and still now my issue is not cleared and without my knowledge u have closed my ticket - # 1363069, # 1418646

plz reopen my issue and refund... im totally dissatisfied..

    I am a freecharge app user. I have money in my freecharge wallet last month. Since freecharge has suspended some services therefor I request them to refund my money back from freecharge wallet. I have raise a ticket regarding my refund. But they didn't respond me clearly. After that i mailed them several times but they neither providing me my refund nor giving me sufficient answer. The complaint number given on freecharge.in is not reachable at all. It never connect. It says that it doesn't have voice support. Please help me to get my money back.

    We understand that you are unable to withdraw the wallet amount to your bank.

    Withdrawal to bank account functionality is temporarily suspended for some accounts due to technical upgrades planned with our banking partners. This functionality would be fully operational within the next 2-3 weeks.

    We shall intimate you once this is enabled. Upon your confirmation we can initiate a reversal to the source which would take 5-7 business days

    Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

    Do confirm if you wish to go ahead with refund of the wallet amount to source.

        I added 15k in my FreeCharge wallet, but I need urgent money. But as per FreeCharge due to technical issues, withdrawal to bank is disabled and it would take weeks to resolve. My money is stuck with them.will they be paying interest also on amount deposited.they did not show any such message while adding money to wallet.please help me get refund.

          I did a 149 recharge on [protected] and revived 4G data but my SIM is 3G. Plans on the website is appearing 3G/4G, means plans it should be work according to sim type (3G/4G). There is no 4G mark on this plan. it's total wastage of money. After that I revived an SMS from IDEA for 4G recharge and UPGRADE your SIM from 3G to 4G. Please refund my amount or recharge my mobile [protected] with 149 3G data pack.

            Hi, I have raised request to refund my wallet recharge back to source.

            transaction done on mar 30 for 5000 rs.
            but even after confirmation, when ever I ask please intiate refund I just got below response. with out intiating the refund they just replying to email. because last 3 days I am following up multiple times, with out reading email they are responding below email, but still now the refund is not intiated as my wallet balance shows 5000 still.

                I never seen this kind of support from any customer care. My transaction in BigBasket via FreeCharge failed, where as I never received any SMS, mail or call from FreeCharge saying the transaction failed. I had to call them couple of times for status. I sent couple of mails even where many maild floated between us, and now they are saying as send mail from registered mail address.
                My first query is why they didn't say this in first place. After one frustrated day in mail exchange they are saying it now.

                Second thing is for status i had call them couple of times. Here they took total 32 min to answer my query. As their customer care number is not toll free why should i pay this call charges for FreeCharge mistake of failed transactions or not replying in mail.

                Regarding transaction amount 446/- initially they said you will get back it in 6hours. Now saying as 6days. No where in the app or my account its showing at least they processed this refund. How to trust them for this kind of response or support

                                Freecharge is solving my problem by showing me December month transactions whose Transaction ID is 557489MRG0XNCHU5577632316404245. But I am having Problem with my refunded amount Rs.5413.17/- which is transferred to my freecharge account dated on 17th March, 2017. Till noe as more than 15 working days also passed, I didnt get payment of Rs. 5413.17/- in my freecharge wallet. I transferred amount Rs. 5750/- during December month to use GOOGLE ADWORDS Services through Freecharge VIRTUAL GO CARD services, from there i got 16 virtual credit card number, i.e., xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-4245. As I lefted services, so in place of that GOOGLE ADWORDS refunded me amount Rs. 5413.17/- dated on 17th March, 2017 to my previous payment mode, which i did through Freecharge VIRTUAL GO CARD on 8th Deember, 2017. As more than 15 working days has been passed, I didnt get any satisfactory reply from freecharge..That when Will i get transferred amount? how Long will it take to process ? and etc..etc... Seriously take strict action against this freecharge. I think this is totally fraud payment mode.

                                    I have done a recharge for the amt. of ₹457 on 2/4/2017 10.52 am. I have received an email and SMS notification from free Charge about transaction success however when I have checked it in my Vodafone app the payment was not reflecting. Contacted email support though they said to wait for 24 hours and payment will reflect however payment is still not reflecting on Vodafone app. It has been more than 24 hours now hence I would want my refund for the amt. ₹457 now as I have to pay the bill before my due date.

                                        On date 23 rd Feb I added money 20000 in free charge wallet but still i m not able to withdraw it or reverse amount to my card . due to this I facing many problem my transaction I'd is QC- [protected][protected]

                                        Pls arrange to release my money as soon as posible
                                        I always used freecharge for payment of redbus because of 75 rupees cashback offer. But freechatge never did cashback. What the hell is this. You all bloddy liars. I will tell to all my frnds nd relatives to delete freecharge account.
