I have booked two bus tickets at Redbus and made payment through Freecharge on 12-Dec-2016. Due to cyclone at Chennai, bus operator was cancelled the trip and promised to refund the amount. When I contact Redbus on 14-Dec-2016 they confirmed that the refund has been processed successfully but still I didnt get my refund.
I dont know where is the problem. Please review and help me to get my money back.
