I have added Rs.5000 to my freecharge wallet to transfer it to my bank because of an emergency. Earlier i was told that the transfer can only be done after 48Hrs. But even after 72Hrs i was not able to transfer the money to bank acc. Post which i wrote a mail to the freecharge care, i got a reply back asking me to wait for 30days and asking me to recharge with that amount. Now i am like
" Naa Ghar Kaa Naa Ghat Kaa". Need justice as soon as possible.

I added amount of rupees 9700 on 22nd of February . Which has failed to appear in the balance section but the money has been deducted from my bank account . I need the refund as soon as possible .

    I have placed online order through shoppersstop.com on 18th of Feb. One of my order was cancelled by them due it's unavailability on 25th.shoppersstop has initiated the refund to free charge.as my mode of payment was freecharge wallet. It's been more than 10 days I haven't received refund to my way. Neither they are responding to my emails or calls

      I paid my gas bill using freecharge.in and payment was shown successful but I was later informed by the gas company that my bill is still unpaid and last date to pay also passed so I had to go and pay my bill physically and I mailed freecharge about this but they didn't respond and finally they responded after so many mails and posts on their twitter, Google plus account and they told me that they are looking into it...
      Finally the told me to go to the gas company and show the transaction ID to them but app or website doesn't show where the money was paid without that they didn't consider it as proof so I asked them to give me receipt or at least details of the transaction but they did not give me any detail. They just said same thing again to go and talk to gas company. But it is necessary that they indicate where that money was paid and provide a receipt for that transaction. Now its been 3 months and I am running out of patience. This is very stressful. My details and complaint details are as follows.

          I tried withdrawing money from Freecharge to my Kotak Bank Account on 01.03.2017 and it was pending. I have written a lot of emails to customer care and they are giving me a canned response. According to bank norms, if a transfer of IMPS fails, it will refunded to account in the same working day, But these guys are playing around.

                  Date 18 feb 2017 i login to my freecharge account and i saw a message pay idea postpaid bill amount 458. which was correct because i have to pay my idea postpaid bill till 20th feb.
                  So i decided to pay n after clicking on this option message appears that recharge has succesfully done then i got a message on my reliance no.that is congrats MBBP458_3G has been successfully activated on your phone.
                  This is tthe fraud they have made instead of paying idea postpaid bill they get deducted money Rs. 458 to recharge in my reliance no. 3G 2GB net. When we check there is no such a plan in reliance.I am living such a location where 3G networks are not available.So i cann't even use this plan.
                  i frequently mailed freecharge customer care to refund money to the wallet..but don't get any satisfactory solution...

Amount was not added my wallet but debited my Citi Bank account. I am given completent 21 February. He told me the amount credited 5 to 7 working days. But still now the amount not credited. I am given completent number times no one responded.Pls don't believe FreeCharge wallet. It's worst service.

                      I tried to recharge my Videocon d2h for 3 times on 19/02/2017 but every time it was failed though every time Rs.400 (Total 1600/-) was deducted from my Bank. After that I received a massage that money will refund to my Bank. But still it is not being reflected. So you are requested to do the needful at your earliest.

                        I have been taking follow-ups with freecharge from last one month but unfortunately not able to find any solution after contacting [protected]@freecharge.com for multiple times (Ticket # 1265239) hence endup making online complaint.

                        Case: i have done online purchase from shoppers stop on 20-jan-17 but due to some issue transaction was not completed. Transaction was done using freecharge. (See attachment)
                        Shopper stop team said they have refunded amount in freecharge wallet.

                          I have tried to add money Rs.473 from bank account to freecharge account on 19th feb 2017 at 8 pm, The amount is debited from my bank account to FREECHARGE73422 but money is not added to freecharge account.My Transaction Reference no is[protected]
                          I notified the customer care at freecharge immediately and they stated that the amount would be refunded back with in 5 days.
                          Already 11 days have been completed but my money is not yet refunded, Go through the details and credit my money as soon as possible.

                                I paid 3 bescom bills via free charge with order IDs as
                                FCEW[protected] for amount Rs. 1774.0 INR on[protected],

                                but none are reflecting at BESCOM, still they are showing it as due, on calling the customer support services +[protected], none of them are picking up the call .

                                        I had paid BESCOM Electricity bill payment on 14 FEB 2017 of Rs.: 982 on FreeCharge, the payment was failed but the amount was been deducted from my bank account. Hence I have sent number of mails regarding the same issue but there is no response for the freecharge customer care team. I have even tried to calling freecharge customer care but there is no response even from that end.

                                        However as per their own policy the amount needs to refund to my account within 7days. The freecharge customer care team has created multiple tickets which are given below but not responded for single mail and apologizes for the inconvenience and due to this issue I have to pay penalty to BESCOM since the bill was not paid on time which is even more frustrating for me.

                                        It’s completely frustrating working with continuous failures on each mail with freecharge.
                                        Hope this forum will get my money back from the Freecharge. I would recommend every one to stop using the freecharge payment portals to safeguard their hard earn money.
