Hi team,

This is in reference to bill payment on 2nd feb for “bses yamuna power limited” with below transaction details whereas payment showing at freecharge app is “successful” however confirmation msg is showing “failed”

Neither payment got submitted in bses nor it got credited back in bank account.
And due to such failure response, i am waiting for the failure amount to get credit back in bank a/c however same is not processed back yet.

Even multiple calls done @ bank for payment confirmation they said, speak with freecharge or bses division office, when today i have visited @ bses division office they also didn’t found any payment in given account & ask to check with freecharge only.

When i tried to contact with freecharge customer care at [protected] however there is no agent option coming in menu, and from 2nd feb to till date i am waiting for the amount which was paid by me & stuck somewhere while making pay through freecharge app.

Due to such delay confirmation i got charged for late fees also from bses also which should be given by freecharge with failure transaction amount now as last day of payment was 13th feb & payment made date on 2nd feb which exactly 11 days ago. so, complete should be given me back or pay to bses.

Request kindly credit back my complete amount in bank account or clear the failed transaction again to bses with late fees asap, i am hoping for the positive reply from your end.

Total amount is rs1500 (rs850 for order id-fcea[protected] + rs650 for order id - fcea[protected])

    My money is not credited to the bank still since my withdrawal dated 15th February, 2017. I have checked my bank account many times and I haven't received the any money. So you are requested to add it back to my wallet.

      I had transferred amount from wallet to my bank account on 15/02/2017, but still amount not yet credited in my bank account. In transaction history it's showing success. I had sent a mail to customer care there are not responding. I have followed up with daily. I have trying to call to customer care number. Can u play help me on this issue. Thanks.

      I tried to recharge on 2 feb 17 but my recharge not done and amount deduct my account.when i contact to freecharge, they saying amout will be refund from our side but amount not credit till date.
      Mere freecharge account se transction cut gaya par mere account me aaj tak nahi gaya bank account same hai abhi bhi total amount 6000 hai

        Hello,
        I have tried to transfer money from my freecharge account to State bank account on 13th Feb 2017. Transaction history shows it is successful but money hasn't been credited to my account. Can you please give details about what happened to my money. Can you refund the money either to my freecharge account or mr transfer it to my bank account so I can use it for further transactions. I have attached bank statement and transaction history.

          I DINESH KUMAR GUPTA had recharge +91-[protected] with Rs. 400 (twice) on 05-feb -2017 and Rs 800 was deducted from my state bank of patiala account number and had not received any kind of talk time or neither refunded money in my bank account or into my freecharge wallet...and.

          I had made call to my service provider airtel customer care also but they told me they didn't receive such kind of transaction in date of 5-Feb-2017 .
          Please find the enclosed attachments in which full details of my amount deduction from my bank State Bank of Patiala clearly stated that amount deducted and in second attachment it clearly shows the transaction success history is also updated onto your esteemed software freecharge but no recharge had been done till so far yet...transaction history shows success but i have not received any kind of talk time and 800 rupees twice of 400 rupees recharges is also deducted from my state bank of patiala account .

          PLEASE REFUND MY Rs 800( EIGHT HUNDRED RUPPESS) ...it already had been 12 days passed but not refund of money has been given to me...I am continuously emailing and calling to freecharge care support but they just emailing nonsense email.

          Please refund my money in my wallet of

            I had given complaint like below. But they replied for adding money.
            I provided screen shots also for refernece that too they haven't checked.

            Just replying mails like copy paste for all complaints.

            So many times i had given complaint but issue not getting resolved.

            Hi Team,

            I am not able to transfer my money to my bank account. Attached all screen shots with bank account, add amount date and not able to transfer.

            As per your old answer, i produced all screen shots.

            I added money 45 days back, till now i am not able to transfer to bank account. given 2 or more times complaint. I didn't got perfect reply.

            If this time, it will happen same i will close account and Please transfer amount to my bank account.

              I wanted to pay my apartment bldg common electricity bill which is Rs 2700 using freecharge. So I loaded my wallet for that amount . But when I try to pay the bill using the USC number it says due date is over/USC number not found. Due date is next week and USC number is correct.I tried several times but it doesnot work. So I decided to withdraw money to my bank account but it says "You cannot withdraw any amount to bank as of now. ". I called the customer care number listed on the website, it's totally useless customer care. They don't have people answering the quires, it is just dummy automated system of no use at all. I am totally frustrated with it.

                I have bought a ticket from irctc through freerecharge on 15/02/2017. They have offered a cashback of Rs75 for minimum transaction of 75Rs on their offers page.

