My order ID:FC-DA [protected](06.01.17 for Rs624 for my airtel dth ac([protected]) has failed. Though the transaction details in my freecharge ac is showing... It's successful. Money has been deducted from my a/c.I want my money back ASAP. Even the cashback hasn't been credited to my a/c despite using the coupon (TV100).I have double checked with airtel dth customer care... They have confirmed that my account hasn't been recharged yesterday.

    I am Rajeev kumar sigh, [protected]@gmail.com. I have loaded rs 1000 in my freecharge wallet on 4-1-17 but just after 2-3 hours my account has been suspended by freecharge. Now I am unable to open my freecharge acc. so I mailed to [protected]@freecharge.in and told them my problem, but they have told that you have multiple freecharge accounts so i have blocked your account. I have assure them that I have single account and sent them my identity card and told them that if they found any account other my account then they can block them But they have not unlocked my account. So please tell him to unlock my account. Thanks

        Hi on 3rd jan 2017 I did a postpaid recharge of 1000rs on my Airtel number [protected] . money got deducted from my account but it did not reach to Airtel on freecharge it shows transaction successful. please return my money ... I need my money back otherwise I will file a FIR against Freecharge get it resolved immediately.

          I booked the bus using redbus app and made the payment through freecharge gateway but my payment got failed with some error. The amount got deducted from my freecharge wallet with the failed booking. I have tried to initiate the refund but didn't got any option. My order id is 10875499. Refund the amount back to my wallet. As I have already tried to contact so many time.

            yesterday I had Recharge my mob-[protected](Aircel), 239RS., approximate 10am, Balance Debited from my bank account 239Rs but Recharge unsuccessful, after Recharge unsuccessful i got a massage from freecharge related to your balance refund within 1hours But not Refund my balance.

            so I want to Refund my balance.
            Please take Necessary action.

                    I booked a ticket with abhibus.com and tried paying via freecharge on 19th December 2016. After multiple failed attempts thicket was booked. Later i got another debit message from my bank which was shown as a failed transaction by freecharge. Rs. 1896 was debited which is mentioned as a failed transaction by freecharge. I tried contacting freecharge customer care but there is no proper response.

                      I can't get cash back of 25 after using code FC25 which is valid till 4th January 2017.i use the code and recharge to 30.but I can't get cash back. My user ID is [protected]@gmail.com.my contact number is [protected]. Are we fool. If you don't give cash back, then why you give us text sms . I recharge my friend's number [protected] with rupees 30 which is under tatadocomo service provider of operator reference I'd [protected]. And freecharge Order ID: FCVM[protected]. Please look into the matter because I may not be the only victim of it

                        I wanted to add rs 1000 and rs 10 in my freecharge account but the money has been deducted from my bank account but not added in my FreeCharge account and it was suppose be refunded but it has not been refunded yet.the transaction was done on 09.12.2016 and still my amount has not refunded. i have been complaining so many times . nor there any of the customer care no. is correct. They always reply back we regret about the transaction but then no action is taken and then no response from them. I have attached the mini statement. There is two transactions on 9.12.2016 . And which is not added to FreeCharge account wallet.

                            My self Monali Vardam had payed a MSEDC bill, consumer number[protected] on 27/12/2016.I got a message from freecharge that the payment is successful and the order ID is FCEM[protected] and Rs 970 was deducted from my account. But the next day I got the message from freecharge that bill payment is due. Hence I went to the MSEDC office and payed the bill amount Rs 970/.That is I have payed Rs 1940/ for a bill of Rs 970/. So please look into the matter and do the needful.I also tried calling the freecharge office but I am getting the call engage all the time.I request you to kindly refund my Rs 970/ as early as possible.Freecharge, OrderID FCEM[protected], payment date:27/12/2016, amount Rs 970/

                                I have tried to do Ibibo Hotel booking via free charge.When amount deducted from SBI account 7142/- and transfer to freecharge transaction failed on 13th dec.Free charge sent me mail as well for failure transaction and assured to get this amount deposited in my SBI bank.Currently they are denying to refund and replying to check with bank.Ibibo already confirmed that they have not received money from free charge .Free charge has to refund 7142/- to me

                                  I have booked two bus tickets at Redbus and made payment through Freecharge on 12-Dec-2016. Due to cyclone at Chennai, bus operator was cancelled the trip and promised to refund the amount. When I contact Redbus on 14-Dec-2016 they confirmed that the refund has been processed successfully but still I didnt get my refund.

                                  I dont know where is the problem. Please review and help me to get my money back.

                                      I have paid MSEDCL Bill through Freecharge.in, Amt. of Rs.820 on 03/12/2016. MSEDCL's official executive told me that they have not received any payment of consumer no. of[protected]
                                      . I also checked on their online site but no payment proof shows. I have contacted several to freecharge.in by mail but no satisfactory response received from them. also called on number given in various surfing website but no one pickup the phone.. My Consumer No. is :[protected] Freecharge Order Id : FCEA[protected]. I am enclosing all the relevant documents which show freecharge is deducted Rs.1380/- from my account but not paid to MSEDCL. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful. Regards

                                        I tried of making electricty bill payments of BESCOM by using Debit card through freecharge. the Payment was Failed .. but the main issue is my bank account has been debited. not recieved any refund or freechharge cash.. Ticket has been raised but no reply given.

                                        Also In One page it shows PAyment Failed in another as Sucesss. which one to belive.. if payment has not approved they should refund to bank. we are middle class peoples. there is a value for money. we should pay the bill.. never ever thought FReecharge gives such a worst coustomer service. no body responds to the tickets raised . or no where there is mentioned the number to call.. so worst application..
