We have paid for ticket booking through book my show with Order ID : WEB[protected], but the transaction was failed. So that we booked the tickets once again. But we didn’t receive back the failed transaction amount of Rs. 158.52

    I tried to book tatkal ticket on 21.01.2017 from IRCTC booking through Freecharge wallet and money Rs 410 deducted from wallet and cashback deposited Rs 75 in wallet but ticket not booked. Transaction ID taken from IRCTC website is [protected].I emailed to freecharge on [protected]@freecharge.in on 21.01.2017 after failed transaction but till date 24.01.2017 no reply received from freecharge side. I claiming for money after deducting cash back (Rs 75/-). They just can not take money without giving service. In future i will not take any service from freecharge after this fraud.

        Bill payment of electricity from freecharge.com of rupees 590 was unsuccessfull and it is still not refunding my amount after days.

        I have mailed them many times still they are not responsing.

        From many days i am asking them from the twitter support page still they don't answer. poor people are using their hard earned money to pay light bills and wasting their valuable time just to get their money back.

        I request you please look in thi smatter at the earliest

          I booked my railway ticket through irctc. But that was failed, my tr id [protected] on 23.01.2017. I have not get back my money to my wallet. I booked my ticket from varanasi to katni for 31.01.2017 by bsb ltt super fast express no 12168. The amount of ticket was deducted from my free charge wallet rs185 on 23.01.2017. I request you to please look at this matter.

            I am karthikeyan, i'm was tried transfer my freecharge wallet balance to my bank account. Totally four transactions i done my freecharge account in 12th jan 2017. Amount has been reduced my wallet balance but transaction failed. Then i got refunded only three transactions amount refunded to my wallet another one transaction amount was not refunded. Still now i dint get my refund amount 5000rs to my wallet or bank account. I am not able to reach any of your customer care no. No one response properly in mail. Otherwise please give me any of your contact no. So please kindly do the needful asap.

              Hi team,
              This is in reference to ticket # 693540, # 836088 and # 952802. I was hearing the same message from you from last many days that you have forwarded this to the internal team but till now issue is not resolve yet. You are not giving me any eta or sla to resolve this. Almost more than 20 days have passed and more than 4 tickets i have raised. You have accepted that my transaction was failed but not able to resolve my issue by refunding my amount in my freecharge wallet.

                I have paid the electricity bill through freecharge and i got confimation of the payment. But if i am checking the status on https://wss.mahadiscom.in site it is still showing as not paid.
                I am the regular user of freecharge. Kindly treat this complaint on urgent basis and resolve this issue as soon as possible

                  One of my jet airways ticket booking was showed successful at freecharge account in user id :- [protected]@gmail.com amount Rs.2890/- but booking was not done since amount debited from my account and same was not credited in merchant account...I have sent so many emails and tried to contact freecharge team but always getting same reply we will reply in 24-48 hrs and we are looking in to this matter. Pls suggest what to do now.

                    I ordered pizza on 19/01/2017. I was facing issue on mobile website. But once i was able to complete my payment via freecharge. I have the receipt email from freecharge. But from domino's side i didn't get confirmation regarding same. I called their customer care and they confirmed that order was not successful.
                    Hence i requested freecharge to refund my money back as transaction was failed in between. But they didn't give any satifying reply. And now they are not responding to my emails. My payment was of 485 inr.

                    I want my money in refund asap and will make sure that i don't use freecharge.in services anymore.

                    They're not updating the plans, usually we are lost lot of recharges useless, networks are not responding perfect, i recharge stv93 for 120 min talktime as per freecharge bsnl plans, but as per bsnl this is not a talktime stv, they said that this is roaming offer, no. Of customers are lost lot of money like this mis update plans

                    I'm unable to login to my freecharge account using my gmail account([protected]@gmail.com). I'm trying from last 3 days, This is the error message I'm getting while login(something went wrong. Login after sometime). Please help. And I'm able to login into my gmail in gmail.com.

                      Mere bank account se 13 jan 2017 ko 340 rs deduct ho chuke hai lekin recharge failed ho gaya tha abhi tak freecharge company wale log mere paise refund nahi kar rahe hai jabki 1 ya 7 din ke under paisa refund hone ka rule hai aur inke pass maine kai emails bhi kiye hai lekin koi satisfied answer nahi mil pa raha hai jabki maine company ke pass account statement bhi bhej diya hai ab mein apne paise ka dugna chahta hoon kyonki ye grahko se fraud kar rahe hai

                        My money is debbited from freecharge wallet for train tickets booking on irctc. But the payment is rejected by irctc and money have not refunded so plz check and take immediate action
                        I have 3 times mailed on customer care mail id but there is no response till now so, plz take immediate action

                              Initially while registering with freecharge, while entering the email ID, I added a "L" extra which was a typo error from my end (gmail.com/gmaill.com). I have emailed freecharge regarding this couple of times to change the email ID but the responses I received did not really help. I had to login with my Mobile number every time I have to do any transaction and have no access on the emails which I recieve from freecharge as I have entered an Invalid Email ID. On Jan 5th I had made a transaction of Rs 1330/-, 1st transaction was not unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my account and I got an sms from freecharge stating that the amount will be refund back in 5-7 days. 2nd transaction was successful and did it.

                              Later when I did not receive the refund amount, I dropped an email to the freecharge support for the status, I get a template copy pasted as an revert from them. Which is really a pathetic, annoying and unethical. These guys don't even read what is written on an email. They expect me to send them an email from the registered email ID for which I do not have an access as it is an invalid email address.

                                  I recharged my BSNL number on 11th Jan 2016 with order I'd FCVW[protected]. As per FreeCharge recharge successful & have been charged with 220. But BSNL says no such recharge request received. My amount debited from account but no recharge. After this FreeCharge team not listing. This is service of Indian company.
                                  I am contentiously followed up with free charge & every time the reply was " As per the record transaction is successful" . Also the merchant freecharge is asking you contact with operator where as BSNL says these sites are fraud. Please avoid them.
                                  If this would have happened with Paytm It would have been sorted out efficiently. This freecharge company is looting customers.
