Initially while registering with freecharge, while entering the email ID, I added a "L" extra which was a typo error from my end (gmail.com/gmaill.com). I have emailed freecharge regarding this couple of times to change the email ID but the responses I received did not really help. I had to login with my Mobile number every time I have to do any transaction and have no access on the emails which I recieve from freecharge as I have entered an Invalid Email ID. On Jan 5th I had made a transaction of Rs 1330/-, 1st transaction was not unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my account and I got an sms from freecharge stating that the amount will be refund back in 5-7 days. 2nd transaction was successful and did it.
Later when I did not receive the refund amount, I dropped an email to the freecharge support for the status, I get a template copy pasted as an revert from them. Which is really a pathetic, annoying and unethical. These guys don't even read what is written on an email. They expect me to send them an email from the registered email ID for which I do not have an access as it is an invalid email address.
Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
