I had paid BESCOM Electricity bill payment on 14 FEB 2017 of Rs.: 982 on FreeCharge, the payment was failed but the amount was been deducted from my bank account. Hence I have sent number of mails regarding the same issue but there is no response for the freecharge customer care team. I have even tried to calling freecharge customer care but there is no response even from that end.

However as per their own policy the amount needs to refund to my account within 7days. The freecharge customer care team has created multiple tickets which are given below but not responded for single mail and apologizes for the inconvenience and due to this issue I have to pay penalty to BESCOM since the bill was not paid on time which is even more frustrating for me.

It’s completely frustrating working with continuous failures on each mail with freecharge.
Hope this forum will get my money back from the Freecharge. I would recommend every one to stop using the freecharge payment portals to safeguard their hard earn money.

      I paid for tinmen (food service company) via freecharge through debit card.
      I initiated refund on 15th february and got a message from freecharge about refund initiated.
      It was not been reflected in my bank account. I have raised multiple complaints via email and facebook. Facebook team was responsive but asked to respond via email and emails were not responsive. I have sent my bank statement as asked to their ticket and yet no response.

              I sent money 1200rs this mobaile number but could'nt recive that amount but my amount deduct in my account plz refunt that amount or call me this number [protected]
              I have requested to transfer a sum of rs 190from my freecharge account to my bank account linked on 11feb 2017 at 12:12 PM, but the same has not been credited till date to my bank account linked.
              I complained about this matter to freecharge but they didn't reply me .
              Finally i tired and writing a complain.

                Hi sir .i have added 1000 rupees from my sbh bank account to freecharge wallet but at the time of transcation the debited and not credited either in freecharge wallet or bank also .this transcation was done on 9th january 2017 .from the date i am mailing on to freecharge customer care mail id but till now no refund and freecharge persons are mailing that they have refunded on 26th january but i have contacted bank regularly .they have taken complaint on 15th febraury and i visited bank again on 20th febraury but complaint closed by bank that no money refunded to me .they are telling to contact freecharge persons only .why this much lazy about customer resolving problem .freecharge persons dont even have customer helpline number to talk .my freecharge mail is [protected]@gmail.com and my refund ref number HSBH[protected] . i fed up with mailing to freecharge .please try to resolve and refund my money

                freecharge people are telling that you have refunded but where is the money .several times i visited bank also but they are telling that there is no such refund .why this problem is occuring . refunding of our money is possible to you .i need quick resolution .i am waiting from 9th january 2017.and no proper reply from freecharge

                    I had tried to pay my Reliance electricity bill amounting to Rs.1640 through the freecharge app three times (twice on 29th Jan- FCEA[protected] & FCEA[protected] and once on 31st Jan 2017-FCEA[protected]) but the transaction failed all three times and money was withdrawn from my account all three times.They send me an sms saying that the money would be refunded within 4-7 working days.After waiting for about 8 days I sent them an email and they told me that it auto refund is initiated and this process should take 5-7 bank working days.Then I waited another week and found that they still didn't refund my money into my Account.So I sent them another email and they replied and told me send my recently updated bank statement which I did.Then they told me to send the statement in PDF format and highlight the missing transaction which I did.Then after sending them multiple emails, the latest being on 17th Feb they refunded the amount of one failed transaction I.e Rs.1640 and failed to refund the amount of the remaining two failed transactions I.e Rs.1640 and Rs.1640.

                    They don't even have a working phone number I can call.They only deal with emails.

                    I request you to please intervene in this matter on my behalf and ensure that I get the refund from the remaining two failed transactions as soon as possible as I am fed up of dealing with these people.

                      I have withdrawn amount of rupees 20000 on 4 transactions of each 5000 rupees on 11/02/2017. Till now Freecharge didnt credit the amount to my bank account. Raised 3 tickets till now with no's 1245903, 1227345, 1180631. Got a standard reply that it will take 5 to 7 days. But till now didnt see the amount in my bank account. Also, these terms and conditions of 5 to 7 days were no where mentioned. Freecharge cheated me.

