I trie to book 3 train tickets of an amount 6095 using free charge via irctc.. my transaction id is [protected]...an amount of 6095 + tax was deducted from my account...but Ticket s not booked..and in irctc it s showing that amount is sent to bank...but my FreeCharge balance yet not credited.i send mails to irctc .but no reply..I need my money immediately..

      I have booked railway tickets from irctc and payment done through freecharge wallet. Payment was detected but tickets were not booked. I want refund for above maintain transaction. It was not the first time I had issue with freecharge. Some days back I made a bus ticket from red bus using freecharge wallet that time also my transaction failed but ticket was not booked. Then I called red bus customer care they resolved the issue within minutes and they informed me that this mistake was from freecharge site. This is the last time I am using freecharge, now onwards ever recommend freecharge to anyone.

        I transferred the amount from freecharge to my ICICI Account No.[protected] on 1st January 2017 at 6:51 pm of Rs. 5000/- and 6:52pm of Rs. 5000/- totaling to the amount of Rs. 10000/-, but the amount is not yet credited.
        I have sent many mails to [protected]@freecharge.com the ticket No's are 880001, 839249, 839246, 809389, 733391 with enclosure of the ICICI bank statement and screenshot of free charge account transaction details for there ready reference. but the money is still not yet credited to my bank account.

            Dear Sir,

            I had made a complaint towards the amount of Rs. 1860/- being debited through my account but not credited to the Merchants account. Order ID Order ID 421352MRGAXQC[protected] on dt. 25 Dec 2016.

            I tried a lot to call your customer care but unfortunately could not connect on the phone.

            Regarding the complaint ticket number every time I register complaint I get a new number. I have been waiting for the executives to contact me but I have been banging my head with the walls.

            I request you to kindly refund my Rs. 1860/- as the matter is nearing to fourth week.

            I often promote your site to my friends and relative but I have been told that your competitors are offering us better offers but even then we being your loyal customers prefer to go with free charge only.
            But if, we get this type of services the I along with my friends and family members will have to think before going with Freecharge.

            I have not received any confirmation from your side since in last during 15 days.

            I have been waiting since so many days for the reply but I have not received any reply. Every time I raise the request every time I get a new ticket number.

            On 12-jan-2017 I got the Ticket number 854387 & 854384

            On 13th Jan 2017 I got the ticket numbers as 868702 & 868703.

            I wish that I get the money at the earliest or else I will have to file a case of cheating against the site and have write in the reviews as not to use Freecharge.

            I have been using PayTm but have never faced any problem for such a long time.

            I think I have trusted PayTm over yours. I have to make so much of shopping but my virtual card is missing so the amount has also vanished.

            I request you to kindly expedite the matter and oblige.

            Freecharge not giving any reply to the mails and also not acting on the complaint.

            PayTM is more reliable over Freecharge. I regret to use Freecharge. The executives of the Freecharge are very casual and also irresponsible.

                    Hi Team, I have recharged the Freecharge account January 3rd to book some tickets, after that I tried to withdraw money to bank after 2 days as per their rules. But still I am unable to withdraw money, I followed up with them many times but no use. Still I am unable to withdraw.

                    Please help me to withdraw amount to my bank account.i have contacted Freecharge team many times. I don't know what is the issue. They are not resolving the issue

                        My concern is about the transaction that i made on 28th of dec 2016 for booking my movie tickets via freecharge app from my freecharge account [protected]@gmail.com.
                        The amount was ₹526 and and while booking the tickets the transaction failed but my bank account got debited by the same amount. I was promised that within 5-7 days i would get my money back but i did not get the refund back till now and i have already mailed freecharge my bank statement and also provided them with the screenshots of the same. My order id was
                        ID : MOBIOS[protected]. Despite sending various emails to freecharge my problem is not resolved till date.

                          Hello,
                          I ordered pizza on date 15 January 2017 from domino's pizza though freecharge While checking out or at the time of choose payment option, I selected freecharge wallet and then debit card of pnb. I was directed to my bank's website to complete the transaction by filling all details and ATM pin. When I had finally completed the transaction and was being directed back to the app, it showed a message that 'an error has occured and the order has not been placed'.
                          Then I got a message and email from freecharge saying that you successfully paid Rs 418 at domino's pizza via freecharge and also received SMS from bank for balance deduction.
                          I got a email saying complete ur orderfrom domino's. Even I called domino's customer care to confirm and they said they had not received any order from my side .My order I'd is [protected]_1
                          I hope that the matter would be fixed.pls refund my money.. Freecharge not responding on mail. Even they have no customercare number To reach. Very terrible experience. Pls help.

                                My freecharge account is first suspended and then blocked inspite of providing my id proof (Voter id). Written many mails but no solution to my problem. Ticket number #859321 is generated but they closed it without providing any solution. They had closed my account without giving any access to my money.

                                  I was trying to purchase a bluetooth headset from EBAY, I filled all the details and proceed to pay through my freecharge wallet though the money got deducted from FREECHARGE wallet but the order did not placed at EBAY.

                                  Now when I am calling EBAY people they are saying that our paisapay team has verified that amount does not reach to our paisapay account and money is with freecharge.

                                  When I am sending a email to freecharge the pregenerated email comes which says 'We are internally discussing and we will get back to you shortly'.

                                  Its almost 15 days and several follow ups have been taken but EBAY and FREECHARGE both are not responding properly, Please help me.

                                  I have already contacted you people, I had word with your team Managers, Kishore Pandit, Mr Senthil, Ms Prinkya, Jitendra every one is just telling that we have forwarded your complaint to the relevant department thats it there is no action yet.

                                  I am literally fedup of all this things yaar shame on you from last 20 days I am taking follow ups.

                                  If you can do then please tell me or else ill have to file this in consumer court now.

                                        I got a call from free charge after sending so many complaints and raising so many tickets after that they told me to send original bill copy, i have send them all the latest 3 months bill and even i paid the arrears and and current bill amount rs760 as the electricity person told they will cut out the power if i dont pay the arrears bill amount which i paid wrongly to other consumer so i even attached the payment slip which i paid through paytm even i attached that also and send to free charge more that 2 weeks passed no reply i told them to keep in touch with me as they are not able to bother customer problmes even we had telephonic converstation and told everything regarding the problem i am facing they told to send me all the latest original bills and everything inpsite of that also no reply from 2-3 week i dont whats happening with them pls respond quickly and returned my payment rs612

                                        only half the amount has been settled and more rs312 did not refund i kindly request to look in to this matter and settle my remaining amount rs 312 only rs300 has been credited but i paid rs612 so requesting for balance amount i have high hope till yesterday on free charge that my amount will be returned back but i got only half the amount so requesting to look in to this matter and settle the balance amount rs312 thanks in advance
                                        got a call from free charge after sending so many complaints and raising so many tickets after that they told me to send original bill copy, i have send them all the latest 3 months bill and even i paid the arrears and and current bill amount rs760 as the electricity person told they will cut out the power if i dont pay the arrears bill amount which i paid wrongly to other consumer so i even attached the payment slip which i paid through paytm even i attached that also and send to free charge more that 2 weeks passed no reply i told them to keep in touch with me as they are not able to bother customer problmes even we had telephonic converstation and told everything regarding the problem i am facing they told to send me all the latest original bills and everything inpsite of that also no reply from 2-3 week i dont whats happening with them pls respond quickly and returned my payment rs612
