On Jan 4 2017, I have add 2000 to my freecharge wallet and after that I have book a bus ticket using my bank account(netbanking). After then I havn't done any transactions using my freecharge account but today when I check the balance is showing as Rs 75 but the balance should be 2075 Rs.

    I have withdrawn rs. 1000 to my freecharge wallet to my bank account on 1th Jan, 2017. The process takes a few days as the customer care executive suggested. Its been 5 days but my money is not credited to my account. The order ID is D4J4ueKXQleWOJMaOTMoNw. I called the customer care, they first tell me to wait for 5 days now they are not receiving my calls. I tried a different number, [protected]. The executive was rude, and said its done from freecharge end and they couldn't do any more. He simply told me to forget it as they would not do anything else.

      In my freecharge Wallet there is 512/- RS ..i had booked a ticket through freecharge gateway..that time amount had deducted but seat not booked that time...order id...[protected]
      ..irctc clears it that they didnot recieve any money then money was refunded by freechrge in my wallet...then i want to take back my money then now m unable to open my account .a Msz flashing there "yours account is suspended, please contact [protected]@freecharge.com
      I had sent 40-50 emails ...but they are not activating my account so that I can use or withdraw my money...I want my money back...how can I do? ...solve my problem..

            I have ordered from Grofers for Rs.511 and tried to pay from freecharge & got a message from successful payment of Rs511 from freecharge but in Grofers app it is showing payment failed i.e. they haven't received the payment but rs.511 is debited ftom my freecharge balance.I thought the money will come back.So I loaded my freecharge wallet again and made that payment of Rs.511 again at Grofers.But again the same thing happened.Money debited from freecharge but payment failed at Grofers.
            Very Disappointed.Very bad Experience.
            Please look into the matter & refund the money.

                  Dear sir, i was trying to book railway tickets in www.irctc.in website using e-wallet of freecharge app for rs. 162.36/- on[protected]. My freecharge account was debited with rs 162.36 but irctc.in website is showing that the transaction was failed and money was not received. Freecharge is showing is showing the transaction is successful and the transaction id is [protected]. I am attaching herewith screenshot of irctc website for more details.
                  I want to know where my money is and want my money back to my freecharge e-wallet account.

                      Hello, i did a bsnl ll bill payment on 11/jan/17 in morning with order number fclw[protected]. The amount was rs 453.
                      On 11th jan the payment was done for the amount. And freecharge told me that the bill payment is successful and i will get a confirmation from operator within 24-72 hours. Today is 14/jan/17. Already 72 hours crossed. But still the bill is due and the payment due date is coming near. And if freecharge dont pay the bill on time i may have to pay extra if the due date passes. Regarding this i have complained/mailed a number of times to freecharge email with ticket no. #870498 #838260 #870481 and also i posted query on their facebook site. But no one is responding to my mails or replying to my posts.
                      I dont know what to do. They dont even have any customer support number to talk directly.
                      I am really worried. I should have not trusted freecharge for my utility bill payment. Its worst. Please solve the issue or refund my money. Thanks

                        I tried booking flight using freecharge. Payment got deducted from freecharge account but transaction did not go through. Wrote a mail to freecharge team. Heard nothing concrete from them. The amount struck is substantial high and it need to be resolved immediately.
                        Trying to call them from last 48 hrs, no one is picking the call.

                          Sir / madam,

                          I made a payment for my vodafone postpaid no. [protected] on 6 jan 2017. Payment done for the rs. 1, 100/-. The payment has been successful at that time and the amount of rs. 1, 100/- deducted from my bank account. But yet i didn't get any sms from vodafone operator about bill payment. They didn't get any information from freecharge. Then i checked on freecharge transaction and i get information that recharge has been done for same number but the operator is airtel postpaid instead of vodafone postpaid. I am using a vodafone postpaid no. [protected] then how could this happen??. I lodged a complaint ticket no. 822873 on[protected] at [protected]@freecharge.com, they replied as i'll get bill payment status within 1 to 2 days. But yet they haven't mailed me about any update. I request them to refund but i didn't get any reply. Please held me on this. I tried their customer care number since 8 days but the line is busy. I cant reach them through customer care number. Please assist me.

                            I requested a recharge of rs.148 twice on by mobile though my obc debit card but i got a error message like' recharge failed, error while authenticating to bank'. But, some time later, the amount is deducted from my account and i don't get any recharge, any mail, or any entry into previous recharge history of my freecharge account. So, i kindly request you to please look into the matter, and get me my refund amount as soon as possible.

                                  Hello sir, i am bharat singla, and i am using freecharge.in december 2016, freecharge blocked my account due to unreasonable reasons. And now they not unblocking my account. They seized my money also. And because of this. I am not able to use my snapdeal account and i have 12000 rs snapdeal voucher which is linked with that account. It is a fraud done by freechage and snapdeal, i request them many times that please unblock my account but they not unblocking my account. They cheated me. It is my account on freecharge. If they found suspicious activity on my account then they tell me through e-mail. I am ready to give them any identity proof whatever they want. I am ready to give affidavit for my identity declaration. But they saying same thing that we will not unblock your account. This fraud is done by freecharge with many customers. So now through consumercomplaints.in, i am registering my complaint against them if they not unblock my account before 20th jan 2017, then i will file a court case against them. And this is my strict warning to them. I hope consumercomplaint.in helps me. And solve my problem.
