Dear Sir,

I have created new freecharge Account & added 1000rs in my wallet on 06/01/2017 and was able to see for 1 or 2 hours, after 3 hours i have login to my account it was showing that your account is been blocked due to some suspicious activity, i have sent mail to free charge at [protected]@freecharge.com for the same and received on 10.01.2017 saying that due to suspicious activity we have blocked account but they are not saying any thing about the money which i have added to my wallet.

As i am new to cashless India i was trying this online portal for payment for first and this type of incident is been placed now you tell me how will i trust to these type of sites in future.

My request is from freecharge is kindly return my money to my card from which i have added money

    I have added 20000 INR in freecharge mobile wallet on 27 dec 2016. On that day my amount was reflection there but after 2 days when i checked the amount it was showint "NA". I have lodge a complaint in "[protected]@freecharge.com" instantly and the reply was "There are some issue our agent will contact you within 24hrs." and today is 10 jan 2017 no one has contact me and nor my money is return in my wallet. I am daily sending a email to freecharge and the reply was same. Now please help me i am in big trouble i do not know where i have to registerd the complaint against Freecharge. My detail is given below.

        I have paid Grofers via freecharge wallet and cancelled the order due to some personal work, As per Grofers they have refunded the amount RS 780 (TXN No: GRTXNV39328511 and Order ID:[protected]) couple of days before but it wasn't reflected in my freecharge wallet, when i contacted the freecharge, I am not getting the proper response, I have raised the ticket for the same 809524.

            When I am trying to login my freecharge account, I am getting an Error message on my window "Your account has been temporarily suspended due to security reasons" They block my account without my information, I also approx 175 Rs on freecharge wallet. I have several email to [protected]@freecharge.com. But they are not unblocking my account. Atleast they should have given a notice or warning before blocking my account. Please do some action against this. Either unblock my account or refund my amount. They are not helping about this.

              Today, I was booking a Train Ticket. For this, firstly I added a money to my Freecharge account. While booking a train ticket I use freechange wallet option. But My train ticket did not complete and withdraw the money from the wallet. I got the message Transaction is failed.

              I got the text message on mobile from Freecharge.in with Order Id([protected]).

              Please look at this matter and refund my cutting amount.

              Their service is very disappointed me at many times and very waste time of mine.

              On 03/01/2017 I have added Rs.1000 into my freecharge wallet and have my family members send another Rs. 1000 to my account .. the money overall Rs.2000 can not be used for any transactions .. it just states suspicious activity observed .. I have an order to pay with this ... Freecharge people won't respond to any of the mails... pls help
              I wanted to do an idea recharge on 30/12/2016 from freecharge my rs.50 was deducted from my bank account but I have not recieved the recharge.

                Hi Team,
                I tried to pay idea postpaid bill for Rs 1375, the amount was deducted from the bank and in free charge account it is updated as payment failure.
                I enquired my bank and they gave me reference id for successful payment of Rs 1375.
                Reference id from bank is: HUTI[protected]
                Order id is: FCMW[protected]
                There is no clear response from customer care.

                Hi, my ticket number is # 809616.
                Now the transaction is showing as successful.
                I don't know the status for Rs 1375.
                Deducted from the bank by free charge, At first said transaction failed after 4 days updated as transaction successful, but my idea postpaid bill is still not cleared.
                I need clear explanation regarding this asap.
                I need the amount to refund to the bank account asap.
                Hi .. i have paid my electricity bill of 1800/- using debit card applied code- BIJLI successfully but cashback still not received.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have made a payment on Jabong.com using freecharge wallet for Rs. 1003 using my SBI Debit card but the transaction shown failed two times and however the charges were deducted from my bank two times under freecharge txn#[protected] &[protected] so altogether Rs. 2006 were deducted from my bank account and no transaction was passed in Jabong.com and the order remain as it is.

                    However one of the refund has been reversed and deposited in my account but one is still pending. Please look into the matter and oblige. I have attached copies of images of deducted amount and reversed amount herewith. For security reasons account no., name, and balance is hidden for cyber security reasons.

                    Now according to images you can easily derive that out of two transactions one is reversed and another is yet to be reverse. Please initiated asap.

                    I have sent so many messages to their facebook page but no reply, there is no customer care number provided. There is no email reply for last 5 emails except one with the Ticket # 753243. Where should I go now?

                    Is this the DIGITAL INDIA we dreamt of?

                    As per tye freecharge customer care executive i have provided him the required document to unblock my freecharge account on 1st January 2017 but till now neither i haven't got any response from freecharge and nor did they unblock my account . I am also unavailable to withdraw my money that was in my freecharge account.

                        Dear sir i have done recharge twice of rupees 30 on 8 jan 2017 on my mobile no. 73820... Using code c25 by freecharge. Out of two one recharge of rupees 30 is successful and cashback also added in my freecharge account but but i have done another recharge of rupees 30 that was not successful but according to freecharge that was successful. If it is successful then nither i have got recharge massege on my number nor cashback in my freecharge account.

                            I have not received my refund yet. On 27 dec i booked tickets from book my show 571 rs deducted from my bank. The amount is to be refunded within 5-7 days but 10 days are completed still not received my refund. They said rs 571 will reflected to the bank within 10 days.

                            So i request you to refund my amount as early as possible.

                                I would like to inform you that i have an account with freecharge with my email id

                                The company suspended my account on the grounds of the security reasons and not refunding my balance in

                                My wallet. Also, even after repeated emails even to their grievance officer they are replying very

                                  Awaiting reversal.

                                  I have been doing lot of regular follow up as my email I'd murtuza.[protected]@sc. com has stop working and hence i am replying from my alternate email id [protected]@gmail.com on transaction made ref no [protected]_1 payu payments pvt ltd Rs 241 did not reach the vendor grocers but got declined on 30th kindly reverse the amount and confirm because I have made this payment using mobiwik for now I am not getting any reply and nor the reversal is done this is frustration for me no call back is made post so my request emails very said experience I am on the verge of writing to the RBI and consumer redressel.

                                    I am using this freecharge account after demonetization. One month its works properly then in December end i am facing problem. The problem is i am not see my wallet balance then after some days i have raised ticket 738216 regarding not able to do any transaction and showing disabled account which having amount of 1800. But freecharge has not respond or resolve matter which raised after constant follow ups andthey are not bother to close tickets.

                                        I have made payments of 256/- to grofers from freecharge twice on 06.01.2017 vide order id : [protected] & [protected]. freecharge shows the payments have been made thus deducted your balance but the merchant as payee has not received any payment. No support telephonically by freecharge. thus requesting you to initiate the refund of 256*2=512/- asap as it may likely to impact the future transactions.
