I have account on www.freecharge.in with registered id [protected]@gmail.com associated to my mobile no. +91-[protected].
I have withdrawn Rs. 2500 from the wallet of Freecharge to my bank account on 12th of January 2017. My wallet balance left on the same day Rs. 873 (including more than 300 rupees as cashback). When I wrote to them then they replied me that i have withdrawn money to my bank account but as we know that according to T & Cs cashback amount is none transferable so how could I transfer that cashback amount to my SBI bank account so they are telling lie.
They debited my balance without any reason by mistake or intentionally, I don't know but i want my amount credited back to my account wallet.
Enclosing the snapshots containing that transaction and what they replied to me.
Please do appropriate action against them help me.

    I tried to book the redbus tickets with free charge but there was no bokking done and amount was deducted from my free charge account.

    When send the complaint about this to [protected]@freecharge.com there is no response yet from last more than 15 days.

    Also there is no customer care number to talk with and the only way of communication is email which is also no responding to complaints.

    Will really not use free charge services in future.

      Hello, i ordered food from foodpanda through freecharge on 15th jan and payment failed then i tried again and again for 5 times and each time it failed. i didnt get any sms of food order confrmation from foodpanda or from SBI for deduction of money from my account. my account got debited 473 rupees for 4 times. and i got return once 473 instantly.
      Me and my brother got out instead of ordering again.
      when i came back i dropped a mail and freecharge raised a ticket against it but till now no one contacted me. so after few days i noticed i got 2 times money refunded like 473+473. but refund is not completed there is still one more time 473 rupees to be refunded so after waiting another day i contacted freecharge customer care again and said the same but no reply this time from them.

      and seriously typing this much makes me so irritated i want to file a case against these guys for poor customer care, poor service & negligence.
      we used to be frequent users of freecharge but now everything washed away. hope it will be resolved soon

          I used freecharge app to pay my jaipur electricity bill of rs 1547 on 11th jan 2017, my money got debited but payment failed. So i dropped mail to freecharge order id is fcea[protected]

          Then on 19th jan i sent updated bank statement which showing no amount is credited. I am forwarding mails but no reply from freecharge they just raise new ticket everytime.

          Ticket no 945741, 937012, 933968, 871295, 833153

          No solution yet. No contact number to reach to them. Kindly tell me what should i do now

                Sir/Madam,
                I am Sourav Banerjee. Recently I faced some problems while using freecharge wallet. I have mentioned them serially.

                No. 1 : On 9th January 2017 I tried to pay on E-bay an amount of Rs. 345/- using freecharge wallet. On that page transaction failed but the amount was deducted from my wallet. Immediately I logged a complain at [protected]@freecharge.in. On same the day a reply came with a ticket number 816542. It has been 10 days since I registered the complain. On that mail it was also written that someone from freecharge will respond within 24 to 48hrs. But I didn't get any feedback.

                No. 2 : A refund of Rs. 245/- was cleared from E-bay on 10th January. I called the customer care of E-bay, they informed me this and gave me a reference number that is HFRW[protected] . But the amount is not showing in my wallet balance.

                This is my humble request to you, Please help me to solve these problems. I have been using freecharge for a long time, never had such issues before. You can contact me at [protected] / [protected]. The number registered with my freecharge wallet is having some network issues, so may be not reachable if you call.

                    I have done recharge of 16 jan jodhpur vidhut nigam ltd 1316 amount deducted from my bank account. And recharge not done. And money not refunded till date my request to u please refund my money otherwise i will go to consumer court .so sir please do this as soon as possibel. Otherwise its not good for u.                       I have not received my refund of amount 3, 027.08(minus cashback) of my eBay order. eBay initiated it on 5th January 2017 and said it would take maximum 7 days, its been 2 weeks and nothing has been refunded to my account. Please solve this issue. I have sent them many emails and they did absolutely nothing to resolve it and now they are not even replying it.
                      Here are the details about the transaction given to me by eBay about the refund.

                      Amount- 3127.08/-
                      The amount paid is Rs.3127.08, which I got a cashback of rs 100. so i think the refund amount should be Rs.3027.08

                        I had my freecharge account on my number [protected]. I added rupees 1000 in my account from my bank. I also had rupees 50 in my wallet as cash back but suddenly freecharge blocked my account and when I try to login it says that account has been blocked for security reasons. I mailed many times to at [protected]@freecharge.com. After replying my two mails they even didn't give a reply to me. The stole my money. I want my money back.

                            I was trying to do one payment to tata power through freecharge on 1-jan-17, RS-750 was debited from my bank a/c but transaction was failed, i have received one mail that it will credited in your bank a/c in 4-7 days, but i am really shocked that amount is still not credited, inspite of sending them so many mails they do not even bother to reply...
                            Now this is the real drawback of freecharge that they are not having customer care to call, now i have to think twice before doing any transaction more that 100 bucks...

                                I wanted to add money in my e-wallet for some purchase purpose. i tried the same but two times failed. when adding money after putting my OTP, it gets time out and hang. two times i did for Rs. 250/-, total Rs. 500/- deducted from my bank account but not added in my wallet on dtd. 16.01.17.

                                the customer care no. given is not getting contacted, its always busy and some numbers given in website is not working. i sent mail to customer care but yet not resolved the issue. again also they are giving free coupon offers. i applied two times for recharges but not got any cash back/offers. how can it be digitization and how can go ahead for e-payment.

                                  I made a transaction at 1mg using FreeCharge the amount was deducted but trancastion not completed. For this I got a mail from them that the trandaction is not completed and they will refund my amount. Unfortunate till date they have not refunded any amount.

                                    I have did a bus booking transection using FreeCharge wallet but transaction got failed ticket has not booked and amount is deducted from my wallet.

                                    Refund Of This Transaction Has Expected With 24 To 48Hrs As Per Mail.
                                    But 13 Days Are Crossed Till Date I Have Not Received Any Money Now I Want Refund Amount. Rs. 1051 Immediately.

                                        On 14th Jan, 2017, I made paid my electricity bill through Freecharge to BSES Yamuna. The bill was of Rs 1310. They had an offer of cashback of Rs 100 (Max) on payment by using the promocode Bijli. Till now the BSES Yamuna has not received the payment, and they are not giving back the payment on my account. The company is not responding properly on my complaint which is a complete sign of arrogance. They don't even have contact number where I can discuss the problem.