                        I have added my money to wallet and in emergency I have withdrawn from wallet, Money has been deducted from wallet but not refunded. But I am receiving the auto reply stating that my money will refund in 5 to 7 working days. it has been 10 days since I have added to freecharge, but no response and nothing from free charge. Freecharge guys were doing the same for few guys and keeping the money for 7 days and getting interest from that money and refunding it to us . Stop cheating the people.

                          My self jaldeep langhnoja and i have freecharge account. Today i recharged my airtel prepaid number through sbi internet banking. Now, 227 rs. (Recharge amount) was deducted from my bank account (Ref. Id: hsbi[protected]igaavfhjv8) but freecharge status showing incomplete payment (Order id: fcvm[protected], mon feb 20 2017, 8:23:43 am).

                          Kindly look into the matter and let me know when i will get my money back or recharge will be done.

                            I had added money of Rs.400/- to my freecharge account from my bank on dated 1st. Feb. 2017. The amount of Rs.400/- has been debited from bank and freecharge company has not credit into my account after several kind reminders.

                              I am curious because i am facing a similar problem with freecharge with refunds.
                              I am considering planning to stick with paytm next time. I am not sure why there is a delay with
                              freecharge only but paytm turnaround time is about 2-3 days.

                                  Dear sir on 13th feb at12:18 pm i was trying to with money from my freecharge wallet mobile no. [protected] to my bank account the amount is 3000/ that amount is debited from my wallet but not credited to my bank account linked with freecharge transaction id is c9oqz2kaqyo8zpq0ctq6vw. I got a massage and mail that transacation is pending in this regard i have written several mail to customer care but not resolve the issue they are only replying like written script i dont know what to do. Really felling helpless kindly refund my money

                                    I have made two transaction sum of rs[protected] + 5000 ) from my freecharge account to my bank account linked on 15feb 2017 at 06:17 PM and 06:18 PM, but the amount has not been credited till date to my bank account.

                                    For the above issue I logged a customer complaint on 16.02.2017 and ticket id is 1218649. I have wrote several mail to [protected]@freecharge.com,
                                    [protected]@freecharge.com. But till day they not responding my mails.
                                    freecharge id is : [protected]
                                    Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Good luck i wish your problem is resolved, I am facing a similiar problem with freecharge myself.

                                      Did a purchase through FREECHARGE
                                      Amount to pay was 463₹
                                      I had 175₹ cashbach in FreeCharge
                                      So it said Pay 287₹
                                      Fair enough so I got ready to pay the 287₹
                                      Reaching the payment page
                                      Finally debited amount showing 574.88 ₹!

                                      Need a refund for this
                                      I only had to pay 287₹ but how 575₹ got deducted???
                                      Which is more than 463 itself

                                      Only had to pay 287₹ so please do as needed
                                      Also have sent an email to FreeCharge
                                      They gave a ticket
                                      They didn't respond yet within 24-48hours apparently

                                      As per the complaint Free Charge responded with an email stating they would refund with 287.44₹ on 18th feb
                                      But actually haven't done anything
                                      Balance is still 0₹

                                      *What they did is*
                                      Took 574.88 ₹ from me and ADDED 287.44₹ FOR THE SAKE OF SHOWING ME ON FEB 17th
                                      And then the transaction took place 463₹

                                      They still haven't done the actual 287.44₹ refund

                                      So please help me out
                                      And make sure they do the process. Thanks

                                        Hi,

                                        I have requested to transfer a sum of rs 3900 from my freecharge account to my bank account linked on 11feb 2017 at 11:55PM, but the same has not been credited till date to my bank account linked.

                                        For the same matter I logged a customer complaint on 14feb2017 with ticket no. 1209707 and 1209704. till day I have not received any satisfactory reply instead I have received a mail for feedback of the solution which has not been provided.

                                        I even called on +[protected] on 18th feb 2017 at 12:41 as it is mentioned to be 24*7 customer help support, but after taking all the details the guy told me that due to system up-gradation Ican not help you.

                                        I hope some one from freecharge would care about their reputation and resolve the issue.
