I am madhav gadge

Sir my complain regarding freerecharge app, when i was pay my electricity bill of maharashtra, it saw me your transaction prossess unsuccessful than i wiil try one more time to pay but 2nd time it also show me transaction unsuccessful that was second time to pay...
When i understanding it not completed through freerecharge online payment. I will paid by cash moany (Rs. 770) to department for msedcl 0ffice.
But when i look my sbi account affter some time it was withdrawal by freerecharge by two (2) time (770 + 770) = rs. 1540, date of 05/05/2017 at 10 t0 11 am.
By (Inb accelyst solutions pvt lt. Transfer to[protected]
From a/c [protected]. I will try to complaint your helpline number near 4 day but it not pick up my call so i will go to national consumer forum. They are note down my complaint with referance number 342779
I requested plz return my withdrawal amount. Plz imforme my by [protected]@gmail.com

        Add your bank details to into FreeCharge and try after sometimes for withdraw from your FreeCharge account to your bank account.

        On 6 july 2017 at 11:27 pm Money of rs 992 deducted from our bank account but mobile bill payment is not sucessful yet.
        We receive confirmation message from freecharge but still payment is not sucessfull. My mobile not recharge yet n it has been disconnected.

          I contacted freecharge and bsnl so many times but in vain .
          Representative from freecharge told that payment successfully done but representative from bsnl told payment not done.
          They both are making me fool.

            But till today 29th june 2017, my landline bill remains unpaid.

            My credit card has been deducted for the payment but my landline bill shows still unpaid.

              On 22 nd June I have accessed my account with Freecharge to recharge my Airtel Dongle and My mobile.
              4 transaction took place of which 2 transaction failed and in net effect Rs.350
              is due for refund since last one week.
              My written mails citing all back up documents including my bank debits
              has not brought the fair response from them.

                I had selected vodafone and gujarat in freecharge app software to charge my mobile number with rs.1000 (One thousand rupees); however due to type error the number was typed wrongly but freecharge aap software did not show any reconfirmation option to rectify the number and recharged an airtel number in tamilnadu instead of vodafone number in gujarat. This was a serious flawed software design. First it did not give any confirmation like double time entry of mobile no. To avoid mistake, secondly it did not even consider selection of gujarat state & vodafone under its own software and transferred my recharge to airtel no.in tamilnadu.

                I lost my 1000 rupees due to their weak software system design. I wrote them several times but there has been no positive solution or refund given back to me.

                I would not recommend this application to anyone. It is also customer unfriendly.

                This consumer forum shows that the below complaint has been resolved but it has not been resolved by Freecharge, the company did not refund my money or gave any clarity on their flawed System of transaction for mobile recharge.

                        I recharged Rs 149 on 31st March 2017 through Freecharge wallet to a reliance jio number with order ID FCVA[protected]. Freecharge is claiming that recharge done successfully but I confirmed with operator that they didn't receive the said amount.

                          message received from free charge and Bsnl process successful.But amount is not credited in my recharge balance.The balance shows zero.
                          I D no FCVM[protected].Though it is a small amount it is responsible both free charge organization and Bsnl authorities.I
                          . Hence I request do needful .
                          I was recharged 399 on 30th april and 2nd may.the amount u have taken has not returned and nothing has done to order ..so please refund it quickly

                            I added 17000rs from a customer without knowing the 45 days hold, hence I wasn't able to withdraw it to my bank.
                            I needed to return this amount to the customer's card so that he can pay me in cash.
                            Now FreeCharge customer service is disappointing me with the same reply to me to wait for 45 days.
                            In every email they are misguiding me.

                            Team FreeCharge, I am not asking you to transfer the money into my bank or anywhere else, I requested you 6 times in these 8 days, JUST TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION, Simply refund the money on the source card, Thats all and you are trying to fool me by misguiding in all the reply of my support email. If not solved soon, I will have to take help from the appropriate authorities under the guaranteed justice system of India.

                                Hello team,

                                I made recharge of 79rs to my bsnl mobile number. Actually there is multiple plans available at freecharge. Though i selected 3g/4g category, roaming plan was added to my account. I have raised ticket to freecharge and taking followup since last week. They accepted their fault and ready to pay 79rs.

                                I lost near to 100rs just because of freecharge.

                                I didn't receive any update from 16th may.

                                    I mistakenly added 2000 to my wallet now i need the money urgently in my a/c but the company makes a waiting period of 45 days to withdraw back the money...hate the app never gonna use again the app just sucks...

                                      I made online payment through freecharge.in for Aircel prepaid mobile recharge amounting to Rs.60/- and the amount has been debited immediately in my account by SBI vide transaction Ref No.IGABHTELH8. After that i received sms from freecharge that transaction faild and they stated there that - "we have saved your details. Click https://payfc.in/PgsqFgf to complete your payment". According I did the same according to their instruction but regret or there is no response received. Please looks the matter & try to the amount reverse credit to my a/c or mobile recharge doing properly.
