I done recharge through my freecharge account [protected]@gmail.com for an amount of 70.00INR, recharge not done but amount debited from my account, i e-mailed so many times for freecharge but they are not refunding my money and always saying it will take 5-7 working days, i done transaction on 03rd Feb, already completed 6 working days as of today, but i dint any refund from them.

Please look into my query and resolve ASAP.

    This time i am too much angry see tomorrow newspaper front page contains headlines in bold words that FreeCharge is a cheater website where no reply would sent to the customer if a customer want to contact to customer care the call would always be disconnected if by today's night my account [protected] wouldn't open so FreeCharge has to face a huge problem today i want to say that the ceo of FreeCharge is a ##### who had opened THIS WEBSITE but not able to tackle the customer service in my opinion FreeCharge is the biggest fraud in india who always do fraud with the consumers this is not for 1st time that i am logging a complaint from last 8 months I am logging complaint on many issues this time i am too angry that I have to make urgent payment but my account is suspended i am not getting any regard or answer from the customer service of FreeCharge

    I have another FreeCharge account [protected] transfer my money in my account otherwise transfer in my bank account which i saved in my new account

    Its more than 48 hrs i haven't received any call from your customer service now i am get afraid of it solve my problem as soon as it possible

        As per the above mentioned, I would like to inform you that the failed transaction to add money in freerecharge wallet associated with the mail id ([protected]@yahoo.in) on 3rd February'17 of Rs. 876/- has not been updated yet in my axis bank account after 7 working days (Transaction description-INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN) PRN- OC12750565981486094313206.

        As the amount deducted from my account has not been credited yet, I would request you to kindly do the necessary actions to sort out this issue and please let me know in case of any details required.

        After many emails and messages on FB, the money has been credited in my account but I am not happy the way company dealing with the complaints. Worst experience, In future I will try to avoid the concerned company for my payments and transactions.

        It has been 13 days that money is deducted from my account but I have not got any update from the concerned organization regarding my complaint. Poor services and delayed response. worst experience I have ever had.

          I have 19000/- in my freecharge account. When I transfer the amount to my bank account it shows wallet request error. I have been sending complaints to the freecharge customer support but they are not resolving the issue.

            I have recharged my freecharge account for Rs. 750 through Meru cabs gateway for cab booking on 27th Jan 2017.
            Account got recharged and amount was reflected in freecharge account.
            After some time when I opened my freecharge account it said it got blocked due to some security reasons.
            I mailed to customer care they said amount will be credited back to bank within 5 - 7 working days but still the amount is not reflected in my bank account.
            For reference please check the following ticket ids : 1114297, 1140450

              I had initiated a recharge of Rs. 200 through FC app on 13.2.2017. My reference no. is[protected]CG[protected]. the money from my bank account got deducted but the balance did not get credited. Request FC to credit back the amount to my bank account immediately.

                I had added some amount to my freecharge account around 10-15 days back . I tried transferring the amount to my bank. But the system is not allowing me to transfer. Please transfer back the added amount to my credit card account at the earliest. Do the needful at the earliest.

                I had added the amount on 2nd jan 2017. when can i transfer the amount to bank account. How many days the amount will be locked ? Other wise please transfer back tthe amount to my rspective credit card account at the earliest. DO the needful.

                We have now reported the same to our designated team as we have an internal mechanism to address such issues.

                We appreciate your patience and request you to please wait for 24 hours and try initiating refund from your FreeCharge Balance to bank account.

                Please follow the below steps to transfer amount to your bank account.

                1) Sign in to your FreeCharge account.
                2) Click on "Account" tab to add bank details.
                3) Click on "transfer to bank" tab to withdraw money to bank account.

                  Hi,
                  I was paying my electricity bill through freecharge. In the process my account got debited but status is transaction failed. Please look into the matter.

                  I have been writing mails since 4 feb and every time i get the same reply but the issue is not resolved.I have contacted my bank and they said there is no such refund processed.
                  I am highly dissatisfied with the service you are providing at the same time i am mentally harassed. Now if i didn`t get my refund i am surely gonna write a consumer complain`t regarding the same. I am tired of writing mails to you and not getting my problem solved.

                    Last week I had transaction of Rs.100 to freecharge account and added it to the freecharge wallet from online banking through RIDLR app and the money got debited from my account but it wasn't added to my freecharge wallet. I had provided my transaction details to the customer care from last 4 days but I'm getting insane revert that we don't know about your transaction. Please help me out. I contacted freecharge about this they told me that I will get refund within 7 days. Its been more than week still I have not received refund in my account.                           I recharged my Idea mobile no. [protected] with Rs. 149. As per information given on FreeCharge App, I should get 1 GB 3 G data but I did not get the same.
                          When I speak to Idea customer care, they told me that it is not right information showing on FreeCharge App. They did not give me any solution rather than Complain to the FreeCharge customer care.
                          Please check it and refund my money back immediately.

                            I have made recharge on 6/2/17 order id fcxa[protected] (300 rs tt), fcxa[protected] (198 rs 2g) and fcxa[protected] (300 tt) by using google play recharge offer but still i have not received these amount in tt or internet.
                            A total amount is diverted 798 rs is deducted from my bank account & diverted to google play store. This offer is misguiding the customers.. Kinldy do the needful i would like to request you to solve this issue as early as possible.

                            I have made recharge on 11/2/17 order ID FCXW[protected] (1000 Rs), by using Google play recharge offer and 1000 rs diverted to Google Play Store as there is no term and condition shown or any suggestion for recharge that after recharge i feel from that i get 10% cashback in my account.This offer is misguiding the customers..Kinldy do the Needful I would like to request you to solve this issue as early as possible.

                              Free charge has not refunded money for transaction done at voonik since august 2016..executives have been writing BS mails..sometimes they ask proof of bank statement sometimes they claim they have given refund..I have given them bank statement of six months also..but no help..I paid 5170 for the order and free charge has given only 380 as refund..and now they are lying that they have already processed refund..i[censored] have processed refund then where is the money gone..why its not showing in my bank statement..the customer care is pathetic..I want my money back..

                                      Freecharge suspended my id Mob no. [protected] email id : [protected]@gmail.com saying its a security reason. I have sent them my proof of adhar card and bank statement . please help. I have money in my freecharge wallet. please help me . I have added 5000 rs recently . A day after that they suspended my account saying security issue. I dont know why they have done this. I want my money back from freecharge. I have sent them all the documents . please provide help in this regard. request to freecharge to please return the money and activate the account.

                                        But I have received 512MB only.
