I complained about freecharge it is a so useless app, on 13th may 2017 i added 2000 rs mistakenly to my freecharge a/c, so for which cause i tried to withdraw the money back to my bank a/c but freecharge showed me a message that it can be done after 45 days only...i got a bit tensed as i urgently needed my money so i called the customer care and asked them for any solution and they gave me a referral code of my complaint and said that they would transfer the money to the a/c from where it has been added but they didn't, so today[protected] i called them again and they said that they cannot do anything to help me and my money has been added to my snapdeal a/c and it cannot be reversed i said them that i added my money to my freecharge balance but the customer care said that i added it to my snapdeal balance and advised me to use the wallet amount to shop for and pay my bills, etc and said they cannot do anything to help me so people those who use freecharge please it is advised to never store large amount in freecharge wallet they are the thieves.

    I added my money in freecharge wallet of Rs 6500 instead of 650 and i requested freecharge reverse the amount to the same source but they are not responding properly, their automated phone call system says can withdraw money after adding of 48 hours and they change the policy recently to 45 days and which is not updated in autocall system, still i requested to refund my money to same source and they are responding at all.

        Hi,

        I invested 500 rupees using Freecharge's mutual fund section. But the folio number shown in the app does not match with the one in the documents sent to me by Reliance MF team. So the app displays zero balance. I cannot manage my money. Every time I email them, they ask me to wait for a week, but nothing happens. There is simply no helpful communication.

        Kindly help me.

          Hey I have this mobile number [protected] and I by mistakenly added 9000 to my freecharge wallet instead of 900 and now I want my money back on a priority basis as I have to pay my debts however as per your policy you can not transfer the amount post 45 days of adding amount!please look onto the matter priority and get the amount transferred!

          Hence it's requested you all to help me to get my money back into my source account as I need to pay my debts!

          We have now initiated a refund of Rs. 9000/- to the same source bank account/card against the order ID OC-[protected][protected].

          Normal turnaround time for the amount to be credited to source bank account/card is 5-7 working days. In case the refund does not reflect in his bank account within the mentioned time, kindly send us a copy of your updated bank statement from the date of transaction till date.

          This will help us to follow up with our payment partner.

            I booked ticket on 24-jan-2017 by irctc.co.in and for payment i use freecharge wallet.
            After few months my plan was cancel so I cancel my ticket on 16-April-2017 and I saw IRCTC refund the money on 19-April-2017 but still I did not get my money back.
            I raised a ticket to freecharge on 22-April-2017 regarding this issue but always I got same reply from them i.e.

            (We understand how frustrating delays are, especially long delays. We understand your anxiety and will do everything possible to minimize the delay. We deeply regret the same.

            We have already forwarded your transaction details to our internal team, and we are waiting for the response from their end. Once they revert will update you at the earliest.

            Your patience is highly appreciated.)

              Request a Resend money to credit card.
              I am load my money to freecharge account before 1 month. But no withdrawn money for current period. I tried to using freecharge. This is for worst service. So much issue going on. Please resend money credit card. I am already send many mail to freecharge. But No response your side. Kindly help withdraw money to bank or resend money to credit Card.

              We acknowledge your concern regarding the withdrawal of wallet amount to your bank.

              Withdrawal to bank account will be allowed post 45 days of adding amount to the wallet (install latest FreeCharge APP). This includes add cash, P2P, refund/reversal to wallet (excludes cashback). Kindly note that 45 days is calculated from the date of wallet amount added/refunded from any source.

              You can continue to use the wallet amount for all your day to day payment needs right from recharges/bill payments/utilities and shop and pay at 4 lakhs merchant outlets we are live with.

              Do write to us from the registered email id for any further queries.

                  Hi,
                  I had added Rs. 3000/- today to Freecharge account in hope of transferring to my friend for some urgent purpose. I didn't know the minimum days to transfer money to account is 45 days. I had done transfer before and and this was not the case at that time. How a customer suppose to know this information before blindly trust your application? I have been using Freecharge since years and never expected this kinda situation. Now my 3000 bucks are stuck in your app's wallet and I really cannot afford that. Its a serious problem. Please do a Reversal/Refund.

                      Withdraw to bank account functionality is temporarily suspended for some accounts due to technical upgrades planned with our banking partners. Withdraw functionality would be fully functional within next 2-3 weeks.

