I have placed order on salebhai.com website where offer on pay with freecharge and get Rs: 50/- cashback but after placing order and also no cashback till now, credit immediately cashback:

credit the above same immediately!
Already i made complaint wher reply received as credited in 24 to 48 hours already but till now no credit, Is freecharge fake?
If not then credit the cashback as stated above!

    FreeCharge acting in a totally arbitrary manner has blocked my account which contained my debit card details and also a sum of RS. 214 was there in my wallet. Despite sending them a lot of mails, I was only getting the same set of their computer generated replies, which made the purpose for which their customer care existed as redundant. I even asked them to cite me the reasons for which my account was blocked but it all fell to their deaf ears. Even the customer service number that these people have provided is always busy.

      I had paid Rs 667 to Swiggy using Freecharge to order food.The transaction was successful but the food order was cancelled. So Freecharge was supposed to refund the amount within 7-10 working days.However till date I have not received any refund .They have mailed saying the amount will be refunded back to my account within 7-10 working days but even that has not happened.I mailed them regarding the refund and a ticket was raised but yet no communication from their side.The order details and tickets are shared below:

              I have a freecharge account and I recharge mobile, DTH from this account. But since December 2016 they block my account. When I login freecharge account it reply me
              "Your account has been temporarily suspended due to security reasons."

              I sent mail to freecharge team they neither reply me any satisfied answer nor activate my account. I have many unused codes but I can't use these promo codes. Kindly help me and solve my problem.

                Hi,
                On date 22 jan 2017 i made a payment from freecharg of rs-1223 by dabit card toward (jdvvnl) electricity bill payment.but the transaction was failed and my amount was deducted from my saving account.i send a mail to freecharg against it.after that i got a mail says that your refund will be creadit back in your account within 5-7 days.but it's day 9 of my transaction but i didn't receive any refund yet.please do something in this matter my order detail is

                  This is with regards to my freecharge account with mobile no. [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.
                  I had initiated a transaction on 14th Jan 2017 for a tatasky recharge and had tried for the same twice with order no. FCDA[protected] and FCDA[protected]. The transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my saving bank account. After that i got an email also from freecharge that refund has been initiated but till now i have not recieved my refund amount. It is 300 for each transaction with a total of Rs 600 for both orders. Please look into the matter for refund of my amount as soon as possible.

                  Now am following free charge from the day on mail and not getting proper response and just getting king of auto generated replies.

                    My order id of the refund was 11943182...they told me to wait for 5-7 days to reflect the amount in the bank account...but it has been more than 10 days...i did not get the refund...then they said we have refunded the amount pls check with your bank...i have already check with my bank...there is no such refund credited in my account...they are just lying that they have refunded the amount...

                      I have made payment of my Electricity bill (cesc)for rs.610.00 but the transaction is failed twice and the amount is deducted from my account, I have already raised complaint with free charge and they five me a ticket no. But the money is not refunded till date it is almost 13 days over.

                        I have pay my eletricty billl with amount 5644 by net banking but my transation is failur and my bank account is debeited.. so i request to refund my balance is my bank account...

                        Unfortunately order was not placed and money got deducted from freecharge wallet.

                        Please take action. I want my money back.
                        I have booked a ticket in abhibus on 18th december 2016 and my journey was on[protected].I have booked the ticket through freecharge and i should get money in to my wallet

                              Hi,
                              Amount of Rs.255 was deducted from bank and got confirmation from freecharge but the order on eBay was not successful. The cust support said me to wait for 24 hours i will get the order placed or refund on the same but still no response the order or the refund. There is no customer support other than email :[protected]@freecharge.com to check with. I sent 4 emails in row and still no response from freecharge. Seems it like fraud and need to be reported to consumer court to take necessary action on this.

                                I have used freecharge wallet for the booking OF irctc TICKET I Did not get cash back of 75 rupees The transaction ID is [protected].
                                This is not the first time i have missed 2 times before . The maintenance of freecharge serves are not convinent the money is being deducted easily but ticke confirmayion is not happening and the refund is delayed they are deducting cashback add again it is not being issued for the next use not at all good service. if they are not giving cash back y to put the ofer of cashback.

                                    I paid my postpaid Bill through Freecharge of amount Rs.- 280, But I did not receive any msg from my service provider even though amount has been deducted from my bank account. But did not get any msg from freecharge or Idea. I am getting Msg from Idea to pay the amount. I called several times to customer care of freecharge, but no body is picking call, Freecharge's policy is to reimburse the payment within 24-48 Hours, but still my amount is pending. Amount is a bit of short but if they did it with 10000 customers then amount become very high. It may be a serious fraud by Freecharge, kindly resolve the issue
