Subject: sub: request for refund of amount rs499 /- due to recharged wrong mobile number (Operator id-[protected])
Dear sir,
Respectfully, i request to you that i have recharged my jio mobile number - [protected] after midnight (12.05 am) dated 28 nov 17 by freecharge wallet but it - [protected] did not get recharged and rs499/- also debited from my bank account.
A message came to my another mobile number [protected] i. E registered to the freecharge wallet.
The message was that the mobile number - [protected] have been successfully recharged,... But this is not my actual mobile number - -[protected]. This is not my fault. I had type correctly mobile number. Sir, i approached three times to your's customer care executive, but it couldn't give a satisfactory answer also i have approached freecharge service centre, he said me that kindly contact the operator (Jio) with your operator id [protected].
Sir, i humbly request to you please refund my amount rs499/-in jio mobile number /account as soon as possible. My recharged details are given below:-