                      Withdrawal to bank account will be allowed post 45 days of adding amount to the wallet (install latest FreeCharge APP). This includes add cash, P2P, refund/reversal to wallet (excludes cashback). Kindly note that 45 days is calculated from the date of wallet amount added/refunded from any source.

                      You can continue to use the wallet amount for all your day to day payment needs right from recharges/bill payments/utilities and shop and pay at 4 lakhs merchant outlets we are live with.

                      Note : Withdrawal option is available only for website, M-site & latest version of android users.

                      I have received call And they have told me that they are from freecharge and they will transfer the funds immediately into my bank account and they did fraud transaction..
                      Please take necessary actions and lodge complaint against it

                          I have sent them several mails but every time i receive the same old auto-generated replies. They stopped the withdrawal to bank service without any prior notification and now they are saying you can only withdraw after 45 days. I feel cheated. I cannot afford to have 5k rupees in my freecharge wallet, also in my area nobody accepts freecharge. This is causing me great inconvenience please return my money to my bank account.

                          Hi all,
                          Please dont use freecharge.Such an useless application.Here are the problem i faced.
                          1.wallet refund and withdraw u cant do
                          2.problem in editing ur own profile
                          3.very limited stores to use
                          4.ur money will get struck many times
                          5.customer care they won't reply to ur mail at all
                          6.Noone will pick use number

                            I was withdrawing balance to my bank account on 27 March. I transferred Rs. 2500 and when I tried to transfer remaining Rs. 2500 again then it withdraw. First of all, you have stooped it without any notification. You have mentioned that it is a temporary suspension as you are upgrading your services and it will be fixed within 2 - 3 weeks. Still you haven't release any notification with the updates and now you are restricting to withdraw money for 45 days from the date it was deposited!! ARE YOU KIDDING? I want my money back in my bank account. I do not want to use those money for any payment. This is not the way you treat customers.

                              I am a freecharge app user. I have money in my freecharge wallet last month. Since freecharge has suspended some services therefor I request them to refund my money back from freecharge wallet. I have raise a ticket regarding my refund. But they didn't respond me clearly. After that i mailed them several times but they neither providing me my refund nor giving me sufficient answer. The complaint number given on freecharge.in is not reachable at all. It never connect. It says that it doesn't have voice support. Please help me to get my money back.

After that i mailed them several times but they neither providing me my refund nor giving me sufficient answer. The complaint number given on freecharge.in is not reachable at all. It never connect. It says that it doesn't have voice support. Please help me to get my money back.

                                I had sent money through freecharge wallet to my friends freecharge account and now my friend is unable to withdrawn the amount to his bank as the freecharge has sudddenly suspended the bank withdrawal option without giving anytime in advance. Now my friend is stuck to make an important payment to done.

                                I am extremely disappointed with the freecharge support. I had been using their services for their honesty and transparency and now all of sudden they suspend bank withdrawal option, now because this many business is affected.

                                freecharge is gambling with me and my friend we requested to send the freecharge wallet money back to my bank credit card freecharge reverted back to my.
                                me and my friend request is to send money back to my credit card.

                                    I have my money around 10k in Freecharge, I am requesting someone to help me to withdraw that amount. Freecharge is blackmailing me, saying different weird message.

                                    1st few days, reply was technical upgrade
                                    Then, started with we cant do it
                                    Next, they say will refund to the source account, which i dont have any link now. This is quite unethical process Freecharge is acting using customers money. As this now my money, i am not able to withdraw my money to my bank.

                                    While withdrawal is allowed from 45 days of adding the amount to the wallet, we do have an option to refund the amount to the source account. Please note this includes only add cash and excludes P2P, refund/reversal or cashback.

                                        I credited 20, 000 to the Freecharge account from my credit card, now the withdrawal option has been removed by freecharge to any of the bank, i raised a case/complain on 3rd April to roll back the transaction to my source account. They said it will take 5-7 business days, today the date is 15th April, its almost 9 day business days, i do not see any good response and the amount is stuck in Freecharge queue!!! it looks still strange with such kind of service from freecharge to which people blindly believe the app and do multiple transactions. and deposit amount. Please help to get the amount back to my source account!!! Your help will be highly thankful.

Request has been initiated today!!! strange from freecharge, when i raised a complaint they said request is already initiated and now they are saying request has been initiated will reflect in 5-7 working days!!
