.. Please let me know that how i will be able to return back my money??

I had been getting reminders by freecharge to use my freecharge amount which was to expire soon. However, it expired at 11 a. M. Rather than 00:00. There is still some time left of the day and i sat to spend the money on shopping and right before the payment i see it's already expired at 11 a. M. That's unfair. I'm never ever going to freecharge again. No one from my family is ever going ro put their trust in this wallet
