I sent so many mails to FreeCharge,
Still i am waiting for my refund from you. On 5th Jan 2016, I tried to add money in my wallet. My bank charged me INR 500/- but, in my freecharge wallet same amount was not credited. After this event I got massage from freecharge that, "We are sorry that your attempt to add Rs. 500 to your FreeCharge wallet was failed. If money was debited from your card/bank account, it will be credited back within 5 to 7 days"

Now i sent so many mails but still waiting for response from your end and for my money. I am helpless now. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

    Sir,

    I made online payment through you to CESC amounting to Rs.780/- and the amount has been debited immediately in my account by SBI vide transaction No.txn#734709. After that i receive your sms that transaction fail and u stated there that - "we have saved your details. Click https://payfc.in/brYBeRGv to complete your payment". According I did the same according to your instruction but regret to inform you that again it is said that to pay the bill amount of Rs.780/- which I have already paid and amount have been debited in my account. I tried to talk to ur customer care but no telephone No. is there to talk to the customer care executive.

    I am regularly paying all my bills through. Pls inform me accordingly

    I got sms in my phone from u that within 48 hours the amount will be diverted in my bank, but till now the same has not yet been made from your side and i apprehend to make any further epayment through u. Pls do the needful immediately

    Again on 6.1.2017 i made further mail ...
    5 days have gone, neither u talk to me nor the amount of Rs.755/- have been credited in my bank. This is my final reminder and if it is not finalized today, I have no other alternative but to go to consumer forum and inform all my associates that not to use freecharge portal for any of their online payment. Solve my problem immediately.

    Again on 9.1.2017 i made further mail as :

    Till now my account has not yet been credited in bank. Now say what should i do? I never seen this type of poor service. Now should i inform to PMO's office to lodge my complain as our Hon'ble PM urging us for cashless transaction to build up Digital India?

      I had loaded money into freecharge wallet on 15th Dec 2016
      Due to issue in wallet i cant pay to anyone and decided refund to money my credit card again
      After that frecharge has withdraw money on 1st jan 2017 but i didnt get in my credit card
      they said it will take 5-7 working days on 1st Jan 2017 but already after 13days goes.
      i had sent card statement for that still they are delaying to deposit money.

        I wanted to recharge my dish tv of a value of 226 rupees ...then I was tried to recharge it ...the the money 226 rupees debited from my bank account but transaction get failed.then I sent mail to [protected]@freecharge but they never responded me for my mail...I provided them my banks recent mini statement as per instructions but they neglected me every time ...never expected this kind of relationship from freecharge...and transaction unsuccessful is common issue on freecharge website...i was told my frnds and colleagues to not use freecharge app at all.

          I pay my bses bill by freecharge on 9january but till today it is not paid. And tomorrow is its due date I send many mails to the freecharge customer care but still no actions has been taken . But it was showing that transaction successful and until now payment is not maid. I used many other sites also like paytm they didn't occur this type of problem .

          i don't know but after sending an e mail to the consumer complaint form just after 2 hour all the matter get resolved and they paid bill on well time thanks to consumer complaint as they help me get avoid of late charges of my uses bill . thanks

          UI did 4 times recharging of 250 red .In that 3 got faild and I got recharged .but my money has been deducted from my account for all the transactions .pls refund the money of the transactions which were unsuccessful

            Mujhe mera balance chahiye.bank me chake kiya balance credit, debit huya nahi 31 December. I need my freecharge acount balance recheck. Order id is liJrYkK3QvyzWEMhikmLwQ they are replay that Cashback processed against eligible Order Id’s, request you to recheck and share the Order ID against which you have not receive the Cashback.

            In some rare cases, amount gets debited from your bank account but this amount will be reversed by your bank in the next 5-7 business days to your bank account.

            Please be rest assured, your money safe. You can check your bank account after 5 to 7 working days for the reversal. Do write to us if the amount is not reflecting in your account.

            If you are still facing any error message, kindly share the screen shot. But I don't have any arror msg so what am i do pleas healp.

