I requested a recharge of rs.148 twice on by mobile though my obc debit card but i got a error message like' recharge failed, error while authenticating to bank'. But, some time later, the amount is deducted from my account and i don't get any recharge, any mail, or any entry into previous recharge history of my freecharge account. So, i kindly request you to please look into the matter, and get me my refund amount as soon as possible.
