Freecharge suspendid my account without any reason...
I mail them many times but they always said "mail us by your registered mail id"
I forgot everything about my registered mail id... I dont have access to my registerd my mail id.
I provide hi m every proof of mine... I gave them my aadhar card, voting card.
But they didny activate my account

    My recharge didn't happen but amount was deducted this too much horrible.Even my cashback didn't come this is just disgusting thus that they are playing wuth consumer rights. Even they didn't have any consumer support center. They are just cheating the customers.They are not solving the problem of mine.Plz help me because it is issue related to cheat and customers right.i am ishan my contact no. Is [protected].       I made payment to abibus from freecharge wallet 430 rs for bus seat freecharge deduct my money from canara bank but they not paied to abi bus but freecharge showing me payment success abi bus claims to me when am i contact them they had not received any money from freecharge that's why they not generated.         Hi team, i made a transaction of rs.742 through the wallet of my freecharge using my idbi account. The payment was to foodpanda which failed eventually due to their very poor application interface.
        I received a message as well from vk-fchrge on 5th dec 2016 at 20.32 saying it has failed and will be credited in wallet/bank/card in 7-10 business days.
        Today it is the 2nd jan without any refund. Contacted bank as per the information shared with [protected]@freecharge.com. Bank is not aware about any credit apart from the debit that day.

          4 days go but no response my complaint.
          Why...?
          I had pay my Electricity bill from free charge account & my bank account debited by 420 but after a some time transaction will be failed..but till i don't get any refund to my account.its to late for this process, kindly assure when will i gotten my payment.
          I have done the transaction on 25th December in mc donalds for the first time through free recharge app
          I was been told that there is 100% cash back for first transaction made
          TAT was 48 hrs which is still not recieved.
          Kind2check and do the needful

          Tried reaching customer care number available on website. which is not contactable
          My account is temporarily blocked due to security reasons which is liable to unblock after doing verification. i am ready to provide my identification but still they are not helping. i have saved my shopping list in snapdeal wishlist which i want to shop. please help me to reinstate my account.

            Tried a recharge for mobile no. "[protected]" on 29 Dec 2016. The recharge was for data plan worth Rs.1498. The amount of 1498 was deducted from the account but recharge was failed. The amount was not refunded back, neither in the bank account or the freecharge wallet. Filled the complaint to [protected]@freecharge.in (ID #666554 and #670779) but no response.
            Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            My wallet recharge is not refunded till now amounts 50Rs after an unsuccessful recharge in the Vodafone mobile of Rs 250 on 27/12/2016.although refund of 20/ rs is successful in my bank account.
            Please look into this matter.

              This is infrom u that acctullay I've complaint regrading of my freecharge account (Khatua.[protected]@gmail.com) which was I'm unable to use my account in last 7 days why I dn't know??? 😈 😈 😈

              When I am trying to login my freecharge account, I am getting an Error message on my window "Your account has been temporarily suspended due to security reasons" They block my account without any information even notification on email or phone and i am not able to use my wallet amount also however I i've recvied dailybasis various promotion offerd mail from FreeCharge and Snapdeal account is suspended without telling any reason bucz it's linked up my account with freecharge account, It's so embarrassing.. Can anyone help me on this really its very frustrating for me and will it get resolve or not I don't know but seriously I will not use this free charge app again in future and also suggest to my colleagues, friends, relative and anyone who is using this app to uninstall this app from your phone because these are pirates they can do anything with your account but you cannot do anything of these type of company nothing more else.. What the hel of doing man👨??? 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 😈

              Freecharge security system is thord class, they suspend my account in first time ⌚, thats why m unable to recharge my account or use any services of thia website, i face problem due to this, thats i uses paytm that is thousand times better than this company, freecharge dont have any customer care number or supprt why I dn't know???Can u tell me???
              Please escalated this matter to concern department 🏬 and resolve this issue and take action immediately also give improve ur security system and customer support. My account is still suspended from ur company.

                Sir, i had done a d2h recharge for rs 855 on 31/12/16 through my freecharge user account [protected]@gmail.com with using of free cash back coupon billfree. After apply of this coupon the message came that your code is successfully applied after that i recharged the above amount but i didn't get the cash back for it. I was supposed to get a 300% cashback min rs60 & max rs300. It was my first attempt of that coupon code and the above code has applied successfully also.                 I have tried to book a irctc ticket using freecharge wallet. But the transaction failed because of irctc timeout.

                I see the transaction refund status in IRCTC as payment settled. But still it is not reflected to freecharge account.

                  Free charge transaction has been done but the order was failed and the amount refunded order number[protected].The amount refunded by you was 7.68 Rs but the actual refund amount should be 107.68 Rs .

                      I initiated a mobile recharge worth rs 50 on 28 dec 2016. Amount was debited from my bank account however recharge was unsuccessful. Recharge got failed.Freecharge sent me an sms that amount will be credited into my original instrument (ID-FCHARGE 28/12/2016 18:35:27 card/bank). However, Amount is not credited yet.
                      I want.my amount rs50 back either in bank account or in freecharge wallet

                        My freecharge account has been blocked and I have 3000 balance in that account kindly refund me the balance or unblock it anyhow..I can submit kyc and bank statements if so needed..I have 2 different numbers but I m not using the both numbers.. kindly refund back the amount at your earliest..I have 2 numbers on my name and I m using one only the other one my family person is using and I m using freecharge from many time it has never been happened like this and suddenly the account temporarily blocked it has been 10 12 days I need the money as soon as possible in my bank account or freecharge other account.. kindly request you to solve it as soon as possible can't wait too much..please do it at your earliest..my contact no is [protected]..

                              Hi I had done a Recharge of Rs. 786 on one of my BSNL number in my family, Yesterday on[protected], using freecharge but the recharge mode was wrongly selected Topup instead of Recharge please help to get this recharge reversed or corrected as possible. as I spoke to BSNL call center, they replied that they can not do it as it is done online.                                     I am new to free charge . After my first login, it was displaying very attractive offer of " 100% cash back on first recharge" I refer a code " DEC75" this code was displayed by the website only. I used it for recharging my vodafone number . As it was mentioned 100% cash back but I have received only 75₹ out of 1000₹ . I m unable to get by remaining amount . Their were no terms and conditions mentioned in that coupon.

                                        Due to this power has been disconnected from tsspdcl for one day. and they charged as more penalty on this issue.
