Hi,
I have recharged jio no. [protected] with 499 on 9 nov, 2017. Amount was deducted but recharge is not done. Its showing in processing. I tried to contact customer care but no response from freecharge as a ticket #1796797 was given to me.in response mail, i was told that my issue will be resolved within 24 hrs. recharge / refund fraud issue

Today i tried for a prepaid phone recharge and amount has been deducted from my account and recharge was not done. Whereas freecharge is showing processing.
Neither recharge done nor i get may refund. Transaction i'd is fcvm[protected].
Kindly take action on priority towards this type of fraud movements.
And try to clear this as soon as possible...

jio recharge

On 8 November 2017 I recharged to my jio number using credit card. The amount 499 has been deducted from my account but I didn't get recharge. Within 3 hours recharge amount should be refunded but I didn't get that. Still recharge is under processing. I am requesting for refund of 499 /-

refund not credited within 7 working days as promised by freecharge

On 21.10.2017, i tried to pay my electricity bill through freecharge of amount rs 2410/-. Out of the total amount freecharge wallet cash of rs 10/- was deducted. I am recharged in two days before in freecharge app in online. Exact date in 09/10/17 time 12.40 & 12.44 & 12.46 & 21.48. Total four times i am recharge but only two recharge was successful. Another two recharge not successfull. Time 12.44 & 12.46 is not get recharge only debited my debit card. That time one message i get its some techinal issue so reversal ur amount in two days. So i am waiting this two day. But still now not credit my account....

Yesterday i have received a mail telling i have done recharge for the number [protected] and i noticed that number doesnot belongs to me, but the person used my mail id to create account with his number [protected].
First of all why freecharge is allowing to use someone else mail id while creating account by any user and why they are not validating whether it is their mail id or not. I am fully disturbed with this.

The recharge made for rs.49, rs. 50 & rs. 100 on 3rd of september, 16th september consecutively made to the bsnl mobile no :[protected] has not been recharged, but the money has been deducted from my bank account. The bsnl operator says that they did not receive any money. What happened to the money deducted from my account. Free charge apps and website are fraud....

recharge failure
