The site have design fake customer care page that dosent work
toll free no. never respond & after they say that according to our polocy u have to complaint under 30 days but there is no way to contact immediately they deducted my 700 rupees of electricity bill payment not refunded back but when i do my small recharge 20 rupees they refund instantly while in large amount they not give refund

    54025733 by this pnr, i have booked a ticket via redbus from indore to mumbai through freecharge wallet but haven't received the cash back. yeah i am talking about the 75rs. cashback. solve my issue. provide the cashback otherwise trust me I'll make sure that no one in my contact will ever use your service ever. It is heights now. And now its third time in the last one year i have faced prblems with you.

        I was recharged Rs.50 from freecharge on 25/1/16 using net banking option. my transaction was failed and amount debited Rs.41 from my axis bank account. as per the freecharge offer Rs.9 deducted from my freecharge wallet but that amount not reduced. i sent the mail to customer care of the freecharge but no action done on that.

                HI,

                On[protected] at 11.39am, I made a payment from freecharge of Rs.273 by credit card towards Relaince Electricity bill payment. The amount deducted from credit card, but payment was not successful. The freecaharge communication ID is FCEA[protected], which shows as a Transaction Failure in transaction history my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                On 25-01-16 at 1.35am, I received a reply via email, that freecharge agent will contact me, but no such update. Later on[protected] they emailed me back saying that "we have replied your ticket #996801, which is not true.

                Kindly look into it and help me sort the issue.

                Recently i recieved a call from freecharge (dont know whether it was from them or not), as the guy named rahul saxena was asking me a weired question about my card details such as card number, expiry date and all. When i said its not possible to give such details he said then refund is not possible. are freecharge is doing like this?

                  I have paid electricity bill from my free charge account the bill is of 1991 and it deducted the Amt from my bank thrice and bill yet not paid and not refunded even I got a msg that they will refund my money back in 4-7 days the transaction is on 21 Jan 2017 is done and today is 26 January initially it shows transaction fail but Today on 26 Jan it shows successfull how can same electricity bill twice show successful payment and today when I try to pay it it deduct amount but bill not paid no email confirmation is given about the success of the transaction my order ID is FCEA[protected], FCEA[protected], and and FCEA[protected] MY registered email I'd on free charge is palak.[protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile no.                         Where my account more then 30 days passed but account not opening i have already contacted care many times but same thing happening.
                        Just i have logged in after 15 days from my last login this happened !
                        I have just logged in then a message saying as " account temporary suspended for security reasons"

                        Till now not opening money also had in my account by this way i am so far from account usage by 30 days!
                        Immediately remove suspension which is automatically done by your system without any reason!

                          I have sent amount to bank then after a message appeared as "Your account temporarily suspended, contact [protected]@freecharge.com "
                          where i have contacted many times but they not rolling back to normal state of my account!

                          I have money in my account where i can't access my account since 30 days passed but same message coming as "account suspended"

                          Immediately Normalize my account to working state and remove suspension of account !

                                      I bought one mobile through ebay and paid through freecharge, however mobile didn't get dispatched and I got the refund from eBay on 17th January, where as mobile was ordered on 31St December, however since den I am trying to withdraw the amount from freecharge to my account but not able to do so. I have mailed freecharge team about the same but they are not responding, I tried calling them 100 of time but couldn't connect. My money is still stuck with them
