On 10 november 2017 i recharged to my jio number through freecharge using sbi debit card. The amount 499 has been deducted from my account but i didn't get recharge. Still recharge is under processing. I tried contacting free charge care but the customer care was very slow to respond. And the reply came as the transaction has been stuck at operator's end. Please look into the matter.

    Hi,
    I have recharged jio no. [protected] with 499 on 9 nov, 2017. Amount was deducted but recharge is not done. Its showing in processing. I tried to contact customer care but no response from freecharge as a ticket #1796797 was given to me.in response mail, i was told that my issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. But i have not get any call or mail from freecharge. I have mentioned below the details of order id and raised ticket no., along with attachment of screen shot of transaction processing issue. Please check it and take needful action to resolve issue.

      Today i tried for a prepaid phone recharge and amount has been deducted from my account and recharge was not done. Whereas freecharge is showing processing.
      Neither recharge done nor i get may refund. Transaction i'd is fcvm[protected].
      Kindly take action on priority towards this type of fraud movements.
      And try to clear this as soon as possible

              They refunded my money...but they should make their customer care service more reliable...no proper toll free no. to contact in case of any problem...late problem resolving ..But most importantly they should work on A toll free customer care ..which will make easier to customer to express their problem to them...nothing else..btw..thanks to freecharge..for refunding my money...

                I yesterday did a recharge of INR 459 for my jio prepaid no. [protected] at 8:52 pm .The recharge has been showimg processing since then.I tried to contact freecharge customer care.First of all they are too slow to respond.They replied only once and said that the recharge is still stuck at operator end.But their site shows if the recharge is not successful within 3 hours they will refund the money.U really dont know what to do.My money is also stuck with them.Plz help

                      On 21.10.2017, i tried to pay my electricity bill through freecharge of amount rs 2410/-. Out of the total amount freecharge wallet cash of rs 10/- was deducted. Remaining rs 2400/- was paid by me via netbanking from kotak mahindra bank. The transaction was not successful due to any unknown reason. But the amount of rs 2400/- was debited from my bank account. I have not received any refund till date from freecharge after several request, although they promised to do so within 7 w/day.

                          It is shown in freecharge app that on recharge of inr 344, unlimited calls and internet would be activated on the number. Accordingly, i recharged. (Proof attached). But to my dismay, not even a penny was added as balance nor could i make any call.
                          On inquiring with freecharge, they asked me to contact network operator. (Vodafone). When i contacted vodafone, they said,, there is no such offer of rs 344 for kolkata circle, there is a similar offer but for bengal circle excluding kolkata. Hence no benefit is accrued in my number against the certain recharge amount.
                          Since then i am chasing with freecharge to refund my money for providing wrong information and leading to my monetory loss apart from service harassment.
                          Its been 8 days, still freecharge have not refunded yet. They have asked for screenshot of balance etc which i have provided to them.
                          This is fraud, unethical and illegal on part of freecharge and i demand full compensation.

                          Responded to the user according to the issue
                          Freecharge has been shying away from responsibility and asking me to contact vodafone for any refund. Freecharge is falsifying their stand, and inspite of the fact that vodafone is saying there is no scheme of 344 in Kolkata circle, freecharge is adamant on same. I lost 344 bucks in the middle coz vodafone Kolkata does not recognize this amount of recharge.

                          Freecharge has fraudulently charged me for which absolutely no benefit has been accrued. I am tremendously harassed as well by non cooperation by freecharge and now apart from compensation of 344, I want compensation for this undergoing harassment caused to me by freecharge.

                          I hv also officially filed consumer helpline of department of consumer affairs.
                          220 rupes recharge but not balance credit to my mobile.[protected]
                          Hi guys this FreeCharge app PGDR Accelyst solutions deducted twice 100rs from my account I don’t know why and how
                          Completely scam company I will never do recharge from this [censored] Freecharge.

                                  I recharged my mobile [[protected]] on 30 sep 2017 for rs 18 with order id fcvc[protected] that was failed from the operator side.Amount has debited in my hdfc bank account.                                     Yesterday i have received a mail telling i have done recharge for the number [protected] and i noticed that number doesnot belongs to me, but the person used my mail id to create account with his number [protected].
                                    First of all why freecharge is allowing to use someone else mail id while creating account by any user and why they are not validating whether it is their mail id or not. I am fully disturbed with this.
                                    Please take action and freecharge validate mail id before creating it and know whether their mail id or some one else.