              I was the done the payment for bookmyshow through freecharge. Amount was deducted from my account but not credited to freecharge account and tickets was not booked.               they r saying our customer will call u with in 24 hours but there is no call from them
              My freecharge account is blocked it says it was blocked temporialy but from 3 days i was nt working i m having 200 rs in my account i kept a mail to them but there is no responce from them and plz help me to get my money back from them
              I had done the payment of Rs. 418 for Domino's pizza through freecharge. Amount was deducted from my account but order was not done on domino's. As i checked with Domino's customer care also. they said that they had not received any order from my side.Transaction is showing as success in freecharge. Please get my money back asap. Worst service. No customer service no support.

                On 2nd January 2017, i had added Rs 10k in the freecharge wallet. Later transferred it to the beneficiary in two lots of Rs 5k.

                The amount is deducted from my bank.
                But beneficiary didn't received any amount in his account.

                Further complain given through email by me.
                They replied :
                " Cashback processed against eligible Order Id’s, request you to recheck and share the Order ID against which you have not receive the Cashback.
                In some rare cases, amount gets debited from your bank account but this amount will be reversed by your bank in the next 5-7 business days to your bank account"

                TILL NOW NO REFUND HAS BEEN DONE.

                            I had made payment on freecharge for MSEB for Electric bill on 1st January 2017, My axis bank account got deducted the balance of Rs 1410 but the amount was not paid to electricity board instead of mailing and complaining frequently they just sending stupid mails saying that customer care will contact but nobody contacts from there end just given the ticket no 708184, first they told it will take 3 to 4 days for refund then said it will take 5-7 days, after 10 days I asked about my refund then they gave me a new ticket no which is 825718.
                            I am frustrated with such cheating from freecharge and soon going to launch a legal complaint in consumer court against them .Everyone who got cheated in similar way should report the same to Consumer court instead of pleading such cheaters.

                                As I explained everything in my first complaint that i made booking through Freerecharge Wallet and my money deducted but ticket not confirmed as my account in freerecharge is Precious([protected]@gmail.com). Now my concern is that please refund my money back into my wallet so i can make new booking. And i am sending screenshot of my failed booking.

                                I made a transaction of Rs. 1243-80 today ie.[protected] on bookmyshow portal and made payment through freecharge where I was supposed to get Minimum Rs. 500/-( Rs. 100/- for 5 Tickets).

                                However I didn't receive any cashback.

                                  As my transaction Id (XkRsRHLDRGEhxb_xkRsRHLDRGEhxb01012017R[protected]_12RIN1) has been refunded due to IRCTC issues, 100 INR cashback for the above order has been debited but is not applied to my next IRCTC transaction (ORDER ID [protected]).As per rules offer will be applicable once till 3rd Jan 2017. So my first transaction got refunded so it should get applied to my next transaction. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                    Here on 1st Jan 2017 I did a transaction from my freecharge account to my Hdfc account and transaction was in pending and I got a mail saying transaction is pending and we from freecharge will update once transaction is successful but 5000 rupees has been debited from my freecharge account but the IMPS is still in pending.please update me on this and revert me.till now they that not replayed me its been 11 days . this I'd not the way to treat ur customer..

                                      Sir,
                                      I tried to add money to freechagre wallet on first january but the money could not be added to wallet but debited from bank due to internet connectivity error. I raised the issue with freecharge customer support team but they did not sove it.The amount was Rs 400. My transaction no. is POS 47072. They give me a time limit for five days but still money was not added to bank account.
                                      Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have created new freecharge Account & added 1000rs in my wallet on 06/01/2017 and was able to see for 1 or 2 hours, after 3 hours i have login to my account it was showing that your account is been blocked due to some suspicious activity, i have sent mail to free charge at [protected]@freecharge.com for the same and received on 10.01.2017 saying that due to suspicious activity we have blocked account but they are not saying any thing about the money which i have added to my wallet.

                                        As i am new to cashless India i was trying this online portal for payment for first and this type of incident is been placed now you tell me how will i trust to these type of sites in future.

                                        My request is from freecharge is kindly return my money to my card from which i have added money