                "Go to IRCTC website and book your e-rail tickets; Hit 'Pay with Freecharge Wallet' option; Enjoy Rs.75 cashback cashback in your Freecharge Wallet."

                I haven't got the cashback they offered and when contacted customer support they mailed to me that Respective offer was expired and hence Cashback amount was not credited." They are cheating people by showing expired offers on their offers page. I would have use any other wallet/card if I didn't see this cashback. If your offer is expired why the hell is it showing in the offers page and fooling people? I need the cashback which offered on their website.

                  I wanted to add some money to my freecharge account. So I tried 300 rs on 3rd Feb.. My account got debited immediately but my free charge account balance Did not increased. I immediately sent a mail from my ID.. I got a text in some time that transaction declined amount will be refunded in 5-7 days.. It's 16th Feb now and I have been marking mails and mails to them. Everytime they revert we are working on it..
                  It is SO ANNOYING AND UPSETTING.. NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME TO CHECK.. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR BY FREEDOM CHARGE.. AND IT CLEARLY DEPICTS THEY ARE DOING FRAUDS LIKE THIS EVERYDAY.. A customer is constantly following up but no positive solution is yet provided for a pety amount... They are keeping customers money like this. And resolution is given..PLEASE STOP USING FREECHARGE!!!

                      Now I have recharged my broadband for the entire amount of Rs 5021 but that too is not happned. Usually we get a responxe within a minute. Free charge is deliberately taking advantage of the hold period to earn interest on our money I think.

                        I was trying to pay my torrent bill. Money was deducted from my bank account bt the transaction was failed so I was nt able to pay the bill of electricity. Money was already deducted and I got a confirmation message from FreeCharge that your money will be refunded in 5-7 business day. This incident occurred on 2nd Feb 2017. Till today I haven't received my money back.it was a huge amount, 1300 INR. I have mailed them twice but received no help from FreeCharge side.

                        Worst experience I had with FreeCharge.I want my money refunded.i am uploading the statement of my bank with last transaction on 7th feb2017 showing that money is deducted and not refunded.

                        Hi i m Bhargav korat. I was paying for my electricity bill on 2.2.17 and transaction went wrong but amount was deducted from my account. The amount which is deducted from my account is ₹1300. I got a message from freecharge that amount will be refunded with in 7-10 days.My transaction I'd is FCEA[protected]. But this is the 14th day but i havent got my refund amount. So kindly take immediate action and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                          Hi i m arjun s kumaar (Arjun sparrow). I have booked four tickets on 2.2.17 and transaction went wrong but amount was deducted from my account. The amount which is deducted from my account is ₹1896.2. I got a message from freecharge that amount will be refunded with in 7-10 days. My order id is 13058792.                               On 4/2/2017 i have ordered for burger king burgers from swiggy online outlet and done payment of Rs 1242 through freecharge, and due to technical error payment is done twice, so they mailed me that they suppose to refund the amount of 1242within 8 to 10 days, but still not received and not replying on my complaint mails.

I hace done recharge on 2nd feb, 2017 from Freecharge THREE TIME of Rs.500/- from my bank account no.[protected], but it was unsuccessful.                                     I made payment of my reliance mobile number via freecharge on 2nd feb for amount 435. The amount got debited from my account as per statement and confirmation from bank but recharged didn't happened.

                                    I contacted freecharge regarding the issue then they have a completely different story. As per them transaction was not successful. They even my provided me with some id and asked me to contact bank.

                                    Freecharge is a complete fraud and chetaer website. As per their app ttansaction status is showing success and then also they are denying the fact and saying it wasn't successful. Now when I raised similar concern to them so they informed they are looking into issue.

                                    It has been 13 days and issue hasn't been resolved. As a result neither I'm able to make my payment for mobile number and it's services has been disconnected. I'm going to file a case against freecharge website tomorrow for physical harrasment and non compliance of services offered to its users.

                                      I am owner of ([protected]@yahoo.com), i created freecharge account by this mail id, i made a payment by this site but my balance deducted by freecharge and my recharge was unsuccesfull now my complaint is that as freecharge told me my money will be refund in 7 days. Today is 14th of day but till now i did not receive no any money in my account.

                                      i have not received the refund thats why i have complaint, you are saying it usually takes 5 to 7 working days, but here 15 days have past & i have not received the refund, i have given you the updated bank statement, there you can find it clearly that no refund has been received, so kindly refund my amount of rs 1169/-.
                                      so refund my amount & stop saying the same thing again & again.
