Transaction failed but amount not refunded, amount get deducted from bank account

I had done transaction of 1820 rupees to pay reliance energy bill via free charge. Transaction failed and amount got deducted from bank account (ICICI).

24/03/2017 VIN/WWW FREECHA/[protected]/1 Dr. 1, 820.00
I also wrote email to free charge they replied it will be credited to your account in 5 working days. Still amount not credited. In one of email they told to check with bank, bank replied to check with free charge...

Hi... Diksha jain i have done gas bill payment (Ca no[protected] on 8th feb 2017.. Bill amount was 220... As there was 20 rs available in freecharge wallet only i was suppose to pay only rs 200 to complete my payment... But they wrongly charge rs 20 n rs 300 for making bill payment... Today i went bank n done enqury abt the same... They said talk with freecharge team... Now freecharge team is not agreeing that they have charge worng... Even i have send passbook detail for the same

I have added money from my credit card to freecharge account it has been 3 days that I have added the bank account in the freecharge but I am unable to withdraw that amount.

    Please refund my money Its been almost a 40 days now but still u didnt revert my money rs.750 either into my bank account or in Videocon DTH balance.
    u people saying that "Your transaction inputs have been forwarded to the Internal team"
    and still now my issue is not cleared and without my knowledge u have closed my ticket - # 1363069, # 1418646

    plz reopen my issue and refund... im totally dissatisfied..

        I had sent money through freecharge wallet to my friends freecharge account and now my friend is unable to withdrawn the amount to his bank as the freecharge has sudddenly suspended the bank withdrawal option without giving anytime in advance. Now my friend is stuck to make an important payment to done.

        I am extremely disappointed with the freecharge support. I will not continuing to use their services in future. I had been using their services for their honesty and transparency and now all of sudden they suspend bank withdrawal option, now because this many business is affected.

            I have requested for refund of amount to my bank account on 12/03/2017 vide ref number kduhiyeesuw0kvmgm0l8dw as per the freecharge.in terms the turn around t9ime will be 5-7 banking working days, now it has been 9 working days from the date of transaction till now neither received in to bank account nor returned to freecharge account i am trying to contact freecharge customer care through mail but i am receiving the repeated replay stating i have to wait for 5-7 banking working days even after 8 days also i am getting the same replay.

                  We understand that you are worried about the deduction from your account against the order ID FCVA[protected].

                  If the payment has been deducted from your bank but has not been forwarded to the payment gateway or FreeCharge then the amount is automatically refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.

                  We request you to contact your bank customer support and quote these numbers (PG ID ISBI[protected] PG bdk) to know further about the status of the transaction. Please remember that you will have to call bank customer support and not visit the branch for this update.

                  Some nationalized banks may take more time than conventional time to credit the amount. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the reference number provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'.

                  They will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment gateway to locate the refund.

                  We appreciate your patience & co-operation.

                  SBI can't processed the said transaction process amount. Freecharge payment have to communicate with them for refund process as transaction failed with thier official app.

                      Hi,

                      On 31st Dec, I tried 3 booking ticket through REDBUS using FREECHARGE.In 3 tickets, 2 tickets got booked successfully. But one ticket got failed due to unknown error. Hence amount debited and ticket wasn't booked. Again I tried booking for the same day. Then also amount got debited but ticket wasn't booked.

                      When I have contacted REDBUS on Jan 02nd, they were saying amount not received from bank. Then told me to check with bank. On Jan 03rd, I was checking with Bank then provided me the below reply stating that 'As confirmed by merchant, txn id [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] has been successfully updated at merchant's (KLICKPAY SER CHECKOUTFREE) end. Online transaction mentioned in SR was completed using second factor authentication (ATM pin). Hence customer needs to contact the merchant directly for refund.'

                      Today i.e. 27th Jan 2017, I have contacted REDBUS again regarding this. They requested me to check with FREECHARGE because I made payment via FREECHARGE.
                      Then they gave me the failed reference numbers as well.
                      Total amount: 520 + 520 = 1040

                      94861787, 94858622 are reference numbers .
                      Have raised the ticket against FREECHARGE as well 1036618. It's been 3 months. So far, I haven't got proper response from them. Every time these guys are saying me to wait for 2 - 4 working days. I'm not sure till how long do I need to wait to get my money back.

                        I had made payment of electricity bill for the month of january-march 2015 via freecharge online mode.But freecharge doesn't remitted to JVVNL(Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd.).Consequently I made payment once more towards my electricity bill.Even after submitting grievances many times to freecharge through online e-mail mode, they doesn't resolve my problem and do a formal response of act.There is no other means of communicating them like no contact number, no address, etc.Kindly prosecute the matter at the earliest.Hope you will pay heed towards my serious grievance.

                          I am not able to recharge using freecharge wallet. i tried to contact with freecharge and wrote emails also but my problem is not solved yet... And the reason what they told me, I can understand but they did not tell me how to solve the problem .. free charge does not have voice customer service to contact .. emails sent by them is also not understandable...

                              I made a payment to freecharge on 23rd February amounting to 346 rupees. it was debited, but transaction was unsuccessful. i have not received the refund yet. i have been continuously contacting them, but in vain. pls help me.
                              They claim that refund was processed on 24th feb. i have been mailing them continuously regarding the same. their responses were cold and useless. I am student. I don't earn much. I made a poor decision o[censored]sing freecharge. this has been taking most of my time for the past month. Even the RRN number they gave me is fake. What do i do?                                   I have placed an order # 59482515 on shopperstop for 1782.25/ on 13th feb using freecharge. Shopperstop have cancelled the order and not refunded my money. Whenever i call the customer care or mail them, they conveniently putting a blame on freecharge saying that they refunded the money in my freecharge wallet, but till date i can't see any refund in my freecharge wallet. Shopperstop is asking me to contact freecharge, because they are saying that they have refunded the money long back in my freecharge. Now i don't know who is eaten my money is it freecharge or shopperstop. Firstly taking order and then cancelling it without any reason and now after contacting 100 times and spending lot of money on phone calls i am sick and tired. Worst service, very disappointing, it's a clear case of cheating. I need my hard earned money back. Refund my money asap.

                                    I made a online recharge for my Idea number through Freecharge for a specific amount on 11th of March 2017. The amount was deducted from my account but the recharge has not been credit.
                                    The transaction status is been shown pending on the website.

                                    If the transaction is not possible please refund my amount back to my account.

                                      I am ravi sundaram, my registered email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                                      I have added rs.20, 000 in my freecharge wallet on 03 feb 2017 (Transaction id oc-[protected][protected], fri feb 03 2017, 9:41:20 am) from my credit card account.

                                      For emergency purpose, i tried to transfer this amount to my bank account, but if i go to withdrawn money to bank, it is showing "you cannot withdraw any amount to bank as of now. Why?" (Now more than 34 days over).

                                      I made several followup with freecharge from last one month but not able to find any solution after contacting care @ freecharge.com. Everytime they raised the ticket # 1149717,[protected], 1196023 & 1219173, but not solve my issue till now.

                                      Please return my amount to the original payment mode of my credit card.
