I have done transaction through freecharge for redbus ticket booking on 10-dec-2017 and cancelled ticket on 17-dec-2017. Still i am not getting my amount in source of bank account,

They are not responding email properly and they asking bank statement and account details everything. But solution is not yet given, they are keep on telling 5-7 days. Now also they said 5-7 days. This 4th time of 5-7 days, still i am not getting solution.

Sir i have done Idea recharge of 309 Rs in last week, because of bad network connection i have not got recharge yet .from u i have one massage of link https://payfc.in/u16y0wtc bu this link also not doing work properly.
I send nigoram product chndraprabhavati capsule ammount 415 but it is not tranfer it is deducted in my account please refund me
I have paid the airtel bill for my mobile [protected] thruogh access solutions PVT ltd on 10th jan 2018 for rs 1187/ through my SBI card. The amount is debited from my card but the same has not been credited to airtel.
Pl creidt the same immediately to avoid barringo foutgoing calls by airtel

    I have used freecharge wallet for oyo payment on 14th of dec then i cancel oyo and the money has been refunded but till date of now i am unable to receive money in bank and today is 30th dec. Even i have sended so many complaints to [protected]@freecharge.com and sended my bank pass 6 months details too but nothing has happened till now...

        Respectfully, i request to you that i have recharged my jio mobile number - [protected] after midnight (12.05 am) dated 28 nov 17 by freecharge wallet but it - [protected] did not get recharged and rs499/- also debited from my bank account.
        A message came to my another mobile number [protected] i. E registered to the freecharge wallet.
        The message was that the mobile number - [protected] have been successfully recharged,... But this is not my actual mobile number - -[protected]. This is not my fault. I had type correctly mobile number. Sir, i approached three times to your's customer care executive, but it couldn't give a satisfactory answer also i have approached freecharge service centre, he said me that kindly contact the operator (Jio) with your operator id [protected].

          Sir i am a old customer of freerecharge, today when i recharge of rs 444 to my bsnl no. Of net pack its shows me 405 page not allowed i waited for 3 min and the page cancelled, after that i recharge from paytm and its successful. But after some my account was debited from freerecharge too, they clear my transaction, so i dont want dual recharge of rs888. I want to refund and cancel my transaction from freerecharge.

              I paid the bsnl bill through freecharge on november 27. But the amount is not credited to bsnl, and it showing processing on my tranction in freecharge account. Already i compliant about this issue, they told me to credited with in 48 hours. But still it is not credited to bsnl or back to my account. I am very disappoint ing about your service.                 I’ve made a recharge on nov11 2017, it got failed and i got a message stating that the amount will be refunded to my bank account within 7days.

                Its more than 7days, and i didn't get the amount yet instead amount added to the wallet when i reached for them they are not responsible, instead, they keep asking to do another recharge using the wallet

                      I had made a transaction of rs. 148. The money got deducted from my bank but the recharge was not initiated. Freecharge refunded the amount to the wallet. After a week i tried another transaction, the transaction failed stating that your payment has been denied. Even after repeatedly contacting customer support, there is no response from them. Today i tried another transaction of rs. 465 with the balance wallet money of rs. 148. Again the same thing repeated. The money got deducted from my bank account and the transaction failed. The wallet money is there but i am unable to use. The customer support if a big # they dont respond to the consumer complaints. I want my money back to my account immediately.

                        According to freecharge policy, withdraw of money after 2 days waiting period.
                        I added money in freecharge wallet from my credit card on 13-nov-2017.
                        Today is 17-nov -2017 and still, i am unable to withdraw money.
                        They (Freecharge) are trying to make fool to people with their policies. But never give the result according to their policies.

                        I want to withdraw money from freecharge wallet on urgent basis for some reasons but they do not help at all.

                          I was recharging my phone through freecharge on 8th november. I had use upi for making transaction with freecharge of rs.499. But the recharge failed and amount is deducted from my bank account and also the transaction was successful and the money was sent to [protected]@axisbank and was a successful transaction but still i didn't got recharge and any balance in freecharge app. I have contacted many time to there email which is [protected]@freecharge.com but they have same reply all time that you will get your money after 7 days but 8 days has passed but still didn't got any refund from them. I trusted in freecharge and i do every recharge with this app but today my trust is finish from them. And i want my refund. So please help me to get back my refund.

                            The attached photo is a screenshot of transaction done to snapdeal on 9 June but snapdeal have no account of it and even i haven't any such transaction. Last transaction was done in January. Then where my money went? There is no information of the same given to my by the freecharge.

                              On 9 november 2017 i recharged to my jio number through freecharge using icici debit card. The amount 399 has been deducted from my account but i didn't get recharge. Within 3 hours recharge amount should be refunded but i didn't get that. Still recharge is under processing. I am requesting for refund of 399/-

                                I have done recharge for my jio number worth rs. 459 but its more than 30 hours its still under processing and no refund is received as stated on their site that if recharge is not successful, we will get refund within 3 hours.

                                Emailed them twice and tried to called... But no reply and no one pics up phone.

                                I got the refund of 459 in my freecharge wallet and the same is utilised to recharge again the same jio number worth Rs. 399. The new recharge was immediately done and I have also received Rs. 50 cashback in my freecharge wallet as promised by freecharge. Thank you

                                  Waiting lists are increasing like anything.Why it should take so much time to get debited from freecharge to IRCTC.

                                    I did a recharge on 7th of inr 399 for my jio prepaid no. Transaction id fcva[protected] at 8:52 pm. The recharge has been showimg processing since then. I tried to contact freecharge customer care. First of all they are too slow to respond. They replied only once and said that the recharge is still stuck at operator end. But their site shows if the recharge is not successful within 3 hours they will refund the money. U really dont know what to do. My money is also stuck with them. Plz help

                                      Today i tried for a prepaid phone recharge and amount has been deducted from my account and recharge was not done. Whereas freecharge is showing processing.
                                      Neither recharge done nor i get may refund. Transaction i'd is fcva[protected].
                                      Kindly take action on priority towards this type of fraud movements.
                                      And try to clear this as soon as possible

                                        On 10 november 2017 i recharged to my jio number through freecharge using sbi debit card. The amount 499 has been deducted from my account but i didn't get recharge. Still recharge is under processing. I tried contacting free charge care but the customer care was very slow to respond. And the reply came as the transaction has been stuck at operator's end. Please look into the matter.
